Excellent location and view of the waterfalls from the room. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom needs more lighting. Food is good. Transportation from the hotel to the top of the road need to be streamlined giving priority to hotel guests checking out, not to tourists with tour guides who only come to see the waterfall. We had to wait a considerable time after checking out to go to our vehicle parked at the top of the road.

The hotel was so close to nature. We were right by two very beautiful waterfalls and it was spectacular. Dinner was reasonably priced and really good. Breakfast was something to look forward to. Service was with a smile.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location with the waterfall view. The rooms are dirty and smelt like damp/mould, the water from the taps and toilet were discoloured yellow. The toilet flush was broken. They fit phones into the room however the phones don’t have a dial tone very inconvenient if you require anything from housekeeping etc As you have to leave your room in the dark and cold to go the reception. The general maintance was not good at cleanliness is a key in my book this hotel lacked that significantly. The food buffet breakfast and dinner was very limited wasn’t the worst thing however if your hungry I suppose you will eat. I would not return to this hotel as I have left with bites all over my legs from my stay here.

Good Service. Close to Ramboda falls for enjoyment. But Rooms were full of bed bugs… And loads of flies and creepers. But had fun due to the closeness to the falls.

Good place to relax. Great location right on the Ramboda falls. Nice restaurant and bar with views of the waterfall. Food tastes awsome, very comfort to stay. Service is very nice and convenient. View of the Ramboda fall is giving amazing value to the hotel. Really helpful staff.

Nice hotel and restaurant over looking Ramboda Falls, very friendly service. The road to hotel from car park is narrow and difficult road. Hotel arrange the shuttle service from car park to reception. Security people help for everything. Once go to hotel, there is a path near to waterfall through hotel. Nice restaurant. Buffet lunch is recommended and available with good price. Hotel is having different categories of rooms types of rooms. Someo are having direct waterfall view. It is nice to stay here for one night, having same same weather and climate as Nuwara Eliya. Less cold than Nuwara Eliya. From hotel to Nuwara Eliya drive is around 30mins. Recommended for honeymooners to stay here as they have honeymoon packages and especial honeymoon rooms with direct waterfall view.

Beautiful view but the beautification work of the hotel is not finished.
Therefore noisy during the day.
It is best to return to the hotel after 5:30 p. M. — 6 p. M.

Beautiful Hotel near the beautiful Ramboda Falls. We enjoy a lot being here. Ramboda Falls is 109 m high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. Has a hotel nearby which is quite expensive one if you are looking for financials aw well.

Ramboda falls is located in a wonderful location. Covered with green mountains and tea fields. View of Ramboda water falls is giving a amazing value to the hotel. Its a very suitable place to relax a couple of days. Also they have a very good restaurant with a friendly staff.

Nice hotel, the buffet is very varied, the room is spacious, the air conditioning works fine. In the evening you can sit out on the terrace. The restaurant offers scenic views of the waterfall. Of the minuses can be noted boltajushhujusja on one mount door in the shower.

I went to their restaurant. It was beautiful. Best place to dine because of the view, the service and the food quality.

Great place. Awesome ambience and really helpful staff. The Rooms were cozy. I'd gone for my Honeymoon here. And must tell you, it's worth it!

Great place, very exotic. The restaurant serves a fairly full buffet, except for dessert.
But the truth is, the most important thing here is the view!

Great place to check out for lunch. We stopped by on the way. It is a beautiful spot to stay and have lunch. Definitely would recommend it.

A very beautiful place, clean comfortable but a measure. There are two beautiful waterfalls in one of them you can swim. Parking, elevator. The kitchen is at a high level. The buffet is varied. There is live music, a small instrumental ensemble. There is a bar and billiards with hookah) ) ) Tourists mostly Hindus, a lot of Chinese-yelling scary… This is the only downside of the hotel. The monkeys come in the morning. Don't leave things on the balcony.

The location of the hotel is great-the view from the room to the mountains and two waterfalls in different directions is something. The room at the on was a triple, with one double and one single bed. The room is spacious. There was no air conditioning in the room. But as in this region at night is cool, then sleep was normal and under a ceiling fan. The rooms are not new and a bit worn out. Where the handle is broken, where something is split…
Breakfast is good-buffet with enough choice. If you take in a set immediately and dinner, he will please you. Good choice of dishes and delicious desserts. But drinks in the restaurant of the hotel cost 2 times more expensive than for example on coast. Be prepared for overpriced.
If you leave the hotel and want to go up to the village, the climb is very steep. The elderly will be hard to climb.
Overall this hotel has to go because of the beautiful location and nature. For 2-3 days you will enjoy this place.

