Very poor maintained hotel (? )
Not clean at all, stains everywhere, dirty sheets. We were the only guests and left after 1 night.
Its a pitty because the building itself and the location is beautifull. But there really needs some work done.

Well maintained hotel. And having a great staff to associate with. Good job guys. Keep going.

Nice relaxing hotel. With the view of sea. For the beach you need to drive. Recently upgraded the whole hotel.

It is a calm and quiet place near the trincomalee inner Harbour. You can see a magnificent view of the inner Harbour and the sunset from this place. Working staff and their Management Committee is very helpful today visited this food is also in good taste.

Superb location of the property. I would say one of the best in Trincomalee. Very pleasing view from the rooms. Homily atmosphere, don't feel like out of home. Staff is very friendly. Food is also tasty.

Hotel situated infront of the datch bay on a hill top. So view of the bay and harbour area spectacular. Facility of the establishment was good… but they need some renovations or refurbishment soon… otherwise great experience.

Very bad service. Dirty bathrooms and rooms and looks like ghost houses. I don't suggest anyone to make bookings in this hotel unless the view is all you care about then that`s okay because the view of the hotel is very nice but everything else is disgusting I wonder how other people who visited wrote good comments I was chocked by the time I was taken to the room I asked to cancle the booking and moved to another hotel and refused to stay for that night apart from that I'm having a very nice vacation here in Sri Lanka and I like you all to have a nice one as well and not get fooled by the ratings and comments others wrote.

One of the worst hotel in the world the hotel looks so good in the picture but it so disgusting in real life the room is so unclean and please never ever go there or even think about it.
