Perfect location, great bar high above Lake Zurich. Very friendly staff. Price/performance top. Also the GM, Mrs. Z. Very attentive, courteous and competent! We'll be back!

Nice stay and food. Would have preferred availability of air conditioning. But it is known that here that's not required because of very good climate.

I don't recommend it. The horrible environment, a degraded industrial estate and the railway station full of indigents, the only thing that is saved is the lake, its proximity and its beauty. The ghastly hotel, a four star that doesn't reach two. The staff at the reception, our guide had to check in the middle of a sweltering heat as they do not have air conditioning. Poor, poor and small rooms without any comfort. The dreadful dinner consisted of raw pepper salad, boiled rice and an inedible fish pie. The restaurant boss rude and rude came up to yell. And breakfast in a room with huge windows hitting a sun of justice became a hell. To top the luggage storage is a window to the street without a door and without supervision. A total hotel Dispurpose.

Nice hotel with extensive breakfast. Unfortunately our room was not air conditioned, so sleeping was only possible with the window open.
Very close to the train station.
However, there was a fan in the closet, but we discovered it too late.
Nevertheless the stay was very pleasant, that staff always very friendly. Züri Lake nearby we'd be back by.

The hotel infrastructure is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We only had the opportunity to "enjoy" a breakfast that consisted of stale eggs, hard bread and croissants, orange juice (or extract) sour, minimal offer of products distributed in a single table where crowded 60 people agotandose products Quickly, they assigned a room Pequeñisima where practically could not sit without disturbing the neighbors given the little space, meanwhile, in the breakfast room "normal" of the hotel had more than chairs available and a offer and menu much better, really Lousy and discriminatory the attention received.

Good hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. Simple clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast buffet is pretty good and you have a beautiful view across the lake. Price/value is very good.

Wonderful view from the restaurant.

The hotel is awesome. Our room was facing the lake and the view was spectacular. The breakfast was too good and had varied options and should not be missed if you are here. Hotel charges are all inclusive, there is dedicated parking, Gym, 24 he's hot and cold running water, soda and still water is available on each floor. The hotel is right opposite the train station Horgen and it just takes 20 mins to reach the main Zurich station. It is a little far of you are there for only a day in Zurich but it is worth it given the lake facing view from the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the rooms X01 & X02 on each floor (X is the floor number here) are the ones that face the lake. 5 stars for the service, just loved our stay here. I will definitely go again anytime I am in Zurich next.

Well, where do I start.? When they served us dinner it was just a piece of fish and rice… There was no gravy. And when we complained about it, their reply was that we asked for fish with rice… What kind of an answer was that? Then it took them more than an hour to serve dessert… Worst hotel I've ever been to…

Great location, good service, good breakfast with beautiful view.

The fifth floor has a nice dining room with an astounding view of the lake of Zurich. We usually go there to drink some coffee in the morning. The service is good and the personal friendly.

Need to improve in washroom or bathroom. Wi-Fi service should make available to foreigners. Very convenient to take metro or bus as opp to both station. Nice nature view. Food for vegetarian is not up to the mark. Hardly one will find one or two things! As per budget it is good.

Nice room and nice view. The staff are very welcoming. However, to advise against people who have light sleep because the station Quay is just downstairs and the buses/cars going there pass under the Windows.

Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal.

My girlfriend and I have may spend 2 nights in this very stylish and high-quality hotel.
In advance, I would say already that we're more than satisfied and exceeded our expectations.
Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised because we a parking lot (free of course) got right in front of the hotel, although a fitness studio and train station in the immediate vicinity are.
Our room was very spacious, clean and with a great view of the Lake. The equipment was on the State of the art and top in shot.
Me also that you voluntarily could forgo a cleaning of the room, to personally like so to protect the environment, and as a drinks voucher receives thank you, which you could redeem in the lounge / bar (value ca. 7CHF)
The sleeping comfort on the double bed was fantastic and the night quiet.
Breakfast:
We had a very rich and high quality breakfast buffet, which you have to look at some other equivalent hotels on both days. The staff were very polite and friendly without losing the degree of professionalism.
Dinner:
One evening, we have allowed us a dinner in the lounge, which is located on the 5th floor. The food was excellent and to have blighted the wine from the region of Zürich was phenomenal. Price was unbeatable in this case.

The hotel is a 4 star hotel in Zurich Horgen Hogan, region, location very good, close to the Zurich Lake, specifically the lake, opposite a train station, a small dock. I got an unreasonable fine of 75 Swiss Franc as the carpet outside the toilet in my room is wet. The toilet has a very bad drainage system that causes the water to flow outside. A vile way for them to earn some additional buck. Toilet in general is unclean and one would never dare to take a bath in their bathtub. Room is located opposite a train station. Very noisy at night with the people and trains passing by every few minutes. One look up from downstairs and everyone could see you. No privacy at all. Their 2man room is very small, literally nowhere to open my luggage without blocking walkways. No air-conditioning, very warm during the summer. The worst hotel among the 11 others I stayed in during my Europe vacation.

The location of the hotel to the Centre of the city is not very good since it is necessary to take the public transport to move. In this case the location of the hotel is just in front of the train and travel to the Center is about 15 or 20 minutes.
Rooms are clean but very small, gives almost a little overwhelmed to be inside the rooms, are typically functional rooms in which you'll just sleep.
The restaurant of this hotel is on the 5th floor and has magnificent views over the Lake. This restaurant furniture is made from an area with high tables, another area with tables for eating and one area with armchairs and couches to chill-out. As I mentioned before is a joy be with breakfast or taking something in this restaurant by the simple view of the Lake. In terms of the food and the service leaves much to be desired, as soon as en cuanto hay there are people start the uncontrolled, waiters do not follow you well, the food that you have asked is quite delayed, in case of breakfast which is buffet don't have time pick up tables or replenish the food.

Its seems to be a common mistake (also in other Mapviewers) this Hotel is not in Zürich (close to the Trainstation) it is in Horgen wich is outside of Zürich! Check map for "Horgen". Hotel has a really old inventory and would not recommend staying here anymore. Even with a gym feels like a 2 Star Hotel.
