This hotel sells stale food and do not take any care about customer complains or returns. Really bad customer service even after a complain made.

Customer service very poor, uncomfortable … we are stay cchotel. Room was not clean. Bad cover uncleaned dietary. Water mug empty. Low water pressure. Fridge not working. Don't promote fake ads … completely worsted experience ever 😠😡🤬

Great hotel. Brilliant views Amazing location. Great nightlife. Food good. Clean and comfortable. Staff always eager to please and be helpful. Can be a tad noisy if you wanted an early night and Wi-Fi only really obtainable in the lobby. We loved our stay and definitely would come back.

I love the roof top restaurant. The bar is well stocked. The food too is great.

It's a place with one of the better views of the heart of Colombo. It's not that expensive in comparison to other spots around the area either. Great spot for a date if it's a weekday. Other days are nice for a hangout spot with friends :)

Good place with great view. Prices are slightly better compared to similar locations. They take lot of time to prepare your meals.

One of the affordable bunch from mid-premium range hotels available in Colombo. The specialities are the booze and the ability to keep the facility open at late ours really helps when you're trying to spend quality time with your mates. There is a day to day live performance, usually orchestrated and fulfilled by underrated artists and minor celebrities its all well and prove to be quite entertaining on the long run.

Good Average hotel … Location OK depends on you… Restaurant a bit noisy sometimes in evening but local food is OK. No indian food available so difficult for long stay especially for Indian. Rooms good … Value for money…

This review is only for the restaurant on 5th floor. Not a recommended places to be in Colombo. Specially if you are with your partner or family. It's a bar and a restaurant. Food used to be amazing. But, now it is getting low in quality. Staff are moody most of the time. Seen exchanging words in front of the customers. The view got 1 star. And the reasonable price got another. But, you can have a nicer and fuller experience in other hotels in city center than this place. And they never admire you. Not recommended.

The hotel rooms are so luxurious at affordable price. Had a great stay. The hotel also has some small shops nearby to taste local food.

Ideal location in the heart of city close to Colombo fort railway station and bus station, also next door to Dutch hospital premises which has the house of crabs restaurant. Walking distance to Galle face road which is ideal for jogging/walking. Food charges are reasonable. Breakfast buffet and restaurant service is average. Room size was lil congested with not an ambient lighting. All together average budget hotel for travellers in budget.

We got a burned wedges. But after complaining gave some good stuff. Average taste on foods. Good for an evening drink at a rooftop in the center of colombo.

Drinks and bites are good. Rooftop has the best view. Lighting can improve. Great place for a reasonable price.

Good food but price is way too much.

A nice star hotel. This is the first star hotel I have ever visited. They got nice free Wi-Fi. But food is very bad. We ordered briyani and basket of chicken they took more than an hour to bring it. You don't expect that from a star hotel. And the rice seemed to be old and chicken was also old. Nothing felt fresh. For wasn't much tasty also. Other than for everything else is good. I stayed only for a night.

Rooftop restaurant and bar: Good location but food quality is bad and service needs improvement too. Food is too pricy for the quality.

Location is good. But food is too expensive when you compare with other city hotels. The Food was tasteless & quantity wise was less than in other hotels with very little sea food in the fried rice.

Good place in front of world trade center. Better for business visit accormadations. Rooms are clean and neat. Staff also friendly and very helpful. Free Wi-Fi is there but only for two hours. You can reach Colombo port city, galle face and few good restaurants less than 5 minutes.

Good for short stays. Bit noisy. Old building and fittings. But easy access to many important offices.

In short, best for location. Not much but a little expensive. No major fun hangouts nearby basically a commercial hub. Good for shopping. Rooms are simple and small good for a couple. Interiors are OK but not fabolous. Try to take 3rd floor if you are visiting with balcony. Food is also OK but could be little risky for hygiene.

Good central hotel with a nice roof top bar. Rooms now only $60

The place is located few km from the pettah (central bus stand) and railway station. Though the facade of the building is not so appealing, the rooms are so good. A must-watch is roof top view of beach. Just opp to hotel is world trade centre of srilanka. Looks like petronas twin tower. For back packers who want to try local food at shoestring budget, just come out of the hotel and walk to the left to york street. Many small shops offer veg and non veg varieties at just 100LKR per person.

Best place with the greatest view, outdoor rooftop area gives you the panoramic overview of the magnificent skyscrapers of Colombo, you feel as if you are flying, great food and quick service.

Can recommend only the roof top bar. Good food. Bit slow service but friendly staff.

Reasonable Hotel. They have a out door eatery with Rice meals and good pastry items. Reasonably prised. Ok Rooms for a budget hotel.

An awesome place to hang out with friends ^family, tasty food and good quality DJ music, exceptional hospitality.

This hotel is very comfortable, and convenient. The staff is very kind. In fact, I found a lizard in my room, and I wanted to change my room. At that time, the staff was willing to accept my request, and I changed my room. That's why I could continue to enjoy Sri Lanka staying. At night, we could eat good meal on the top floor. I recommend balcony space there. We could feel good breeze. The breakfast was also nice! My favorite was boiled mushroom.

Service needs to be better, had to wait ages to get our food/bites. Great location though, a better management team could better utilise the assets!

Was threatened to be thrown in a jail cell by the manager after a waiter took a large sum of money, did not bring us change and denied receiving the money. If for some reason you still feel like staying here, for the amount of money it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

I stayed here for 3 nights from 31.01.15 to 03.02 15. The property is centrally located overlooking the tallest buildings of Colombo. The room was big with good furnishings and a balcony giving a pleasing view of well lit up high rises and streets in the evenings. Washroom was spacious, spick n span with good fittings and accessories. Front desk personnel were smart, courteous and helpful. They arranged for our tours and transport. Room services were prompt and good. The roof top restaurant was ever ready with mouth watering dishes and a lovely view of the sea. A nice place to be in. Colombo beach is a walking distance with a wide fare of sea food kiosks one must try in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. You surely will I reckon.
