The hotel was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is very good and not far from city center. The Metro lie passes directly in front of the hotel and goes through shopping stores, restaurants and directly to the city center by the lake.

Physically, the place is good but staff lets you down and spoils the experience. Overall, I would be looking to try other hotels next time. Pros: — close to tram — some food options nearby — place was clean — buffet breakfast availableCons: — Rooms are small — air-conditioning is terrible. We're told that they can only set it 6 degrees colder than outside temp. Clearly a lie as opening our windows was better. Also, one family in our group had a room in a different floor and theirs was fine. — I asked for ice and was told their ice machine was broken. We sent another person in our group to ask and he was given. Why? Go figure. — Staff at breakfast area are unwelcoming (they respond in exasperation when you ask for something)

Why they call themselves 4☆? this is a bed and breakfast. Dirty carpets, rude staff. The house keeping didn't even change our dirty bed sheets and wash the glasses. There isn't enough towels in the room. No refrigerator. The hair dryer only works for a minute, then turn off automatically which is funny, you can not even get your hair dry. The AC was not working and they said because we can't make it cooler more than 5degree from outside temp! don't be fool by the cheap price, you pay for a bed and breakfast not 4 star hotel.

A tidy hotel, convenient for either business or leisure, staff great price good.

Really pleased with deciding to stay at the H+. Location was very convenient to the trams and was far enough away from downtown to be reasonably priced and quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was that the shower door doesn’t keep all the water in, makes quite a wet mess every shower. Would stay here again.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Very modern and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi (for a hotel) super fast. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel, making reaching the city centre quite easy. I also liked the easy way of collecting Miles & More miles with my stay. I don't know about the quality of the breakfast though as I haven't used that service.

Good hotel BUT, notice, beware of the amount blocked on the visa. It is abusive and susceptible to denounce.

Modern, and clean, no worries. The area is a bit off-center but easily serviced by tram.

A pretty nice hotel a little of center. We had a nice stay here. The rooms were clean and the food that we had here was good as well. The hotel is pretty far from the city center, but the train station is just a few minutes away. The building is very simple but I guess it fits the price.

Very good Service, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only the air conditioning is a little loud, otherwise I would give 5 stars. The location is also good, almost opposite a tram stop of line 2.

Very clean, modern hotel with very friendly and courteous staff and diverse breakfast. Comfortable beds, well dimming rooms without noticeable street noise. Small sauna Anyway fitness room with modern equipment available. Easy access to the city centre.
The poor receptionist in the evening was alone responsible for the bar and the service of the restaurant guests, therefore a bit longer waiting time.
All in all an excellent city hotel, gladly again!

Hotel location a bit out of town but excellent tram service, very frequent and reliable, the stop just outside the Hotel. The room was fine for me and my girlfriend. The only issue was the hot buffet breakfast was not hot just warm, and we had an evening meal that was warm rather than hot. So not that impressed with the dinning side of the stay. The staff were helpful and friendly.

It was a very nice hotel. Bathroom with big shower. The hotel is 15 minutes from the centre of Zurich. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, quiet even though it is on a sliding street with tram passage. Comfortable private underground parking. Nice staff.

Staff is nice but a little misleading because of less number of staff they hire temporary staff on daily basis. We booked a double bed and was given two single bed blankets. On asking the hotel reception for a single double bed blanket of full size I was told they don't have. I asked if we can get it tomorrow since we were going to stay one more extra day, in a shocking reply hotel reception lady said they don't have double bed blanket in their entire hotel and to make it more real she said no hotel in entire Zurich gives double bed blankets not even five star hotels. Anyway the hotel rooms are nice but much smaller than how it's shown in its pictures on internet. Every room has a balcony it seems which is a plus point if u want to have a smoke just outside your room or you just want to sit outside in open environment without going out of Ur hotel room privacy.

The facility of the hotel is new and good to use, but the service is awful. We travelled in Switzerland for ten days and all the hotels provide enough travel adapters for their customers except H+ Hotel. We are keeping on asking for an adapter from last night. And we got only one for two of us in this morning. We asked the receptionist to reserve one if they have more when we left the hotel in 10 am. My iPhone was out of charged in the afternoon and got to the hotel at 3 pm. I saw one customer bypassing the reception and borrowing adapter from reception without discussion. But when I went to the reception, they told me that they had nothing for us. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? After I complained their different attitudes to different customers, in less than 15 mins, I GOT ONE ADAPTER?!

