Stayed here for 1 night on our way to Austria. There was a group of 7 of us. We all enjoyed the hotel, evening meal, breakfast and the drinks. The staff were all really helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. If we are travelling this way again, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We were very satisfied!
The rooms are bright, friendly and of good quality.
We are basically satisfied with the food, the quality is right,
more variants of salad and basic sauce for meat dishes would be an enrichment.
Support in planning the hikes was very helpful and good.
We appreciated the guest card very much.

We have been guests for many years at the Hotel Astoria. We can only recommend it. It is a nice family hotel, all very friendly and helpful. Also the rooms very bright and beautiful. Great would be a kettle in the room and body lotion in the bathroom.

Ingenious for cross-country skiing, half board very simple, no kitchen for Alergiker etc.

The hotel is clean and tidy and easily accessible. The management however are most unprofessional, discurtious and impolite. I will never bring a group here again.

Every time you have the necessary small money. Dreamlike surroundings and friendly staff. Exactly what we had imagined.

A biker hotel as you would like it to be. Perfect starting point to climb the Nuff Pass or the fur-grip pass a little further away. Food great, the coffee gets a smooth 1.

We rode the bikes (bikes) on the Rhone route from Andermatt to Ulrichen, have been received kindly, were able to put the bikes directly in a garage and move into the room with balcony. Shower, toilet tip topp. The Apero and the dinner, as well as the breakfast were very good. The chef and the staff are very accommodating and the restaurant is cozy. Only the bed was a little too hard for us, but for one night it went without a hitch. Price/performance perfect. We would book the Astoria again.

We opted for the flat-rate offer of cross-country skiing the first week of March 2017 and were enchanted. A warm and attentive welcome from the whole team at any time of the day. A very nice modern room and quiet. Tasty and varied meals throughout the week and very high quality ski lessons that have allowed us to make a lot of progress. We only had the street to cross to put on our skis. We could store them dry and prepare them for our outings, and dry our shoes every night. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This hotel is remarkable for the quality of its reception and the quality of its various services. I spent a week there as part of a camp of the GRSA (French group of Ski for the blind) and all the participants appreciated the kindness of the staff.

This is a wonderful hotel situated to the west of several great Alp passes in Switzerland. Super clean modern rooms, friendly staff, some garage space for keeping motorcycles out of the weather — a perfect place to stay for motorcycling riding. Speaking of location, I especially like Hotel Astoria because staying to the west of the passes, if weather does move in and you need to escape, you do not have to ride over a pass to get to lower elevations, yet you are just a few miles away from major (fun) passes and it is a great location to visit northern Italy also. A great place, great food and a great location — does not get better than that for the perfect motorcycle vacation.

Very good service with friendly and well overcast staff!
Food was very good, although we had something of a "small map", because we eat in the middle of the afternoon.
Value for money was good as well.
Nice terrace and very nicely decorated.
Will stop by again.

Great, I spent a very good time in this hotel.

The location is perfect, it is clean and all are very nice. We have from the first Moment we felt at home. The dinner was very good and also the rich Breakfast buffet we have enjoyed! We can all recommend it and come again!

We were a small Bikergruppe on the return journey from Austria to France as a guest in the Hotel Astoria. The beautiful weather these days embellished more so our Tour in the area. From arrival to departure we were in the Hotel Astoria is excellent to receive. Even the machines took place in the closed Garage. The hosts and service were warm and accommodating. The dinner matched our expectations through the quality of the food and drinks. The versatile Breakfast buffet sustained us for the onward journey. The next Tour in Switzerland leads without doubt to Ulrichen!

We're always happy to Astoria back because of the family atmosphere is pleasing and the price-performance ratio is right.

Stay a short cross-country skis. Very comfortable room in the new modern part of the hotel. The staff, also very attentive during the meal, ate really well. An institution that I highly recommend.

Very good, versatile food with Valaisian specialities and wines. Beautiful dining room with beneficial acoustic conditions: even with many guests, it's never loud. Operation and service excellent. Friendly staff. Close to train station, post office and grocery store.

Very good food and pleasant atmosphere, but it is clearly on Zurich level price — / performance ratio if not even more expensive.

Comfortable, modern rooms with views of Ulrichen and the Weisshorn. Delicious food, many Valais specialities and wines. Had good weather luck, and the week around can enjoy.

The cross-country ski package was top — great teaching with Klaus.
The breakfast buffet and half-board always a treat. Great family business which leaves no wish unfulfilled. Holiday for next year is already booked.