Nice hotel. Nearby there is a descent to a waterfall, its noise is constantly audible, if to open a balcony. The room has a beautiful view of the mountain valley. Nearby there are wild monkeys, tea plantations, several other waterfalls. The service at the hotel, especially for Sri Lanka, is excellent. Towels, plaid, hair dryer, water, tea, coffee and mini bar, soap and shampoo, TV was in the room. Quite clean and well-groomed everything both in the rooms and on the grounds.

Everything you need for a traveler for one night is there. Clean! The morning is boundless-the noise of a waterfall, birds… Kitchen? Standard Swedish. Delicious, friendly. In the evening there were "Bremen musicians"…

Beautiful views, hot tube water, a lot of funny monkeys on the roof, rich breakfast and dinner, no A/C.

Beautiful and very good buffet. Congrats to the chefs. The staff are wonderful with a good managers always there to assist. We were spoilt and wonderful head on with the water fall and also great view of the Devon falls.

There are a couple of rooms with a terrace overlooking the waterfall. Very beautiful! The food is usual, tasty).

Nice place to stop by when you travel to Nuwara eliya. You can dine seeing two waterfalls right in front of you. You can visit the water falls. Not recommended for a long stay as not much of sight seeing. Food is good. But will be routinal. You have free pool table by the bar.

Awesome Hotel. Excellent Views from the room. The food is very delicious. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Also there is a natural pool which is Awesome. The Waterfalls is a Beauty To the Eye.

Lovely views & good staff but the hotel is a little run down. My room was tired, full of bugs and a little smelly. Happy I stayed here for the experience of being next to the amazing waterfall but wouldn't really want to return.

Beautiful location close to waterfalls, a natural swimming pool absolutely great, not bad but should be better maintained: lock of the room which would not lock, water leak in the bathroom of the other room. In the end, fro (damage)

This particular waterfall is situated in the main road. Exact place to relax and have some fun.

When we went out on the terrace rooms, we have just captured the spirit of what he saw… 200 metres in front of us in all its glory opened a noisy waterfall, around the mountain, covered with dense vegetation, among which we could see another waterfall… and no one around… This opened before us the view was really amazing…

A walk from our hotel ramboda falls is a close to nature. With an entry ticket of LKR 20. U get to climb steps to the top of the falls which is about 490 meters climb to the viewpoint. Its a long climb… U can also shower in the falls and the water is really cold. Climbing Ramboda is a good workout.

Amazing hotel. The location is fantastic. The hotel is built on the slopes of a hill opposite to the Ramboda falls. The views from the rooms are stunning, lush forests and the majestic waterfalls. Make sure your room has a waterfall view. Also the dining area is great. Food list nice. It has a well appointed bar with classic settings. On the whole the hotel offers you a WOW package. Highly recommended.

A tourist attraction with much less crowd. You have to obtain a ticket (20 Rs per local head) to reach the viewpoint in front of the waterfall. The viewpoint itself needs a good hike of 490m elevation. Pond beneath the waterfall is not very deep (~6ft). Surrounding is very calm and clean, and try your level best to keep it as it is.

It was heavily raining that day but the falls is so high and during the rain the falls looked amazing, you have to take the hotel bus and pay tips for the driver and some tips at the reception to enter through the hotel facility.

This is very good natural place to visit and you can see more waterfalls thane Ramboda falls. Note — Please try your best to protect our natural environment.

A nice buffet lunch, but the main attraction is the amazing waterfall which you teach by going through the restaurant. A good lunch stop en route.

Came here for Breakfast, from the hotel up the street for Breakfast were not as expensive. Here is equipped with a passage to the waterfall, very nice! The trees full of monkeys.

The view from the house is gorgeous! The food is OK. The staff are friendly. Bedspreads and the carpet in the room dirty. Cold water is brown. Many insects in the room. Careful swim. A lot of leeches. Morning at the house in the bushes saw the deer. In General I liked it)

For a tour of Kandy and the tea plantations — the most beautiful and cozy place! Wake up — go out to the balcony and see a beautiful waterfall! Feeling just unforgettable! The food in the hotel is absolutely the same as on hotels!

Here you live at the navel of nature.
Monkeys on the roof, therefore always keep everything nicely closed and the soothing murmur of the waterfall in the ear-balm for the soul.
Something for people who want to relax.
