Such a disgusting messy unhygienic hotel it is. Bed sheets are soo old and stained 🥵 even though they put the label sanitized on comets it was yellowish stained and disgusting 🤮 we had done half the payment but we couldn’t stay even a hour due to unhygienic condition in the room so we left the hotel only the view is nice other than that nothing is there for worth only a waste of our time.

I have enjoyed the stay and would like to recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is friendly and professional.
The quality and taste of rhe food is good but for the price they should have introduced more varieties and vegetarian options. Had a set menu for dinner but most visitors expect a buffet for dinner… The restaurant has a very beautiful view of the Gregory lake and surrounding mountains. Have a secured place for parking. The surrounding area is very good/secure for jogging or cycling.

This hotel is very disorganised and they charged from customers different rates. Staff not friendly at all. Foods not quality as well as very untidy. Not recommend at all. Owner of this hotel pl look in to this.

No welcome drink even after a long hours arrival. No smile on any face in front office. No lunch buffet. Dinner & Breakfast too no varieties. Salads & main course ok. Desserts are horrible. Muffins & sweet items are not tasty. When we asks about meats, they were very roughly answered. No beef & pork. Customer care is very poor. Rooms are good view is good. But cleaning is average. Bathroom is not cleaned well. Floor is not washed or brushed properly. Very bad experience.

A friendly and devoted team, the atmosphere for New Years Eve was just unique and the special dinner delicious and huge! Thank you for this unforgettable stay.

Amazing place to stay. The best view from the hotel. Food was also good. Lots of Indian food available.

Awesome Location and good service.

Most unsuitable for big family, very poor communication and source of communication. It is fill of living in tent, wind noise disturbance. Construction and internal movement is most difficult for elderly people. Only food is good.

This is not a 3 star hotel It was so cheap. No variety in food and toilet was very narrow. Hotel was very poor.

It's a 3 * hotel. It is located at a foothill and gives us an awesome view of Nuwara Eliya. Rooms and Amenities are ok. Food is limited but decent. Will be good for budget travellers.

It's about that a***** guide who was looking for to pick up tourists by force to get their incentives at NanuOya Railway Station. We were travelling from Badulla to Nanuoya with our foreign mates & there is this dark faced guide with your hotel's website on back of his t-shirt disturbing us and swearing at us saying that we steal tourists in train and interfering with his business. Was swearing along with a Tuk Tuk guy at the Nanuoya railway station. Threatening us like hell. Almost afraid and felt like we're gonna have our final destination. Why these guides are so rude.

Awesome view from room! Breakfast and dinner were really good.

Very unpleasant hotel, too many stairs. The doors of the room and the bathroom closed badly. The one at the entrance of the room allowed to pass the day.

When I called this place they would not accommodate local tourist. Who do they think they are in spite operating in Sri Lanka I was really put off with this attitude and this place should be banned from all tourists. If your into hospitality you shouldn't have any discripcency! Please share your opinions on this to increase awareness.

The location of the hotel is really the best in Nuwara Eliya! Food, rooms and service is good too!

The facility of the hotel is good, but the arrangements of rooms are uneven and unscientific. Its uncomfortable to reach rooms, specially for aged and handicaoped. There is neither any elivator nor any userfreiendly stairs.

The service is not great. The reception doesn't pick up the call most of the times for room service. The food is also not great at all. It is bland and is very expensive. No value for money.

It's nice location and good view… like quite place… Peoples treating well. But if clean little I think better… And if reception can laugh with guest I appreciate.

Uniquely good views are to be had from the hotel, best from the dining room. Difficult to get a beer during a Perahera festival such as in August. Bring a jumper to the restaurant, the winds seem to creep inside! Good and adequate rooms. You get a sense of why the British gathered in Nuwara Eliya, with its cooler weather. Pleasant helpful staff.

Outstanding view, quiet site of the hotel above the city. Musty smelling room and noisy, because the door was made of very thin plastic on a metal frame only. So everything on the corridor was to hear disturbing clearly. Lunch and breakfast were of poorer quality and the dining room was shabby. Exterior of the hotel under partly construction but seems to be completed now regarding to the fotos on the web.

Lived this place last time the room view ect food was good but needs improvement hope to visit this time too.

Avoid at all cost! We stayed in this hotel for one night as part of a circuit in Sri Lanka and it was disastrous… the nights are very cold in this region and the hotel are not equipped with heaters. A single radiant was provided to us which was far from sufficient. We slept in a sweater and jogging and have greloté all night… We were very disappointed by the room which was not nickel. In short, if you can avoid this place please do!

Very Bad Hotel, Poor Customer service, Poor welcome, Bad Smelling in the rooms, Broken Beds, Very Small Bathroom, Hotel management lying, not enough staff allocation, Very low variation of food, Not enough cutlery display. Water Leaks in the bathroom. international menu not provided even though the management has mention they will provide. waited in the bathroom with soap for 20min due to no water.
