We had our stay 22nd & 23rd August 2019. It was not up to what we expected. There were no buffet for two meals. Buffet area was so unclean. In the set menu we had nothing to select. We just had to eat it. Dinner and lunch set menu is almost the same. Lunch was hectic. We ordered jelly with custerd. But there were no custerd. All round the hotel is very unclean. And mainly the receptionist is calling us almost every time and its very disturb to us. Her voice is so high and so hard to listen to her. We have been to so many hotels and this is the most bad experience ever. Never reccoment to anyone. Only the door men the security was polite.

The hotel was formed in 2012, so it is new in some sense. The staff is really good and helpful, but they have shortage of it. Limited staff helping each other out. Room service is little slow. Every room has Indian Ocean view, so that is good. But the beach is very dirty and you would not want to go there. Food quality is good and buffet is simple and good.

The place is awesome, when you see out from the balcony of any room in this hotel you can view the pool and wonder shore of the sea. You might be bit disappointed as the location bit inside to enter the hotel and connect to nearest shopping area. But once you reach hotel you may relax. Candle light evening dinner would be bit romantic, the place has nice coconut trees which are in between the pool and beach.

Everything was excellent. Had a great holiday the food was awesome the rooms the view the pool bathrooms very spacious and comfortable and clean.

The hotel is very good by Asian standards. The staff are friendly. The waiters speak a little Russian. There is a menu in Russian. The rooms are clean. Removed when asked. The rooms are very large with a living room. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet. Combined WC with shower. Air conditioning. Refrigerator, Hairdryer, iron, plasma. We chose full Board without drinks, and have not regretted. Can expensive. Beach, on site pool is very clean. Generally would recommend.

One of the best place to stay in bentota. A perfect beach view and sunset view. Staff ambiance is very good and food quality is amazing. Beat place for honey moon and top tire rooms are amazing. You feel like visiting back to Sri Lanka just to go to this place. I can promise you will have the best time here.

It is a very good place, good service, big neat clean rooms with good amenities, Wi-Fi… More over the beach is next to the property… walkable (25 metres)

Small one, but a quite good one. Has a small and comfortable pool with access to sea shore. In the evening fishermen come for fishing, and nice to watch the fishing. Rooms are quite big with a clean and neat bathroom.

It was a nice room with a balcony with a view to the indian ocean, sheets were not perfectly clean along with the balcony. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. The refreshments provided like red bull and ice tea are very expensive even by normal hotel standards. There is no bar.

If you are looking for some peace and relaxation, this is the place to be at. A beach at the front and a railway tracks on the backside. The hotel staff is humble and welcoming, the meals are good and a view to die for.

Not good for get-togethers and parties. Ridiculously expensive corkage charge. But still they wanted us to leave soon. Very rude management. I would not recommend this place for people that want to have their meal with a beer. FYI im a gentlemen.

They have very friendly staff. With my quick request they have arranged room for honeymoon couple. As per the couple they have done it very nicely.

Best value for your buck that I saw on Sri Lanka. Big clean rooms, closest location to the ocean, tasty breakfests with selection of local and "west" food. Friendly English speaking staff. Pool is not big, but it's ok, cause there is just a few meters to the ocean. Some towels that we were given had old spots, but were changed on first request. Everyone is doing their best. It was a pleasure.

Such a nice place to spend your holidays. Sea bath as well as the pleasant pool. Rooms are awesome. Will recommend to my friends too.

Amazing resort. Rooms are awesome and view is outstanding. Best part is their hospitality. Staff are very humble and caring. They always give u a treatment that will make u feel very very comfortable and relaxing. Special mention to 'Mr. Chandrasena (chandra) from restaurant, he is such a nyc person, he cares for ur food even if u dnt find the food in menu, he will arrange the things from the restaurant. I still remember on tuesday we could not have non veg so he got DAAL FRY and Rice for us.
Very nyc resort. Highly recommend.
