Highly recommended. Not too busy and has a nice "relax" section with jacuzzi situated on the top floor. The hotspots for family fun in Gothenburg; Liseberg and Universeum is only a short tram ride away. And as always the service, rooms and breakfast buffet is above what you would expect at the price point.

Pretty boring and uninspiring. Also the so-called “buffet” is the most limited one I’ve ever seen. You can’t really call it a buffet, as there is one course and not many extras.

Beautiful hotel and great service, great choice in breakfast and dinner + Free bike services is so amazing to get around easily without problems.

Hotel in Scandinavian design, clear and ckean. There is a variety of choices for breakfast. Also separated gluten-free bread and cereals for people who need it. I was impressed of the different milk and yoghurt alternatives you could choose. Different sorts of bread, coffee, tea, fruit and vegetables. Try it.

Great rooms, big and fresh. Nice outdoor place for some evening drinks. No bar outside though. Kinda different layout of restaurant area, it's like if the restaurant is between two houses, with a really high ceiling. Parking available.

Was there for a conference. Good location for transportation, nice venue, good Wi-Fi and very nice lunch with dessert.

Like an expensive ibis. Everything is so cheap. Restaurant don't have all the items they offer and you have to pay for the courtesy coffee. No frigobar. Beds are awful. Just avoid.

I attended a social event here. The personel is very friendly. The whole design of this hotel feels refreshing. High ceiling in lobby area, almost church-like. Suitable for people with disabilities! Good thinking over here!

OK hotel, friendly staff. Be careful with the parking, front desk doesn't know where you can park. Used their parking ticket and got 600sek fine. Great lunch.

Not very cozy something dirty does not have food in the evenings and very expensive for the conditions it has.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, near major road, everything you need if you have business in the neighborhood.

Clean and airy rooms. Good staff with quick service if you request extra pillows, a water boiler etc. Offers budget family rooms as well as luxurious top floor rooms. Nice "spa-area", however only has one rather small jaccuzzi. Very nice gym. Breakfast was awesome! Very close to Gothenburg, only 17 min with tram.

A standard Scandic hotel. Small rooms just enough to spend a night passing through. Breakfast was disappointing, very few selections even for a Scandic hotel.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved the bathroom mirror that had a little led light around it. Great breakfast aswell. I stayed here for a concert at Ullevi which was easily accessed through the railway.

Nice hotel lobby and restaurant. But tables were not clean as we visited for lunch. Buffet was good, with good food.

Ok hotel, well maintained room, nice staff. I don't like that the restaurant is closed on sundays. I'm hungry writing this review.

This is one of the better Scandic hotels I have slept in. Rooms were good (a bit too cold) and breakfast was good as well.

I booked an adapted room suitable for a wheelchair user, however, when I arrived into my room I discovered that it was NOT suitable for a wheelchair user. They said that the best they could do was move me to a new room the next day. I had to spend the night in a room that I couldn't use the toilet in (and struggled to get to the bed). There was A LOT of noise throughout the night (people talking, the sound of the noisy heating but also the lift). They did move me to a new room the next day. This room was accessible. (Though the threshold to the room and bathroom was about 3cm high! ) This room had a grabrail next to the toilet and a small stool for the wetroom shower. The room was large and much easier to navigate with a wheelchair. Breakfast was amazing! There was so much choice, although it is served as a communal buffet. The staff were not well versed in dealing with disabled customers and they couldn't understand that the initial room would have caused me problems.

Friendly and helpful personnel, nice and clean rooms and great facilities with good transportation connections made my stay very pleasant. Will stay again!

6/25. Hear Northern European chain hotel feel than Western Europe nevetol and merture two. From the front Desk to the room. Many small details was nice. Regardless of whether business office, or travel on vacation, it's all good. Hall, tall, bright, and the design feels strong. A rest area, Comfort, service, Business Area, office supplies. The room was spacious, the typical Jane European simple decorating style. Bed, wide, the beds comfortable. Socket Switch. — designed to be sufficient. Disadvantages: pillows, least, a little pillow, bed, is still relatively low.

Really good hotell with lots of free parkings. No outlet next to the bed but thats not enough to deduct a stor.

Fine in relation to the fair price and If you don't matter rooms like cabins in a ferry and view to the lobby.
