Guest House Dieci allo Zoo Hotel

First of all the food we got here was nice. I can recommend the salads. The pizzas were not anything too special (only tried the children's pizzas and the spicy salami one though). The surroundings are great in that it's so close to the zoo and therefore very convenient to go there after a zoo visit. And on a sunny evening it's nice to sit in the garden where there is a playground for the kids as well. We had a bad experience though with a waiter who was no good. He seemed mad and annoyed from the beginning. So despite nice food and location we will not be returning there in connection with a zoo visit.

Nice garden to sit outside in summer, but be prepared to wait for a long time for a single beer, even if it's not busy.

Super Service very good quality of food. Italian wines of high quality. Always like to come back.

Excellent restaurant with Italian authenticity very professional staff with an unrivaled reception plus I got to know Giorgio Angelini and his brother Pasquale two real professionals of the field. People really heartily. Believe me here in Zurich and what a few pity that I can not put more than 5 stars!

The pizza is megaaaa fine and is very crispy! … Tiramisu was mega fine… The people were very fond of it. Man got the food in about 15 min… the food was very nicely served on the plate… and is also super cool it's just at the zoo! … I found it superrrrr.

Very good pizzeria to be abroad. It is run by Italians. They offer gluten free pizza (really good). In the weekend, especially for those who have this type of needs, it is best to call and book.

Great antipasto, awesome pizza and super coffee! Very friendly, italian speaking staff! We brought our 2 dogs and they were very welcoming and the dogs got treats and were very highly appreciated!

Sunday evening — we sit next to the children's playground at Dieci at a table and wait… the rest can be experienced from me personally — the food is as always delicious — but good gastronomy is more than good food!

Based on my recent visit: The big salads are marvellous, and the pizzas are better than those at many much more hyped places in Zurich. There are better pizzas, but I'd consider the ones served here among the best ones in Zurich. My companions thought the spaghetti were delicious too. The waiters were ok.

Pretty good pizza and nice service. The closest decent place to eat around Zurich Zoo.

Food and service are good.

We organised a meeting with over 80 people. We enjoyed lunch in the garden of the Dieci restaurant allo Zoo.
The outdoor area is positive, the outdoor seating is really welcoming and idyllic. The food and the service was OK, not more and not less.
The Organization and especially the communication with the Executive Board was miserable. For the person responsible, the gastronomy is a business anything to feel passion and customer friendliness. Only for logistical reasons (subsequent Zoo leadership), we conducted the lunch at this restaurant. Price performance was very poor. Other restaurants would have provided the same power cheaper. It will for the time being no longer find us in this restaurant!

We wanted to go after a visit to the Zoo at Corpus Christi still a pizza with 5 people.
A table covered for 4 persons has been assigned to us, we waited in vain on a 5th place.
The drinks, it took several attempts until we got the order.
At the same time came the food (pasta, pizza 3 x 1 x) and also an additional plate for the toddler eating with us has not been.
No user responded also to several speeches, so that it was impossible to order more drinks.
The quality of pasta and pizza was okay, but nothing more.
We will certainly not again visit this restaurant.