Very decent Hotel, very good value for money, a little far from the city centre, but close to a tram station. The rooms are clean, quite spacious, the fitness center and the sauna are a plus.

Very lovely. Love the location, very easy to get to. Staff very knowledgeable. Rooms beautiful. Only thing needed updated programs on television. Will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, small but nice and elegant rooms, very rich breakfast and in front there is the tram which will take you directly to the center. Recommended.

Very good hotel. Rooms modern and new. Bath also very nice. Very friendly staff. Parking unfortunately costs extra (24 CHF) which I always think is a great pity, for hotel guests it should be free or lower price. Hotel is very central, right next to the stadium and in front of the door the tram runs directly with which you can explore everything. I can only recommend!

Tip: The Italian exactly opposite is very good, the outward appearance is deceptive!

Small but comfortable room, slightly out of the way but still easily accessible. Overall pleasant stay, good value! Only complaint is that the air conditioning doesn't make the room very cool.

Easy to find with private paid parking garage. Check in was extremely fast and polite. Finding room was simple and the room was very nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. Cordial staff. The hotel has a gym and sauna, which I didn't try. It is relatively close to the mountains. And around 15-20 minutes' tram-ride away from the city center. Breakfast is on the pricey side, so I didn't opt for it.

Would not recommend this hotel and would not call it 4 star. I immediately felt unwelcome, no one greets you or offers to help with bags, the manager was unfriendly when he checked me in. I felt so unwelcome in this hotel I actually cried when I got to my room. The rooms are good enough but the ammunition are just not 4 star. First the hotel does not offer room service besides it saying it does multiple booking websites and my confirmation email. To make it worse there is no mini fridge to store food and the hotel is out of town so there are limited options for food nearby. It does have a restaurant but this is even more reason to offer room service — you just have to bring the meals upstairs! The service is not great, if you have even the smallest question you will have to wait ages, there is often no one around at reception if you need help. I would not return to this hotel.

Room was very nice, and customer service was excellent! Depending on direction of travel you have to make a u-turn down the road to get in so it's slightly inconvenient, parking garage was relatively empty so it had ample parking. Close to lake Zurich and old town Zurich. only downside would be that it did not have a pool and the air conditioner was very weak. I personally prefer very cool rooms and our room was around 80.

Came here in early 2014, two adults and a child. The room is not very big for three people, or rather it is small. One room in it has a double bed and a single, very cramped. We arrived by car, parking is paid, the price is decent, would like to be cheaper. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Easy access with tram 4 (direct train station and city centre in 15 minutes). Very quiet area.

Consistent with what we can expect of the range ibis. Stayed two nights, paid the parking for two night with inability to be able to access it on the second day. And share voice of consequence, and to top it all fine because I parked in front of (on the day of the new year! ) the hotel in any other possibility … Friendly hospitality in Switzerland …

“The best option in Zurich”
Very close to the train terminal, the area is of Banks. Very close to Puerto madero or north Zone at Rosario (the environment). The price and the service are commensurate with what is. You could compare it with any hotel Argentina is 4 stars and this is 2. Speak Spanish, many of the receptionists. The Wifi is fast and free.

Rooms at the 5. Floor with beautiful views of the Technopark at night. Good Breakfast and room service was also amazing.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The reception was warm and welcome, we felt very welcome. Great location and very well serviced by public transport.

Poor staff, internet is very very, very slow slow and disconnected every five minutes (I cannot even open two tabs because I was worried, it would disconnect on me). The quality of pillows are very bad (featherless pillows) I couldn't sleep at night at all; the housekeeping staff cleans you the room from the top view but when you look from the front view you find they never clean anything at all). It is like someone not doing their job properly. There was not a bell boy person to carry our luggage's. I would rate this hotel as zero star hotel not as 4 stars hotel. We took standard room. We stayed there for two nights. The staff weren't helpful. The breakfast appetite isn't delicious to eat, so variety of food wasn't that special. In our room, a coffee machine wasn't included only hot boiling water. We went downstairs for coffee machine and we were planning to use the machine and the lady over there for coffee maker said that " the machine is only valid for special group. " We were so upset as I told her we are staying here in the hotel. In the meanwhile, we spoke to the reception and he replied if you book for business room you can use it. I was shocked of his way to response like that to the customer. So here is my feedback to YOU!
