Right in the city centre. Recently renovated. Welcoming staff. Nickel room, bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast buffet well stocked. No parking, but discountined parking in a shopping mall a 5 minute walk.

Hotel rooms didn't have air conditioning or fans. Had to request for a table fan in the reception. Wifi was terrible. No refrigerator in the room. There isn't a phone at least in the rooms to be able to call the reception. Had to walk down to the reception for anything. Hotel is near to the Chur train station (8-10 mins walk). Rooms seemed spacious, maybe because there wasn't any decor / furniture.

Convenient location. Walking distance from Chur railway station. Good shopping and restaurants around the hotel.

Nice hostel-like hotel in city center. Rooms with ensuite bath are quite spacious. Rooms without bath are nice and plenty of bathrooms so don't worry if you decide to book a room without a bathroom. Frankly, good way to save money that can be used to buy something in Chur. Very pleasant staff — very helpful — and the breakfast was good (even though no hot dishes). Amazing bread and excellent coffee drinks. Excellent location for exploring historic Chur and I highly recommend taking the trip up into the mountains. Very beautiful.

Great place to stay in Chur, cleanliness is top notch and the owner/manager of the hotel is very warm and friendly. Breakfast is also good. Thanks for the good stay. Only con is the entrance is behind the main street.

Great Hotel. Staff very friendly, hotel is very clean, great breakfast we did not expect. My only negative would be the lack of air conditioning, but we stayed at a time when we just opened the windows. No complaints, great place to stay in Chur, Switzerland.

No air con, fan, bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, only one little pillow each. Hotel phone and european power point available at reception for a deposit. I would have paid much less if I had walked in rather than using bookingdotcom as I did a month in advance. Terrific bath, room with opening windows, buffet breakfast was good. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Simple, modern right in the centre and everything you need was there.

It is near main road, heavy traffic jam area, transportation easily avalisble, nice hotel.

A little marvel in the center of Chur in the middle of the old Town nice home great room and clean bedding at the top quiet and quiet super breakfast even for the most discerning good address for an upcoming trip to Graubünden.

Fairly good place. However, free access to Internet is not there. You have to pay extra, which is not very convenient.

Clean rooms. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Entrance through the backyard — something hard to find. 1 point deduction, the Toilettebrille was very loose.

A wonderful hotel, great location, kind employees and very attentive service. The perfect place to stay especially if you plan on doing a trip with the Bernina Express due to its proximity to the train station.

We got here in the late afternoon and checked in with no problems. The rooms were cozy and clean. The free drinking water in the room comes straight down from the mountains: fresh alpine delight. The staff is happy and friendly. You'll feel like you are in a dream walking through this Swiss postcard town. There also seems to be an upscale jewelry scene in one stretch of the town, if you are into that, you may be particularly interested in that. The food is a light Swiss style breakfast, so Americans should be ready for that since they may still be hungry afterwards. It is also near the train station, and you will see skiers in the morning filling the station as they head to the Alps. This hotel is an excellent choice.

Excelent hotel and situated right in the center of the city. The top floor room had a roof window with a great view to the montain. Breakfast was delicious.

Clean and cosy accommodation. Very nice and helpful staff. Centrally located in walking distance to the train station.

No frills hotel. Clean and big room. Bathroom comes with bathtub. Free water is given. Very convenient jus a 7 mins leisure walk from the train station and is inside the old town. We had authentic Thai food at a nearby restaurant. The biggest con is the bed which is too soft and I woke up with aching body.

Very nice hotel. Good location, large, clean and bright room, and friendly staff. Our room had a kitchenette with a coffee maker, which was good for me. Parking was off site, but close by.

Decent hotel with spacy rooms that have been maintained. Late checkout was a welcome bonus. As the hotel is in a pedestrian zone, just dropping off luggage is allowed. No private parking, just on (discounted) paid public spots.

Excellently situated right in the old town within a short distance of the train station. Helpful staff, recently renovated rooms (no shortage of power outlets! ), great breakfast. All in all, a pleasant 3-star hotel experience. Note the lack of air conditioning if your stay is during hot weather.

Price/performance Absolutely top. If you don't have a shower, you will find a simple but cheap hotel centrally located.

Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast, room adequate for our needs, the only gripe was the en suite it was very small! Coffee and tea available in breakfast room, Chur old town very good to visit.

It's great! Very close to bahnhof and clean.
Reasonable price and good breakfast. Also coffee is always free. Everything was wonderful. Most of all clerks were all very kind. ^^ I'm from korea.
