Having a great experience in this hotel.

The worst hotel experience of my life.
The staff gave me three malfunctioning key cards. When following me to my room to help me unlock the door and try a new key card, this employee took the opportunity, in a closed elevator, to full verbally assault and accuse me of being rude when wondering why he gave me the same broken key card twice.
He then continues this raised voice and verbal assault in front of my 1 year old daughter and wife as we are about to eat dinner in our room.
My wife was so uncomfortable that we had to switch hotels.
At checkout he proceeds to give me bad looks from across the reception.
This establishment needs to seriously consider who they employ!

There is a current travel ban from the United States to Sweden and we literally can not go on our trip. We are not wealthy people. We used our wedding money to pay for our trip to Sweden. Covid 19 has canceled our trip and Elite Marina Tower is unwilling to work with us nor have the responded with remorse for our situation. I would not recommend them even for anyone and am posting here for everyone to know what they have done. I, my husband, and our friends and family will all be advised to leave reviews. Elite Hotel Marina Tower has made a terrible situation much worse. I can not give them a low enough standing. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and any other Business Authority. They have stollen our wedding money and did not provide us a service.

To begin, all the staff member are friendly, welcoming and approachable, and they make all person who stays at the hotel to enjoy a home away from home.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful and great central location. The water taxi stop is immediately at the front of the hotel. Number 80. To Skansen is the theme park and open air museum and 2 stops to the main area. The breakfast is amazing. Chia seed pudding. Vegan cheese. Gluten free. Meat options and waffles.

Badest welcome what I had in my life in reception. The hotel restaurant is good and service and food are tasty but generally, I can't recommend for my 6K followers this hotel like 4 stars one. Traveller Tony.

I had a reservation for a friend and also in my name the lady at the reception told me to wait for a friend because as she said it from her account was paid so she must first be here. I do not recommend, treat a man like a cheater, the hotel itself is nice.

We (my girlfriend and myself) had a wonderful stay at Marina Tower. The restaurant is serving awesome food, the personal was always friendly and helped us a lot. Only one thing could be made better. Long time guests should get at least one day in the SPA for free. Overall a really great stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the location is just awesome. We will come again. Nice hotel in a very beautiful area of Stockholm. The prices are really high which is a shame however the service is very good. The reception is very knowledgeable and helpful. The Spa is very nice however there was a child in there watching videos (volume up loud) next to the pool whilst their Mother swam, considering the extremely high cost to use the spa and children not being allowed in at that time this was poor. I paid extra for a room upgrade and was well worth it.

Small rooms (at least the one I was in), window started at about 6.5 feet high (jail style). Average comfort beds. View from the front of the hotel and the spring area is very nice. Hotel restaurant is excellent!

Fab fab fab hotel! You get what you pay! The location is amazing… a bit far from the city centre but well worth for the views of it and the fjord.

The location is very convenient. Less than 15 minutes of public boat trip separates you from the hearth of the city, Kungstradgarden. At same time, no noise from car traffic will disturb the peace of the place. In summer, you canenjoy among the best sunsets available, while taking a stroll along the calm waters of the "salt lake". Not to forget, the possibility to give yourself a well deserved relax at its exclusive spa.

Impressive restoration of a historic building. Perfect for conferences for up to 400 participants. Rooms were nice, so was the staff. Nothing to complain about. A little isolated from the rest of the city. A good thing if you want people to stay at your conference and not leave for the city instead.

Great location on the water ; one ferry stop away from the 'island of attractions'. Restaurant good, excellent breakfast buffet, dinner on the good edge of novelle cuisine, with decent portions but maybe trying a little too hard with things like sweet artichoke appetizer and a sweet mos puree with the brisket. Overall a good place to stay.

A slightly off-site hotel with great views of the city. Unfortunately there are no free parking spaces for the hotel guests so as an alternative only the priced extremely expensive car park with about €25/night stays. As a hotel guest, this is a noticeable increase at the room rate. The rooms themselves are neatly furnished and the bed comfortable. For my taste it could be a little bit stiffer, but it is I. O. The breakfast is varied and offers enough change for a few days. The staff is very friendly. I would stay at the hotel again.

Very nice hotel clean the staff are very pleasant and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. The rooms are fully equipped beds are very comfortable the room is very spacious ask for a room over looking the harbour stunning view. The hotel is a little bit out of the way but the water taxi is right outside the main doors the food is excellent. I fully enjoyed the stay and will be using it again.

Decent conference hotel that's probably way better in the summer, or at least at a time when it isn't painful to be outside. The conference room was large and enough room to work at your seat. Getting power to each participant was a bit of a hassle, though, and required several extension cords snaking across the room.

We got a spa package with Spa treatment, deluxe room, three-course dinner and breakfast. The spa, rooms and breakfast were very good. The dinner was unfortunately nothing special. The possibility to take the SL boat in to the city is a nice touch.

Its a good hotel. Get the sea view. Maybe try the spa.

