Not pleasant. Surrounded by factories and cheap housing. Hotel staff pretty poor. Told me I was lucky to have a room when they said no refreshments were served between breakfast and 7pm. I will not return.

BW has a very friendly staff and really good room service.

I have been here for 3 days I had wonderful time with the family, the customer service was outstanding, specially a guy called Niaz was so helpful, and to be honest all people working at the reception was very nice, always smiling and happy to help. Overall great experience.

The beds were ok, but the room was quite simple, no light in the roof, the drapes were not mounted properly. There was a Lightswitch mounted in the wall, but no lamp. It looked liked the didn't prepared the room, no toiletpaper, not enough towels, and I am sorry to say, very very simple breakfast … This hotel has kind of a nice front or fasade, but it is not a four star hotel … Not at all! The price was ok though …

Small rooms with tiny bathrooms. For hot days there is no air-conditioning, and sometimes they can give a small fan. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly, even when people complain. There is a sauna with a capacity of 3-5 people and fitness equipment in the same room. Unfortunately they removed the spa. In the main hall there is free flavoured water (with pieces of fruits/herbs), which tastes really fresh.

I have stayed here before and all seemed to be ok. During current stay I have to share that it is not ok to have room that is hot like sauna and if you open windows, then at 6 am in the morning you get up because of construction site noise, 6AM! Also I couldnt find any glass in a room to drink water.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and easy to use bus from airport. Train into the city is also just a short walk away. Would be nice to be able to make tea or coffee in the room rather than go down to the lobby.

The breakfast was very good and had a very selection of food items. The receptionist was helpful and very efficient. Thank you!

My stay has been correct, although the light coming into the room when sunrise did not make my break out the desired one. At five in the morning, it's daylight.

Room too small… and the bathroom close and not functional… for the rest quiet hotel located at 300 m from the ideal train station to go to Stockholm. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. SEK 465 from Stockholm Airport to Hotel. From Hotel to Stockholm Central is SEK 218. So consider that before booking.

Nice staff! The hotel itself looks good, the roomes are looking a bit old an some inventories are damaged. The gym had its best times a while a go.

I had a great experience, specially cause they changed my room to a better one. They can improve the breakfast, but still, a very good proxe-quality relation (dont forget we are taöking about sweden). Ulriksdal is 20 min away from city center, and there is good communication to it.

Single bed abd beddings are comfy and I enjoyed it. However, room I would say was average: broken bathroom door handle, some rubish was left in a toilet.

Absolutely reasonable for the price. The varnish is peeled off at one or another frame. But we just wanted to sleep here, too. And we could. Room was very quiet (349). The quadruple glazing keeps the cold and the traffic noise safe outside. The showers have very high water pressure. The breakfast is okay. Sorry, no Nutella. A colourful mix of cheese, cold cuts, various breads and rolls. Booking directly at the hotel can be worthwhile. You just have to say that a website has a more favorable offer, then you come to the contrary in advance. We would love to come back.

Good room for the price. Clean. Great breakfast. Close to metro station and bus stop. I wish there was an entrance in the back for when you are walking from the metro station.

The location of the hotel is good. You can reach the centre of Stockholm within 15 minutes by train. The design of the hotel often seems a bit old and the lighting, at least in my room, is far too dark. There are no ceiling lamps and otherwise only small bed tillbults. So the room is never really bright, except the sun is shining. The mirror in the bathroom was broken and a constant rushing of ventilation is somewhat disruptive. Otherwise the hotel and the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast is okay, have seen/eaten better. I honestly expected more for my money, just when you know other Ibis hotels.

The hotel is by and large clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped, only a small refrigerator is missing from me personally, considering that it is a 4-star hotel. The only shortcoming: When showering, half the bathroom is set underwater due to the bathroom construction. Breakfast is varied and international, paired with typical Swedish specialities. The staff base is friendly and effort, only room service hangs a little behind.

The reception and the Welcome do their best, but the rooms are small and old…

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Not in this lifetime. Poor quality when in comes on rooms amenities. Small rooms but functional… An extra plus for excellent breakfast choices. The hotel lies in a busy outskirts business area. Excellent communication into Stockholm city by nearby Commuter Train Station (Ulriksdal)

A small walk of 20 minutes is required to reach the train station.

Far outside, dirty and dwelled. Restaurant a disaster and no alternative nearby. Breakfast, however, was quite good.

Nice 4 star hotel. Room clean bed comfy, excelent breakfast.

