In the middle of central of Halmstad. Nice crew and nice breakfast buffet.

My customer left a suitcase for UPS pick-up at their reception, but when UPS went for collection, they had lost it. During the next two weeks, I called several times to claim this suitcase and all the time their answer was that they didn’t have it. One of the times though they told me they had find it, and ship a box with milk powder (labelled as that, when I was requesting a pelican case with hardware) at my expense. One week later I called again with photo proof to find out they had had it all along, but when I asked them to ship it back to me, they asked me to pay for it. Their incompetency has affected our business and the fact that they don’t cover the shipping cost even though they sent us the wrong package at our expense is the less professional thing I’ve seen so far. Not talking about the fact that they sent me a package that belongs to someone else and they haven’t claim it. I would never recomend this hotel for business purposes.

Good hotel in the centre. Arriving by car is a problem as there are no hotel parking places. 15 Euro Extra. Ordungsamt checked at 5:30 in the morning!

TV on the wall that you cannot see from the bed.

The breakfast was ok. Not that much plant based options but still allright. Plus for the waffles.

This hotel has perfect location directly in Halmstad's city center. The room was clean but we missed some cupboard where we could put our clothes. The breakfast was tasty with various choices. The room may be noisy if it is orientated to the square. Anyway, I recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Extremely good Hotel for the price you pay. It is central and some rooms have very nice views.

Good location but no AC two fans were supplied even though temperature barely reached 20 degrees.

Great room. Good breakfast.

First night not good as we had a room above a pub/nightclub. The Hotel reception rectified this by giving us a free uppgrade and a room the other side of the hotel. We had a better night sleep the second night but feel that something should be mentioned in their ad pre-warning potential customers of this so they know what to expect. Breakfast is good and the other plus is location.
