Very clean and good service from your staff.

We are very disappointed, with such a hotel we would have expected more accommodating. We had to cancel our rooms because of cancellation of a concert and additional cancellation due to Corona and since the concert is made up in the summer, we could have been offered a voucher, if no money back but we have to pay the room completely for 2 days! Very, very sad we travel a lot but I've never experienced anything like this! For me, this hotel is a no go.

The hotel looked recently renovated and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The proximity to the railway station worked well to get in and out of downtown Zurich. The proximity to the airport made the commute easy. The place had a weird odor in the reception area, car park like something was going stale.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and a great breakfast. Reasonably priced for Zurich with a public swimming pool a short walk (5mins) away.

Decent hotel, good location. 20 mins or so by tram to city center. Airco was good, ice machine on each floor and vending machine for drinks was a great help on the hot days of summer. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Home only in English or German, very cold temperature in the room (even with air conditioning off), no fridge.
Functional bathroom against shower "badly thought" is quickly flooded the bathroom.
Perfect location for demonstration at hallenstadium.

I stayed at this hotel for the Ironman last July. Very modern, wooden floors also in the economy and large spaces. Very expensive parking, it costs almost as much as the room! They didn't make us early breakfast on the occasion of the race, but they provided us with a replacement bag with inside the indispensable. Good location.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location for events at the Messe. Nice bar inside and easy to use public transport to get around.

I frequent this hotel for work and it is the classic business hotel. The staff is friendly and the place clean. A small flaw might be that at the reception no one speaks Italian even though it is in national languages.
The hotel offers a restaurant and a gym. On each floor there is a soft drink dispenser (for a fee) is an ice machine (free)

A convenient Hotel. Stayed at the hotel for 1 night. I chose it because my flight to Zurich arrived around 7 pm and did not want to drive a long distance to a hotel where I was only going to stay for 1 night. I chose the hotel because I am an IHG member and I was confident that it will rank to my standards, which it did. Pluses:+ About 10-minute drive from the airport. + Friendly staff. + Extremely clean+ Although there aren't any coffee shops directly next to the hotel, plenty of coffee shops are within a 5-10-minute walk from the hotel. + Buses and train stations within 5-10-minute walk from the hotel. There is a bus station near the hotel as well (I think). + basement parking. Negatives: — Can't really think of anything negative. The rooms are the standard room size you expect in Europe (Hence can't pick on that). I have not tried the public transport, but I'd say if you are keen on the city center, perhaps this hotel is a bit far (but this depends on the public transport routes that I did not check out). Pleasant experience overall.

Stayed in Zurich many times, always at this hotel. Handy for the tram into the city. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Secure parking. Close to motorways.

Booked by airline after canceled flight. Food was not good. Though the service was great. Pricey for what you get. Rooms were decent bed comfy. Did not have international outlets in room.

Hotel management is very good, staff is very cooperative, even they use tram for guest. I enjoyed there in reasonable amount.

Good rooms, quiet and new. Quite a distance from Zurich Old Town but bus stop is right in front of hotel. Tram is also quite near.

Reception staff were very helpful in providing information about Zürich and the area. Rooms were nice, had good sized bathrooms with sufficiently sized showers (however a weird shower door). Hotel has a very small workout room, which was luckily empty when I went in, however I wouldn't have worked out had anyone else been there.

Visited this hotel on the occasion of a further education. I can only judge the meeting rooms and the associated catering.
Meeting rooms are equipped with a beamer and Flipchart, as well as coffee machine and water bottles. In the breaks there are small meals which (as far as I have tasted them) were fresh and tasty. For meetings and further training the location is recommended.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The Restaurant & the bar is fully recommended and the mini gym with treadmill, stepper, ergometer and dumbbells as well as a rope hoist are fine for those who want to be active after work hours, a free water dispenser provides for refreshment.
The Wi-Fi is unfortunately unencrypted, so unfortunately a star deduction, the iron and ironing board in the wardrobe bring the But almost back in.

Perfect place to spend some nights mainly on business trips.

I am a frequent guest here on business and can only confirm a consistently good, fair and courteous deal with me as a guest. The rooms are always clean. Breakfast buffet generous, diversified and leaves nothing to be desired.

On the occasion of a concert visit to the indoor Stadium, we booked a room at the Holiday Inn. In a few seconds the stadium is reachable the reception at the reception was very friendly, the rooms very clean and well equipped. We can recommend the hotel to anyone.

The third bed in the room was a cot for children, being three adults. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

Strategic location for those who go to a concert in the Hallenstadion or the Zurich fair. A minimalist and unpretentious hotel of luxury, but very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Price in the norm.

Top notch hospitality and clean, well organized guest rooms. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, perfect for winding down for the evening. Breakfast was included in my stay and was fantastic.

Great Exhibition hall, good and Kurzwegige layout on several levels. Very courteous staff and top organization. This is what you wish for as an exhibitor and also as a visitor.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with 5 other colleagues for work.
The booking was made by the contractor so the data of the same we did not have them directly; here in this case the staff was not at all welcoming and hospitable, indeed, only after expressing my impression in a normal tone, the guy on duty began to be friendly, smiling and above all began to speak in Italian… bah, I have no words!

Very nice Hotel. The breakfast buffet is very well furnished. The staff are welcoming. The rooms are clean. The shower could be a little better quality but easy to use. At night, the street can be a bit noisy if the room overlooks the mass. The hotel is very well located, close to the mass, five of the tram (line 11) and 10 of the places of restoration. I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is clean and bright. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is very convenient. The tram is within walking distance and if you decide to ride the city bus. The bus stop is in front of the hotel.

We were up at 00:30 in the restaurant although the poor waiter wanted to do it for a long time, he left us sitting there and chatting.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The food was great. Parking isn't free, but discounted. Expect about a 10 minute drive to get to downtown Zurich.

Well located. Very good rooms with great view. Peaceful. Good upkeep. Very good people and excellent service. I wanted breakfast earlier than their official time. Amenity the same was not possible, they promised to give packages breakfast instead. Appreciate this gesture.

Nice restaurant close to the Hallenstadion, where you can have a quick meal, with nice service. The priceals are acceptable, some products are a bit more pricy. But everything is quite tasty.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in… very bad shuttle service. I had to wait for an hour at the airport for the bus to arrive and also from the hotel to the airport the shuttle service is not very frequent… staff is not at all helpful or friendly… average quality of breakfast… there are other hotels that are way better and cheaper too!
