Gorgeous Hotel with spacious Rooms.

This hotel / suites are pure perfection … absolutely amazing. Every aspect is incredible starting with the service at the front desk, quality of fixtures, fittings and furniture. The bed, linen and pillows are luxurious and also the marble stone bathroom. Pure style everywhere you look. Wooden panels and modern, comfortable furniture. It’s completely soundproof from outside and in a great location. The room was perfectly cleaned and shiny surfaces were polished. It’s very stylish, contemporary and peaceful environment to relax in. The healthy breakfast was delivered to our room on time and was fresh, tasty and generous in size. It’s equally the best accomodation we have stayed in … highly recommend! Thank you to EMA House for making such an effort to ensure our stay was perfect.

Rooms are very good and comfortable, breakfast in the room this ideas are also very good, friendly staff and locate in a central location… if have chance I would definitely like to stay there again~~

I was disappointed that my room was noisy, facing the busiest road in the city, which is otherwise extremely (too) quiet. When I asked if anything else might be available, I just heard "no, sorry"… in the most dead period of the year.
Clearly no willingness to spend time on helping out, while a letter on the desk asked to share any concern.
The room is spacious, but I was definitely expecting something more charming and well designed seeing the pics.
It's OK for 1 night with the cheapest rate, Zurich being extremely expensive.
Not close to the center where you find a bit of action in the winter.
Zero amenities.

I am not one to leave a bad review, but unfortunately I felt that I had to for this place. I would consider the EMA House to be a AirBnb managed by an outside company, it is absolutely not any sort of a hotel. We started off on a bad note, our train was canceled so we were going to arrive about 20 minutes after 9p, well this was a $30 charge (reason 1 it's not a hotel). So, we arrive to our 5 person apartment to find out that if we have more than 2 people, it's an extra $30/person/night. That's makes total sense, right? Let's have a 5 person apartment and only make it available to two people! Not. So after all the nickle-and-diming, I walked out paying just over $1100 for a three night stay. On my confirmation email, I was supposed to pay only $872. I have been in the hotel business for over 20-years and could have easily stayed at the Marriott down the street and had two separate rooms for about $400 cheaper. Lastly, their pictures are extremely misleading, they make the apartments look very big and spacious with luxury amenities. Well, that's far from the case. It's very sparsely furnished with cheap furniture. The "comfortable" beds that they offer are practically camping cots. With all of that being said, they location was decent; pretty far from everything, but a nice area. All in all, I will never send any of my family, friends, or clients to this "hotel. " I am very disappointed.

Modern, immaculate apartment across the street from tram 11 or 14. Also, 3 stops away from train station. Breakfast brought to room every morning. Nothing better!

Absolute best for a family. Kitchen is fully furnished. Has Wi-Fi. Parking requires additional charges. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive away. So, meal in house is never a problem.

I had the opportunity of staying at Ema House several years ago, the apartment had 2 floors and a very nice ambient, good views and very very clean. Feels like a home. Would definitely enjoy staying again, especially if traveling with family due to spacious rooms and opportunity of having a dinner table as well as a kitchen. By looking at the pictures, the place was updated, my review is based on 10 years ago, so it must have gotten better which makes me want to stay there again. Thank you.

Very comfortable stay. A bit of walk from city downtown but can take the tram.

We loved this hotel! It was fabulous! They even gave us a free upgrade for a bigger room that VERY comfortably accommodated our family. My husband and I had our eight-year-old and four-year-old with us. When we arrived at the hotel, they had it all neatly set up for us with two extra beds brought in for the kids. All the beds were very comfortable. This was an extremely spacious hotel. The service was fabulous and the location was exceptional. It is only two stops from the train station on a tram that comes every few minutes. Every morning they brought us a very tasty breakfast that included croissants, buns, cheeses, cold cuts, orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, jams, Nutella and cereal. The bathroom was spacious and included a towel warmer. The unit was very clean and very quiet. We never heard anyone in any adjoining rooms or hallways. It was also very secure. You needed a key to use the elevator to get to the floor the room was located on. Every day housekeeping left a chocolate on our pillow. We loved staying in Zurich and the hotel helped to make it a wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel.

Very courteous staff and very family friendly place. We were with two kids, 4 and 1, and were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a larger suite that was even more spacious. We checked in late — at around 10 pm and were assigned a suite in the serviced apartment, which is quiet and a few hundred feet away from the hotel. Overall, this is not a typical hotel, but best suited for family with kids who are looking for non-claustrophobic accommodation at reasonable prices, along with the convenience of having a kitchen for warming kid's food etc.

Very good service and location. Very professional and friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
