The room was dirty and after not cleaning it up we got partial refund. Three stars for good customer service post the fact and good location. Breakfast was also nice.

We stay in this hotel for two days, 2 adults and 2 children, the room looks good and big. The service was good, all we asked we got with a smile. The breakfast was nice, a lot of things to eat for everyone. Location in the middle of the city, walk for all the places in the old city. Recommended.

No air-conditioning, BUT! Attentive staff put a working (and clean) vent in our room. Kudos for that!

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Nice rooms, good breakfast selection & excellent coffee, bikes available. Only minus is the Wi-Fi, which really needs a capacity upgrade; unless you go online after midnight it's difficult to open more than 3 pages in a row. Thanks for a great stay!

We had all 4 kids with us. Two are teenagers so we had a big room. One king size bed, one bedsofa and one extra bed they had put in or bed. It was a bit crowded but that was expected. The room was very hot with all of us there and no air conditioning. Since it's in the middle of town it's also noisy outside. Not a good combination for a hot room and open windows. Still very hot. Also he room was not very clean. Overall a hotel that could need a renovation. Friendly personnel and very good for kids with presents and activities for the smaller ones.

Not a very good nights sleep, on busy street and traffic noise.

In spite of a very good central location, the five days stay in this hotel (for a congress purpose) has been deceitful: a (nice) scarf has been stolen; the window of the room was extremely dirty with large gulls' droppings (nobody cared) ; renovation of the hotel indices huge noice … on Saturday morning by 08:30 am (nobody cared either). This hotel does not seem to consider the client and has a problem of management. I may add that for professional reasons, I have stayed several times in other Scandic hotels in Stockholm without any concerns.

Nice people, good breakfast, clean rooms. Too bad there was no fridge nor aircon in the room.

Despite the Central location very quiet. Very nice room. Staff was always friendly. Super Breakfast with great selection. You can also make your own waffles with existing Fresh dough or a fresh Smoothie.

Great breakfasts, clean and everything works. Yes, the furniture is not a new and thin layer of rust on the pipes in the bathroom shines through, but in general worthy for their money. Good noise insulation, and polite staff!

Location of the hotel is really great and very central. Breakfast is delicious and "continental" kept. I didn't miss anything. The only thing I didn't find so good were the beds and the rooms seemed a bit unliving.

Pleasant, well positioned hotel a few minutes walk from the railway station. Rooms have minimal furniture but they are clean and functional. Staff are friendly and attentive. Restaurant has a limited menu but food is fine if you want eat in. Best thing for me is the breakfast buffet which offers wide range of food both hot and cold, all really nice.

Great room with bathtub. Very cheap with student discount. Bucket missing from one sauna, but otherwise great! You can press your own juice and make waffles for breakfast.

The room I booked was super clean and nicely furnished, and it was suitable for 2 people. I also had the possibility to park my car in the basement. The hotel is very close to the city center, it's only 5 minutes by foot.

Nice hotel, nice location. Pet friendly with a fee of 250kr! Which is ridiculous since no other hotel ever charged us such amount. No worth the cost.

Anyone clean my room after I get keys. Toilet and floor Was heavily soiled. In the cupboard I found a bag with beer cans. Additionally, the service was very unfriendly! I don't recommend anyone this place.

Disappointing in its quality-price ratio. Reception not great, poor Wi-Fi, restaurant too expensive, bathrooms a little old, few TV channels, floors VIp That make you feel excluded. Not to a level of four stars.

This is a hotel in the central part of Malmö. It takes 10 minutes to walk through the old town to the central train station. Staff does their job, but nothing more. I had to skip breakfast since the breakfast room was completely full with no available places left.

We got all the "bang for our buck" here! Competitively priced, but don't get lost… there are TONS of Scandic Hotels all around. If it's your first time visiting then it's easy to go to the wrong hotel. Everything was clean, people are so nice, everything you need and want to see all in one location.

The hotel is perfect only remains very expensive even out of season. Great breakfast, very varied for all tastes.

The hotel what on our trip with included, voluntarily I would no longer visit the hotel.
The room: Very cheap already and not just very clean just as like the bathroom have once after cleaned, also it smells in the bathroom, what exactly I can not say but stink afterwards hold the towels.
Breakfast: On the second day there were at least Kötbuller, who's needs, otherwise no Swedish Spetzialitäten. Coffee watery as the juices. Sausage and cheese from the bulk Pack every day the same.
Parking: Who's coming with the car needs a big purse ca 25 euro the night and not meant for large cars, have an Alhambra and the air stopped often more like a hand there was to part close freely. Oh and in the underground garage of the same stench as in the bathroom.
Staff: Friendly and endeavors but poorly trained. Had dinner last fire alarm, no one knew what should be done to let that took care someone to the guests. Say through this should leave the House that there was formidable in Swedish and English, how did then explains what is going on and had to see a part of the workforce already on the other side of the road in safety, even if it was just a false alarm heard himself.

Really good place to be for one night. Hotel room was clean and big — 2+2. For sure if i'm in Malmö once again I will come back — recomend.

Was here for just a one day conference but the accommodations were good. A big lunch with dessert was offered and the place was located in the heart of malmö.

Easy access, professional staff. Cool meeting rooms. Very good food.

Great location in Malmö's bustling shopping district. The room was a little basic, but the bed was comfortable. Really appreciated the wholesome Scandinavian breakfast, and the 12pm checkout. Will probably stay again next time I'm in Malmö.

Location right in the middle of Malmö is excellent. Slightly old, but simple and spacious rooms. Housekeeping could be better.

A typical Scandic hotel following their quality standards. Silent/calm even though very centrally located. As always with Scandic the breakfast is very diverse/excellent. The building/interior is slightly old hence no top points.

Excellent service and help at reception. Clean rooms with a wide variety of choice for breakfast. Highly recommended.
