On first arrival, the room was dirty, The place is a dated resemblance of its pictures. Don't be fooled.
We wanted to book a house with lakeview and a terrace. We've asked in advance, and they've confirmed, that we booked a "Terrace House". As it turned out, we got a small apartment in a shared house. They told us, that they call that the "Terrace House". The whole resort is empty, but they've refused to give us the house we wanted, and they've confirmed in advance. We came here from 2000 kilometers away, and all we got is disappointment, again. They done this to us 10 years ago too, that is why we wrote in advance to make sure, we get the house. To top it all, we had to pull our heavy luggages through knee-high snow, because they didn't bother to clean the entrance of our house, and the TV set is broken as well. It's a disgrace.

Do not book a room at this hotel. It is so dated, really dirty and disgusting rooms with stains on the curtains, dust everywhere, lots of hair in the shower, no list on the door to the hallway so all the noise came straight in, not possible to close the door to the outside. The hallway was really disgusting and dirty, no trashcanes were empitied, the floor were ruined so we sank every 2 m walking. No safeguard in the pool area which is really bad. I paid SEK 1700 for this room for one night and I think you should be a shame of yourselves!
