Thank you Clarion Grand Hotel for letting me and my mom into your hotel in the middle of the night last week. We travelled immediately to Helsingborg from the Netherlands after hearing sad family news from my little brother who lives in Sweden. We arrived in the night and we went to my brother in hospital first. After that Two hotels did not let us in and then we thought this would be a challenge by night and scared. A lot of drunk people and vagrants where on the street. Thank you, thank you, thank you We had a nice stay at your historic hotel. Friendly staff members and good food. We liked the flower headbands on Midsömmar! it cheered us up!

Shabby and dusty wherever you look, sloppy cleaned if ever cleaned. Bathroom 2sqm very untidy. Unbearable noice from mostly intoxicated guests of the bars in the surrounding streets all the nigjts till morning. My ever worst accomodations experience in my life. Room No. 235. Sloppy managed hotel.

Reception team is very helpful. Nice place. Rooms are good and facilities are also good.

Very friendly staff, bed is big and very comfortable. Room is lean, beautiful and cosy decorated. Toilet amenities are minimal but good standard. We love the Ritual toiletries products. Wide range of high quality food for breakfast. The hotel is central located, near to shops and restaurants.

No ac, so if you want to be cooked and smell the previous guest this is the place for you. If you want a trip through hell then try the elevator.

Idk what to say I do 5 stars cuz my mom works there but its good anyway like no joke I would recommend it over other hotels.

It's a really good hotel, great stuff and good breakfast, it's located in the heart off Helsingborg in Sweden. It's 5 min walk from the ferry from Denmark and train station.

Stayed there for three nights. Excellent service. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, delicious food and staff who were superb.

Honestly not impressed. Got Deluxe room but nothing deluxe at all. Lot of thing need too improve… and funniest was the beds… be careful to not break the legs and I got no soap in shower. There was no toiletries. Was paper napping box on wall but that was empty as well. To get to room was struggle lot of corridors and steps and there's no-one to help with luggage… Didn't felt welcome. Would not stay again.

This is worth an ibis with us very far from a 4 star in France.

Stayed in Clarion Grand Hotel for a week in April month this year. Nice heritage property. Amazing stay in this Windy City of Sweden. Will definitely come next time.

Great staff and service however the rooms are a bit dated. Location is very good.

Food was excellent and service was great. Nothing unusual but the staff were great with English as to be expected in Scandinavia. Great atmosphere in here and would definitely come again. The decor is some what "interesting" you will have to see for yourself to know what I mean.

Hotel is in good location, clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Down side: you need to pay for car park and rooms a bit outdated.

I wonder how this hotel became a four star hotel. Good: Very central location at the foot of the castle in the middle of Helsingborg Good: Friendly staff Bad: Extremely fast speaking staff Good: The bed, even though it is small Bad: Smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. Good: The food at breakfast buffet. Bad: Dirty plates. Bad: Too many people at breakfast buffet, long queues. Bad: Expensive parking.

Everything was OK except the loud music from the hotel's bar. Live band music was quite audible in my room until after 1:00 am.

I was staying in the 20th week 2008 for one night in room 478. The room was so far okay, corresponded to a three-star — standard but highest. It was unacceptable that, directly adjacent, wall to wall, a technical operating room was, in which a fan all the time created an annoying buzzing sound, was to think not of the a peaceful sleep and even the beds to the vibrate brought. The hotel management was well aware of this fact; You put out but in the bath lock plug. Now not everyone with these things but can sleep. When I spoke to the problem the next morning at the reception, was that there had been more complaints about it.
For 1385, — EUR per night an imposition!
Resume: Avoid all rooms to the number 478 around.
After all: Breakfast corresponded to expectations.
