Excellent room and service. The only bad thing is that as it is self service the check in and check out, then you can not leave your suitcases sheltered, but in the central train you can keep them.

Nice Concept. Cheap. On the other hand the room in a shop entrance. It's Pretty Original.

The hotel is very well located. We were very surprised when we arrived, looking for the reception for a very long minute before understanding that in fact there was none! We had to enter a code in the PLC located outside the hotel to receive our key. Same with the check out. The room was clean but without any charm. The bathroom door which is very small does not open as it taps into the sink. Otherwise linens are available and the whole is quite correct especially for the very reasonable price of the room.

Very good value for money and cozy. Good Wi-Fi and floor heating. Here and there with small deficiencies in cleanliness and furnishings. An apartment was perfect — clean neat and everything healthy. The second apartment was already a bit unusual, the TV did not work and with the room door there were problems. However, I would book here again.

We were given ground floor, not clean beds, our bed was next to an exit door opening on the street which is locked. People were sitting on steps in middle of night smoking which trickled into the room. We were not feeling safe at all since it was as if they were sitting next to our bed! Purely from this experience I would rate this hotel as poor as I can. Higher floors may have different opinions. One more thing — No AC. The lobby was much cooler than our room.

It's about a 20 minute walk from the city center. There is no AC. The way you get your key is pretty cool — enter in the code a your key drops out with your room number on it. Everything is clean. We were mostly annoyed by the internet — you can only access the internet if you have a phone that can receive texts without Wi-Fi (aka, if republic wireless is your provider, you can't get international texts without Wi-Fi, so we couldn't get on the internet at all). The price was normal for Zurich — anywhere else I'd expect to pay $40 for what we got, and here we paid $80.

Nothing special, but nice place — good location, clean and quiet. Would be even nicer if there was a kettle in the room…

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the centre of Zurich, which can be easily reached on foot. The rooms are a good size and look new, the bathrooms are spacious with ample shower and I particularly enjoyed the underfloor heating (given the winter period). There is no reception, so check in is possible after 2pm, typing the last digits of the reservation made in a machine that will the keys of the apartment reserved, which will be inserted in the same Machine the day you check out.

Nice but small, very decentralized room, bathroom with big shower but no bidet.

Cosy hotel in Zurich city centre…

Good price, size room is correct and very quiet. In front of Helvetiaplatz and Volkshaus. What else!

The hotel room is ok for the price. But not as nice as in the pictures they show. They could give maintenance! Lamps are broken. TV is broken! The chair cover all dirty … not nice. And a wall was also dirty … not a nice appearance. Yes, it would have been lovely if they could have let us leave our bags somewhere before 2pm! It was raining and they really couldn't help us at all. I wanted to talk or complain and the only way was by calling to a switzerland number and I cannot afford roaming! Also the Wi-Fi can only be accessed by receiving an SMS on your phone, it's also available with roaming. Not very happy. … : ( The location it's not bad. And yes, at least the sheets and towels were clean.

This hotel has a reasonable price and it is well located. I don't have any complains about the room. But the access to the Wi-Fi zone was impossible for me, a foreign without an international mobile phone! It is free but it asks for a code which you get through a text to your cellphone or you need to call to a Switzerland number, how am I suppose to do it if I don't speak German and don't have an international phone?! So I went to the Hooters, close to the hotel, tried to connect there but the internet wasn't work, then I explained my situation to the waitress and she was so kind to call to the number they gave and get the password, moreover, she gave her phone number because she called from her cellphone, the password was linked to her number. I think this is a good system but the hotel needs to remember that they receive foreign people there too and they don't have an international phone! Despite it, everything was fine. *everywhere in Zurich needs this code to access the Internet. So if you are going to visit this city, please, get an international service at your cellphone company.

It would be better ich you choose hotel with reception.

Have had a nice, clean and big room. Only the shower is a little bit small. No Problem with the free Wi-Fi access and the breakfest is really good. All in all a nice small / familiar hotel near to the center of Zurich.
