The apartment is full of hair. The girl of the night quite edge. The price quite high for how far away it is from everything. There are no plugs near the bed or hand soap in the sink. It's neither an apartment nor a hotel. The best thing was the cafeteria downstairs. We're not coming back.

Although having an average price and service, the place looked nice and cozy and thankfully had a refreshing room temperature which was really nice for valencia's hot summers.

Painful. We booked two adults and a child and when we arrived the sofa bed was undone. We had to go down for sheets because the sheets they had on were disgusting. Very dirty full of hair and very wrinkled. All full of hairs.

Considering we were with a kid and we were late, it was fatal.

To top it off, there was no pillow or towel for the child. Shattered beds fell off when you sat down, a mattress so bad that we got up with a lot of body pain. At 6 o'clock. 30 in the morning we have already had to get up since there are no curtains. Only a few slats that don't take away any light so it's impossible to sleep. We have come several times and it has never been as lousy as today. Go room and go lousy service.

Good place to spend a night… So much for work. As for leisure… On the ground floor there is a pub with a good atmosphere… And the service is great.

A cozy place, the rooms clean and with everything you need. It is very comfortable to have a kitchen. Ideal If you go in group as the rooms are spacious and accommodating up to 4 people. Well connected to Metro stations where it is easy to park to go to Valencia without having to put the car in the city. Easy parking and an Irish bar at the entrance where they also give dinners.

Clean and nice rooms nice but small, this in the middle of the road and with nothing if you do not drive a minimum of 20 minutes. Good deal.

Great for a couple on the road who needs a foothold to visit Valencia in the company of a little dog.

The room, for the price, was good… Very austere but to spend the night, in principle adequate. The downside is that directly opposite there is a lake of a golf course and all night the Frogs croaban to the point that the 3 we were unveiled. Good place to sleep, with small kitchen for dinner with children. We had a slightly crushed room, but close to Valencia. 15 minutes from downtown by car which is what we were looking for. With shop right next door.

Good apartment-hotel for a pass in Valencia. 30 minutes from the beach. Clean and spacious, no noise. Mall at the end of the street.

Comfortable and functional accommodation in the surroundings of the technological park. You can take advantage of the kitchenette to prepare your own breakfast. Parking is simple. There is a shopping and leisure area, which is relatively close by (car displacement). We will stay there again.

Spacious studio but badly organizes large bed close to the kitchen sofa not allowing to see the tele window with screw screws otherwise necessary for basic kitchen situation in very quiet area price interesting.

We changed room pq in the first one the toilet did not work. The second one was great. As you hit that the bed was folding and there may be a fixed one that is more comfortable.
