Super hotel very good feel breakfast ok.

This hotel is litrally the greatest! The hotel doubles as a chinese restaurant so you can have your chinese fix if your into that sorta thing. The room are alos very comfortable and have a very nice view if you get a balcony. The beds are very comfortable and big but still leave a decent amount of space in the room. The hotel also includes Wi-Fi and there was a netflix account on the TV which we were free to use. You get a free bus pass which is helpful as there are buses outside which take you to the town.

We were booked for Falken am Rotsee for 3 nights in Lucerne. We were a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens and a child of 15. When we reached the hotel, we found it was run by some Chinese people. There was no proper reception area but instead you just walk into their restaurant which had a tiny corner used as a reception. The smell of non vegetarian food assaulted our senses. Being pure vegetarian we felt nauseous especially since there was no separation between the reception and the restaurant. When we reached there we were informed that there was no elevator for higher floors and my parents who were senior citizens, both with heart condition would have to climb up to the second floor. When one is paying 400 Swiss francs for 2 rooms per night one expects certain amenities such as an elevator. We requested them a lot to refund our money as it was impossible for my parents to climb up. We even requested them through our agent booking. Com who were extremely patient, graceful and helpful. But all our requests fell on deaf ears. Then we even said that we would stay one nite and they cancel two nites, but they would not listen to our pleas. Finally they agreed to cancel the last nite. In all this discussion the owner got so angry and upset and started shouting at us. When my father threatened to call the police he became very aggressive. My mother asked him to give his card, name and number but he refused.

Good and central location, very friendly staff. Even with dog we were very welcome. You can quickly get to the Red Lake and Lucerne is easily accessible on foot or by bus.

Restaurant waiter attitude is very good, food is also very rich, dessert is delicious, chef is a domestic chef took a lot of awards, parking is also ample, restaurant upstairs is a hotel. There is a smoking area in the restaurant.

The Chinese food is very good and almost the same as in China.

Reasonable price and neae to city centre.

One the most authentic Chinese food in central Switzerland. If you want to have the typical Chinese food don't forget to ask for the Asian menu. Prices are reasonable.

1 month ago booked, but when we arrived THEY OVER-BOOKED during easter weekend, and never say sorry to us, just said 'GO OUT'. And they accept the other people who paid more. Unfair and very impolite. We had difficulty to find another hotel during easter. And ruined the travel. The CHINESE OWNER was so arrogant and OFFENSIVE. for your comfortable and safe travel, never booking this hotel during peak season. They will accept all but when you arrive, THEY WILL KICK OUT.

It must be the best Chinese Restaurant in Switzerland. That's what The Chinese real taste.
