Travelling with a dog? This is the place to stay! Hotel Steve extra towels to dog so cos hot days and its nice to cool by swimming in the lake. Room is avarage, allso bathroom. Excellent service! I will come here again!

Very friendly staff, great location, had a dog with him and even a cloth was prepared for him! Was very pleasant our stay.

Access to the shower at ground level! This will interest everyone who is physically restricted! Very, very friendly staff like you look for in Germany in vain. The floor/ceiling in concrete optics made of cork or plastic/laminate. LAN for free. I have unfortunately had a single room, so with a view of the railway I had tracks and the road. Overlooking the lake, these will only be double rooms. In the hotels in Kreuzlingen and Constance have had many experiences, the "hotel on the harbour, " as the name suggests, is the port directly opposite and extensive park, a very large playground, harbor restaurant, tennis court, mini golf, kiosk with restaurant (simple Food) — is a notable exception.
Next time take an Excutive Superior double room.

I am quite torn in the judgment of this hotel. Overall the services and the room are of quality with little more that make fun (example made available free of bottles of water flat or gas on the floor). The choice of materials rather noble for the room and the bathroom. Centre of Constance accessible on foot… And yet I feel like I was finally finished. At the price of the room I expected better than a hotel with a view certainly on the railroad (I can't guarantee it for my part J had paid for the park side view) and on the other side Park/lake. We see the lake! After the parking, on the other side of the road, behind the yellow building you have the docks. So yes for the hotel (design, Deco, …), yes for the staff, yes for the few bonuses but not for the charm, finally… At that price. I dare to imagine my disappointment if I hadn't paid for the sight. Looking on a map I expected to fall into an activity area but I should have used Google Street View. For my part I wanted a well located hotel, a view and modern charm to please my spouse I do not valid at 100% and the ceiling with the apparent stained slab C is a bias that I find denatures the overall good taste of the room and the hotel.

Great hotel on Lake Constance. To the foot 10min away from Constance and Lago. Very friendly hosts. Breathtaking viewpoint on the terrace. Nice big windows in the room. Clean and cozy. Can only recommend it to anyone.

One of the best 3Sterne houses in switzerland, from which many 4 * hotels can still see something! Very centrally located and only about 900 m to the Lago shopping center in Konstanz. Bodensee Arena 400 m. Clean, modern rooms with great view to Lake Constance. Breakfast buffet and see friendly staff. We'll be Back.

Excellent, modern, practical hotel just by the lake and very close to Kreuzlingen Hafen train station. You can stroll along the lake, even walk into Germany/Konstanz. Breakfast is excellent and staff very friendly.

More than a few good points! 1) Quiet surroundings with a lovely park across from the hotel and a train station just a 4-min walk away. Complimentary parking also available on site. 2) The pier is right next to the park, and one can set off from here to head to other scenic parts of Bodensee such as Mainau and the Rhinefalls. 3) A 15min walk over to Germany, Konstanz city where there is Lago shopping centre. (One actually crosses the border just by walking! ) 4) Lovely staff and attentive service, ever ready to help and able to speak English well! 5) Wonderful, spacious rooms that are new and modern — we had three huge luggages and three carry-ons, and there was space for all. 6) Excellent breakfast with good ol' home-cooked style scrambled eggs that went along very nicely with a broad selection of bread types. Complimentary bottled water (still and/or sparkling) is also available at each level. Very convenient. We look forward to returning here again!

Modern hotel right at the promenade, great location for staying for the Seenachtsfest. Friendly, attentive staff, modern hotel rooms, very good breakfast.

Beautiful modern rooms. Clean and very well located. It is just a stone's throw to the Lake Constance. After Constance's goes shopping centre over the green border in ten minutes on foot in the lake or to the harbour of Konstanz. The breakfast leaves really no wish unfulfilled. Parking next to the hotel. Wi-Fi — cover is good.

We were in this hotel for the Lake Constance Marathon in 2013. Absolutely enthusiastic, very friendly courteous staff. Breakfast buffet fantastic.

Have stayed in the summer of 2011 this hotel alone and was satisfied. Modern design, good location with parking and reasonable price. After Constance to the port and old town is 10 min walk — a real alternative to the Konstanz city centre.
Actually, the hotel itself:, I can confirm the general impressions of "avec passion" without however the negative experiences. If you like the modern design is geschmckssache — me gefällts and zumde is all very clean and clear (instead of musty and old). I haven't been in the hotel breakfast — looked good and the breakfast room/restaurant on the ground floor is also very bright and modern.