Just bearable, nothing special. Positives — decent breakfast, clean, relatively comfortable bed. Negatives — noisy, a lot of rooms overlooking the atrium (which hosts bar and restaurant), bare bones staff, no ironing kits in rooms (just a dirty and worn board and iron in a common room), no room service, a choice of three (3) main courses in the restaurant (is it a restaurant if it serves only three meals? ), toiletries etc. Are for sale, not complimentary, the neighborhood is desolate (unless you count the Mall of Sweden, which is further away then walking distance).

The hotel does not deserve its 4 star rating. I would give it 2 or 3. The rooms are adequate but small and minimal. The first room that they gave me did not have the electricity on. The next room had the drainage system for the floor above going through the room so you could hear running water whenever the upstairs bathroom was used. The Wi-Fi is ok (so far) and I have not yet checked the breakfast. It is conveniently located near a light rail station on the way to Arlanda airport and 3 stops from the city centre.

The hotel is nice, but better if you were on transit. The reception staff helps you with anything you need and the hotel is clean. I rated it 4 stars only because the cleaning staff checks your luggages for whatever reason while you're away. We set up the zippers in a certain position and left the hotel. When we came back, the zippers weren't as we left them. Also they check other places in the room where you leave your stuff. Towels changed daily but floor wasn't cleaned up at all during our stay. The check-in is at 15.00 local time.

The location of the hotel is very good: close to the train station. The train to Stockholm central takes around 10 minutes. The design of the hotel is stylish. The lobby is spacious and cozy and the bar serves pretty good food and drink at night. Hotel room is not very big but enough for a business trip or short getaway. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay at this hotel.

The hotel stands in a quiet suburb of the suburbs near the district of Solna near the stop of the train Ulriksdal, 2 stops from the airport Arlando, one stop from the Mall of Scandinavia and 3 stops from Stockholm Central, located in the first zone, extended No need to take a ticket.
Modern building with a high hall, some rooms can overlook the inside. At any time you can drink tea, coffee, water, juice on the ground floor free of charge. The breakfast buffet was very good.
Nice modern rooms. Wireless internet in the rooms and in the lobby with good speed.
Opposite the entrance there is a filling station, where you can buy a snack and necessities, on the other side there is an Italian diner. It is faster to drive to the city by train, the road will take 20 minutes.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and tidy. Free breakfast including children up to 12 years old free of charge (on an existing bed). Sauna. Parking 100 CZK in the indoor parking for a day.

Good sized room with nice bathroom. Clean and tidy with good breakfast. Staff not very helpful. The train station is about 5 min walk but there is nothing interesting in the surrounding area and there is no paved path to cross from the hotel to the street that goes to the station. The bus stop that comes from the airport is in a busy road that passes in front of the hotel but gives no direct way to the hotel, so crossing the streets to reach the hotel is complicated. The bus stop that comes from the city center is much better located as access to the hotel is easier.

Really superb hotel. We got upgraded to a flat, really awesome room. Good food, serviceminded personal. Close to the city.

Usual business hotel, nothing special. Clean bed, small room, classic breakfast.

The hotel is a bit far from everything. However, access from Arlanda airport is easy through Flygbussarna buses, and the commuter train station is a 5-10 min walk away (with another 10-15 minutes by train to reach the central station). The room was small but clean and calm. Breakfast is OK. The staff is helpful.

Super! Rätselfaktor the room, otherwise absolutely Top. Free Wifi, Super comfortable King Size beds, great shower, everything you want. To be found at Breakfast is all about pancakes to cereal. Absolutely recommendable Hotel:)

Great value hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and good transport links. It has a pleasant lobby area with plenty of seating as well as free tea and coffee making facilities. Nearby Ulriksdal station has regular trains to both the city centre and Arlanda airport. It's also possible to catch the 509 bus to the Bergshamra metro station from right outside the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Price is affordable. Room had lots of space, clean and quite. Great staff and very helpful. Breakfast was plenty. The hotel is well placed close to railway station. From now and on we will look for Ibis Hotels.

Very nice Hotel on the outskirts of Stockholm, near the S-Bahn station Ulriksdal. Free Parking in the hotel's underground garage. Very large lobby area with free drinks, rich Breakfast buffet with Swedish specialities. Free W-LAN in the entire Hotel. The rooms are very clean and stylish furnished, however somewhat small. In All a Hotel, that you definitely with a good Conscience recommend can.
