This 4 star hotel is just beautiful. We enter a hall with sublime decoration. They made a very interesting wall of bottles and everything is grandiose. The room was beautiful put by the pillows much too soft. The breakfast was beautiful and the room that makes restaurant — Breakfast was very nice. I will come back with great pleasure.

Despite a medical certificate, I was thrown out of the Säntispark in a very unfriendly way. Discrimination! I'm thinking about complaining.

Good place in bad weather.
Clean, friendly.
Only outside the pools with warm water was today with many screaming children, even with toys inside in the water.
This is for rest, not a playground.
Bademeister saw this but did not react to it. What a pity.
I'm happy to come back.

Great fun and relaxation in one spot. I soaked my aching muscles in the salt pool, and road all the watersides, then did some shopping at the Migros. It was so convenient and really had a good time!

It was a lot of fun and was never boring for my 7 year old son, so the 4 hours passed like in flight.
The bathroom was clean and well maintained.
We will definitely be back on your next holiday!

Air conditioning great on the hot days. Only the refrigerator is missing.

Actually the hotel is beautifully built, however, the room has a bit (Spital Charm). A few colored pictures, decoration would be nice. Big plus point: Super Location 1A. Unfortunately, the morning meal was not optimal, (fried cold, coffee only lukewarm) but nevertheless the hotel is still recommended.

Super nice hotel, nice staff. In the beginning we were a bit confused between the 2 different restaurants. We were first led to the wrong restaurant, but the next day we finally came to the restaurant we had booked, for the mistake we were offered an afternoon.
You get a map for the singer's park that is right across from it. You will also find several shops such as Migros, clothes shop, pharmacy.
Bus also very close, can travel to the center of the city of St. Gallen without having to change.
This hôtel has a beautiful children's corner (Large room special for children furnished, so you can enjoy food and their children from 3 to 8-10 years of age which you don't necessarily want to stay seated for a long time, go play.
Beautiful plates adorned with edible flowers as well as the whole présentation you can expect for the price you pay.
Unfortunately, we arrived on a day where no piano was played in the evening and missed a second time when we Gingen.
Too bad that in the evening at the bar (where one is not served quickly) there was no small entertainment in the evening (as I said 1 or 2x a week we find too little) 2x missed when arriving and driving away. What a pity. The système map had also not functioned in the beginning. So I have to say that we were already unlucky, although even the staff gave a lot of effort, we had just lost a bit of time. Shouldn't have been.

Very chic hotel on the outskirts of St. Gallen (municipality of Abtwil). Rather upscale ambience and price level. In the immediate vicinity is the baths — and sauna adventure park "Säntispark. " Very well developed with open wiring agents.

Great staff. Wonderful room.

Super experience. Perfect in our case for a short break with child (weekend). Absolutely child-friendly. Very helpful. Swiss. Fine food, beautifully presented. All clean. Many nearby attractions (huge spa park, wellness, massages, fitness, etc. ) Very nice and modern rooms (lifestyle double room). In short: VERY recommended!

Very nice hotel with 2 restaurants and bar. During a stay you can also visit the extensive bathing area of the Säntis Park.

Absolute top location for meetings, meetings, but also for longer stays and cosy evenings at the bar, with life bands.

Confy rooms with amazing breakfast. Staff was always very friendly and welcoming. Theres a play room for the kids so that the parents can enjoy a relaxed dinner. The hotel is perfect for a visit of the water park / wellness across the street. Towels are provided.

Hotel/room/breakfast good, but reception very rude and unsuitable for business customers. We have booked all the rooms via the corporate credit card. This did not work in your system, so that every single employee had to pay for themselves and individually. All objections to a collective invoice or a single payment were rejected unfriendlyly. Too bad, you will not be treated as a guest here at the end.

On to the mountain the slides are the madness and make real mood. Were four there and for the price perfectly fine (family with two children) the smallest (3) had its fun in the children's pool. Our big (7) groped the slides and the pools and was thrilled at the end.
I was mainly in the slides and I have to say that there is a top entertainment taking place here.
Everywhere service staff, clean, ambience, sound etc. Tip top can be compared to eurosat in Europapark.
There are now sports bands with which you close doors and settle your consumption, I find a top solution, because the keys were rather disturbing.
Clean it was everywhere. Occasionally tiles and tiles were wet, but as everyone who has ever attended a swimming course knows… do not run in the indoor pool!
All in all highly recommended if you want to have fun.

Beautiful Hotel, located in a beautiful city. Complete rooms with TV, sofa, balcony, … excellent swimming pool to say the least with S. P. A, whirlpool, thermal bath and water slide. The service is excellent and the breakfast very good. Money really well spent.

Well done, great torrent and also the outdoor bathroom is beautiful. It is usually crowded, but still is well distributed. The dressing rooms are kept somewhat simple.

Very good waterpark, there is a slide like a river, a wavepool, jacuzzis, sauna and hammam! Water is hot in the outside as well.

26 for two mini pools where the water is too cold, is totally cracks.
There's much better bathrooms for less money.
Only positive: it is nicely done and for children may be okay too.

Eating, shopping, sports, swimming, wellness, indoor and outdoor playground and much more. Top!

The pool part is really nice. There is a really long whitewater like wide slide which is really nice but a bit too busy.

The conversion was worth, the children here no longer come out, highly recommended for the whole family! I really appreciate the separate female sauna. Best Fitness Studio!

Sauna area is very nice after the renovation in 2015. Clean, new, and spacious.

If you children are ok, but to the relax and not suitable for relaxation. You must plan and long waiting times. But otherwise ok! Sure come back with kids.

A little cool in the Interior. Pity the spa soft had the restaurant area. For a long stay with family, the restaurant that you could visit with a bathing suit was a great thing… now there is a small kiosk which really helps against hunger…
Otherwise I like the Säntis spark much. Who is the 30 years the säntispark prefers to chill out. Alone, with a colleague, or very well with girlfriend…!
The outdoor area is very peaceful in the evening!
Alpamare is for action to recommend. Has also a salt bath to chill out but you shouldn't because white swimming trunks as the yellow dye can and is not too large.
Because of the lost restaurant and cool air 3 star wärens otherwise definitely 5!

For the price and the cleanliness not optimal.

New opening on 28 February 2014.

Second time here. Last was already 4 years ago. It has changed quite a lot in the sauna area. Definitely worth the 28 CHF for 4 hours.
