Great and peaceful place to live, nearby; Metro, main train station, bus stop etc.

Friendly staff, rooms urgently need to be redone. Train connection nearby (2min walk).

It is OK for 1-2 nights. The breakfast is nothing special, but sufficient.
The staff is super binding and very friendly.

It is soooo comfortable, not so central but so easy to get to the centre. Train in nearby and it takes 3 or 4 stops to the centre. Room is so clean, room keeping everyday, Tv, satellite channels, hot water, location, view of nature…

Nice little comfortable hotel on the foot of Uetliberg with direct transport link to Zurich HB.

Low price but quite old, no airco, nobody at the desk from 22:30 till 6 am. If by chance you are locked out you have to pay extra 150 chf.

Just because not in the city center so simply good to find as long as zurich hb to ride s10 to triemli can live about 300 meters from the station and has a door number pointer, the room overall good.

Small Hotel on The Outskirts of Zurich, very quiet and easily accessible by S10 from Central Station. The Staff is friendly and Breakfast is good, although the Choice is limited. The Rooms are relatively small but clean, the WI-FI is free. Unfortunately, some Rooms are in need of renovation. Prices fluctuate a lot. Last Time I paid 200 Francs a Night, which is significantly too expensive.

The staff is friendly and servaible but the beds are a horror!

We had an absolutely horrific experience at this hotel. Returning late, around 1am, we found our key card did not work. We called the Emergency Number found at reception to try and get access to our room and when the person answered they refused to come to the hotel to give us access. We had to sleep in the lobby! In the morning when we requested an explanation and some form of refund the woman at reception was rude, arrogant, utterly apathetic and then just left the desk and didn't return, despite telling us she was going to speak to someone. Appalling. Worst experience we have ever had.

Something hard to find. The facilities in the rooms are already very old. Water stains and the paint is peeled off on the furniture. Not very modern. By train you can quickly get to the city. Except at check-in, I never saw anyone sitting at the front desk.
For 1-2 days for the cheap price it's okay.

Nothing to expect for a 3 stars, but I just wanted to point out that the basic were there, room and toilet were clean, free good Wi-Fi, most people at the cachier were polite. Overall a 4 stars from me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. There was no excessive choice but sufficient and of high quality was as a business traveller there, ideally suited the star deduction for The spider webs behind the curtain, otherwise recommended.

The girls at the front desk was very friendly, breakfast is good, everything you need, rooms are clean 1 star deduction because in my room the WLAN Najanaja times a half times sch… but no matter, handy hotspot and well was and too few parking spaces available for the 60 rooms R otherwise the hotel is recommended.

Sweet place. Very clean. A little out of the way. (up a big hill and then some) but ok. Bit dated. Excellent breakfast choices and spotless dining facilities. Bus and tram at bottom of hill. Transport system excellent.

Located in a calm neighborhood next to Uetliberg, great for a walk at the highest point in Zurich. The hotel itself is fine, rooms of nice size and mostly comfortable.

Good room for a reasonable rate. Service was good too. The receptionist was kind and suggested good places to eat in the vicinity.

The hotel is close to the Trimli hospital in Zurich. From the tram station TRIMLI, you can travel about 10min to the hotel. The staff is very polite and customer oriented. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. You have free Wi-Fi and a clothesline in the bathroom. The breakfast service is good and you really have plenty to choose from. If you are looking for a quiet hotel to sleep in, guests ' house is in good hands. Really nice hotel.

It was value for money hotel. Nice place and next to the train station. But the Wi-Fi was really bad.

The reception staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. The staff had for every time. Room warmly clean. A renovation would be good for the hotel. Especially the baths. Tub out, big shower in. Breakfast good. The waiter, well! You'll be scared at 10. What a pity. Otherwise everything agreed.

If your mission is sleep a night in Zürich in a nice and comfortable hotel at 15 min walking from the center, with lots of parking places, with great services at an european price, then this is your hotel!

The Guests' House is excellent place to stay in Zurich. Easily accessable from Zurich HB. From Platform 22, Train # S10 get us in few minutes at Tetmili Stop and 3 minutes walk leada us to the hotel. Bed & Linen are good enough. Wash Room is also very neat & clean. Liked their continental breakfast. The staff is cool, cordial & cooperative. Nearby restaurant named as Star Pizzaria is not less than a blessing, as Hilal Food is also available there. Mr Ali Omer the owner of this restaurant was very nice to all the guests of this hotel. While on Zurich Trip, I prefer to stay at this hotel.

Exceptional service from the reception staff, good location for the train, in a really quiet area except for some German builders who were staying here! But expensive for the quality of the room. We left some electrical goods behind and on contacting them, they were more than helpful to allow us to retrieve them. The staff are what really makes this place worthwhile to visit.

Service was ok but the rooms had cockroaches in them not the cleanest hotel wouldn't recommend at all.

Quite OK. For Zurich the pricing is more than fair, and it's good enough to stay a few nights (especially if you basically just need a place to sleep). Breakfast was a pleasent surprise: For the given price, it is a surprisingly rich buffet. So I can recommend that place if you need an affordable place to stay.

Hotel without big claims, the right comfort but nothing that.

The hotel has very cozy rooms, very helpful staff and is well connected with the train to the city center. Really recommended.

I stayed in this hotel for a week while attending a conference in Zurich. As was already mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is not in central Zurich, but it can be reached in 10 minutes by taking the train. All the staff was kind and attentive, and I enjoyed very much the breakfast buffet.

It was pretty smoky and we could hear our neighbors. The service was good and it was relatively inexpensive for Zurich. It is a bit out of the way, but the train is close.

Rooms are clean, service was good, location is terrible if you want to get out and about for a walk, however the train is close. There are a few places to eat within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included.