Just a wee bit of a walk after a day of walking but a quality hotel in a lovely converted warehouse. Great breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant.

The food and drinks were great. Our server was nice and the barender was very polite. All in all a 4/5 experience.

I very nice hotel and the conference possibilities are really good! Rooms are very well designed with great furnitures! And the restaurant is extremely good! And there's a spa which is one of the best in Stockholm and you can just jump on a ferry into Central Stockholm.

Food was excellent and with great variety. The service is first class. The christmas menu is delicious and very typical of Swedish cuisine. It is definitely a great experience.

Here for a 3 day conference and can say it's a great venue. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is good and value for money.

Nice hotel, good food. Rooms were clean and of medium space. If you get a dock side view it's beautiful. Service was efficient and friendly. Wi-Fi was free but you have to give them an email address…

This is a very nice hotel with reasonably priced rooms, great friendly staff and very nice rooms. Included breakfast buffet is outstanding with a huge selection of hot and cold options. The only drawback is that it is somewhat remote from the city and requires a car or taxi to get about. There is a people ferry that stops out front that can take you to at least a couple of parts of the city.

We went there for dinner and the food was mindblowingly amazing! It was perfectly cooked just the way we asked. The restaurant was really cozy and the service was mostly good. The desert was to die for. I would highly recommend this.

This is an amazing hotel! Couldn't ask for anything more!

The location is wonderful, the hotel is located right by the water and there are ferries you can take in to the city. The room we had was nice, not a good view but not all rooms can have that :). The staff was friendly and helpful. We spent some time in the SPA which was quite alright, nothing exceptional but well worth the price. The dinner we had was great and the breakfast was good. Would recommend a visit.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the water taxi just in front of the hotel. We could also enjoy the scent of the big wide world from the room. Almost every day a different cruise ship.

The downstairs bar makes a killer old fashion.

We booked online trough a special offer. Got so much for so little money! Two nights in the "deluxe seaview" room (which has great view on the all the boats that are passing by), Wi-Fi, free acces to the spa area and breakfast included! It was clean, the bathroom had a tub and a shower, anything you could wish for in a relaxing weekend for 2. The water taxi stops in front of the hotel and you're in central Stockholm within 10minutes that way. Would deffo revisit and recommend.

We had some time ago in a Deluxe double room with sea view (price around 200 euros) booked. On arrival was the price at which we have booked, and the price at the reception Desk of the hotel was communicated to some more euros are different, giving us the assistant at the front Desk with the exchange rate fluctuations to explain tried … (about Euro difference). For the car Park, in a neighbouring mountain was, we paid also a high price. The disappointment took place in room 712 (so Deluxe with sea view) : Unfortunately, the Windows were so high that I am directly in front of the window and then had to stand on tiptoe, to the sea to catch! And in this price category. I have this Information are addressed and to test asked whether a corresponding different room would be free, which, unfortunately, was not the case. For me, there was thus no real sea view. The Restaurant is not that of a 4-star hotel (at least not by choice) ; what is served, however, is good and also the Service in the Restaurant is ever-present and always friendly. For Breakfast: On the last Morning was the Breakfast buffet is so crowded that not all customers in the Breakfast room to eat, but the tables of the adjacent hotel bar is lucky and misses the bullet had, what principally is not a Problem, however, there were also these places are quickly filled and it poured still guests of the hotel. This should really think about how this can be improved.

I've spent with my friend on new year's Eve 2014/2015 in the elite Marina Tower Hotel. General about the hotel I can say only good things, because we lived in a nice and clean hotel rooms. Also the breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good. However a valuable item was stolen in this hotel, I also was (approx. 45 years old with a husband and three young children), Ornela hotel to a strange woman the next day, looked again and even was able to prove that this was mine. Immediately did everything in my power I standing, reported the theft at the reception and made a display at the police station. Several times I went to reception and asked for support, but unfortunately nobody was interested in it, even though it was an other Hotelgästin. Nobody made notes to himself, looked at surveillance footage, or searched the system also referred to the room, not after repeated request. Apparently it is not usual to help hotel guests in unpleasant situations in the elite Marina Tower Hotel. As feared, I had to travel without my subject and with great disappointment at the non-action of the staff home.

Hotel overall, rooms and breakfast first class, friendly and helpful staff! Quiet location but a good public transport network, in particular the ship stop in front of the hotel was very often used by us. For the last time there wasn't! Travel period October 2014.

The hotel is very nice but the restaurant is a bit of a joke for a 4 star hotel. If I stay at a place with 4 stars I expect the service to be better and for the hotel restaurant to accommodate me as a walk in and I don't expect to argue for 20mins and then tell me that they aren't sure if the kitchen has the capacity to cook for 10 people.

Love this hotel, will send everyone here, only drawbacks are 9am gym hours on weekends, but who gets up that early anyway. Me. And distance to nearest tram, however ferry stops directly in front hotel every hour, so plan ahead.
