Super SPA but to do without children because absolute nude and forbidden to under 16 years. Relaxing massage but nothing more.
The rooms are really topissimes.
Room service, concierge and caring staff.
The really top gourmet restaurant. The breakfast buffet is awesome! there is something for everyone.
The hotel is located in the heart of the village (green and ecological), the shuttle takes us wherever we want. Hiking is galore. With the hotel map you have access to all lifts (except the ski metro) and even free parking.

It is quiet, romantic and very nice staff in the hotel.
Very tasty food and a large spa area.
Saas Fee is supper.

Here, everything is beautiful, everything is good. The pleasure of the eyes and taste buds is guaranteed and the relaxation is absolute. Tomorrow is Monday. Simple Everyday is back in top form 🌿

It is great hotel. I love it.

While the open layout was nice, the rooms are out-dated, basic and need new light bulbs. Spa was a little over-rated. Waterfall turns on automatically for like 2 minutes once every hour. Due to the upcoming renovations, got the feeling they are holding back on regular maintenance. Name is also cheesy. Prices wicked high. 4-star hotels in Italy and Portugal cost a quarter of the price and lie in a whole other league elegance.

Dear manager of the hotel Ferienart Resort & Spa, I booked a room at Your hotel from july 16th until july 23th. I made the reservation on Booking.
In the notations I wrote that we would bring a little dog.
On the information you put on Booking it says:
‘Pets are allowed on request. Charges MAY BE applicable’. I agree, when you bring a dog, it is fair enough to pay something extra for cleaning the room.
Although with previous bookings of houses, hotel rooms and B&B’s the fee that ‘may be applicable’ was eventually never charged, I am willing to pay an extra. But, when we arrived at Your hotel on july 16th, a staff member told us the fee for the dog would be 25 SF per night and there would be a surplus of 40 SF at the end of the stay. Excuse me?
That is 215 SF extra! That’s’ about 20% extra on top of what we paid for the room for a week!
As I said, I am reasonable, I am willing to pay an extra for bringing a dog, but this amount is over the top. I would never have booked your hotel if I had known this in advance. As a customer I have the right to be informed in advance about the prices I have to pay for bringing a dog.
So the information You give to your customers on Booking is just not correct, it is incomplete.
After all, other extra's are clearly pointed out: City tax and resort fee, extra cost for children under 6 and 12 years. Unfortunately, You weren’t available at the time we were checking in.

I just checked out of this hotel feeling so frustrated that I had to write this review immediately.
We stayed for 10 days in this hotel and we totally felt sorry for choosing it. Not only that it doesn't hold up in any way to it's value but you don't get to have the basic needs in this hotel: the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room, beds and pillows are the worse kind and you better bring your own toiletries and your own hairdryer since theirs is only working for a couple of minutes.
Rooms are small and dusty, actually the whole hotel has the charm of a fallen star from the 80's. The spa has also a dull offer, aroma sauna has no aroma, one small jacuzzi and 1 dry sauna. Showers are most of times out of soap and not holding the temperature. The only thing that might worth is the pool even though it has no view and no outside section.
The restaurant you better skip it, almost every other restaurant in saas fee is better.
The overall attitude of the staff is stiff and arrogant with preferred guest policies; you even have to book your table for the breakfast. During the breakfast there is never adequate buffet refill, you have to go through the asking and waiting process everytime.
The kindergarten and the shuttle service to the ski lifts doesn't function during the weekend.
Whomever gave this hotel 5 stars should answer to a lot of questions.
