We visited when the season was just started. It was very isolated, have not cleaned the bathrooms properly, there were 3 frogs and after requesting, we could change the room.
They were not ready to accommodate guests, where they acknowledged that they need to brush and clean soon. If they accepted a booking, they should have done the cleaning properly, not that we went for free. Dissatisfied with the service.

I slept at this hotel one night. The location is excellent, just 2 min walk from the beach, and 5 min from the main point.
The staff was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. The room was well equipped and they were waiting for me with bottles of water. Recommend to those looking for a quiet place in Sri Lanka.

It's sad that we found this place at the end of our stay. The place is really good with comfortable rooms, and the bathroom is really spacious. The water is also good, not like the brackish water in other places. Its seems that they have 24 hour security. They have a nice co-working space too.
The best part is that the place is close to Arugambay beach and the main surf point. We wish we could have stayed the whole stay at this place.
Also the staff is the best we came across in Arugambay, and they were really friendly and flexible. We were allowed to use and stay on the premises after checking out to catch the night bus. Thanks for the great stay.

Yes, you might only get given a comically sized towel and yeah, maybe the drain in the shower doesn’t work but the customer service is brilliant and the guys do a really good job at making you feel at home.
Great location with only a short walk to the beach and you are very close to the main road where all the restaurants/pubs are.

This place is amazing to stay in Arugam Bay! Excellent location, near the beach and with a lot of things to do that you can reach by walking. The rooms are really good and have the best prices in the location. The staff is really friendly and also they help you a lot with any situation, they helped me find a bus back to Colombo and for a great price. I completely recommend staying here!

Not the best. The place is clean. Maintenance is not satisfactory. It's near the Arugam Bay beach. The staff is okay but certainly not the most friendly staff that you will meet.

Not worth it. You cannot find anything other than small soap and two small towels. Not even a bottle of water. Washroom was stinky and hot water shower was leaking all the way. There are plenty of better places in Arugambay.

Can, t rate this place. Because Food and Rainforcemement are very bad. But price are very expensive. Bad place.

This is a good place to eat in arugambe. Bz it's really hard to find a decent eating place there. Owner is a friendly guy. Prices are avarage and portions too. If you are not too much fond of salts ask them to reduce at the start. You can get rice and curry, koththu, fried rice, dosai, chapatti and few curries here. Free Wi-Fi also available.

250 LKR for a home made curry of 6 different kinds. A bit spicy but FANTASATIC value for money.

Good place but with a weird and also misleading name: There is No chance to have an "Ocean View" at all. Because this place is landlocked on the jungle side of the main Panama Road. Otherwise it's to be recommended.
