I purchased two loft reservation with OH MY LOFT company and was advised the day of check in, that one of the rooms had suffered damages by the previous attendant. The hotel personnel Natalia offered a 50 percent refund on the damaged room. Upon arriving to the said damaged loft, I reviewed the damages and noticed that they simply jabbed a metal stick in the terrace door to prevent it from falling and they put a plastic bag and taped it to the wall of the damaged ceiling with the leak. This said bag immediately fell apart due to the tape not being able to withstand the moisture of the continued leak. Immediately after the bag fell, the leak persisted and we had to use towels to dry it. The leak was located in the second bathroom, above the shower. I was informed by Expedia that they haven’t received any calls from Natalia. I decided to personally go to the reception office and was met a guy there. He proceeded to tell me that they won’t be giving me a refund because they “fixed” the issue. I explained to him that they didn’t fix anything and even so, I was not made aware that the refund would no longer be given to me. That was not what was said to me by Natalia. He proceeded to belittle me and talk over me and was very disrespectful. I’ve been a customer of Expedia for several years and I am continuously booking through their company. This unfair treatment and uncomfortable stay at this loft was simply unacceptable. Do not book.

Very helpful and pleasant host Natalia will tell you a lot about the city and places to visit. Big and spacy appartment with the terrace and equipped kitchen. Parking slots usually available in the evening. Small suggestion to add some staff to kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) to make the stay more comfortable.

Due to our flight from the US and a quick roadtrip to Albir area we had a late check-in. We sent an email in the car which was promptly responded. Super service from Natalia. Apartment had lots of space, nice living room area, kitchenette and good size balcony with view to the Museum's by Valencia port. Short way to metro, one change of trains and you are right in Valencia city center. We stayed two nights and we're very happy with the accommodation. Thanks for good service, informative talk and lots of friendliness to Natalia!

Great place to stay. Easy subway ride to downtown. Aldis store across the street for food and necessities. Make sure to bring all you need since this is an apartment, not a hotel. Bring shampoo, soap (1L bath soap at Aldis for under 1 euro), etc.

We have been my husband and I one night, for work reasons.
and the accommodation very well the bed very comfortable and the loft very spacious and clean.

Oh my loft was a very nice surprise. The apartament was modern, spacious and beautifully designed. Equipped with all basic uitilities you can need.
Natalie and her colleague from the front desk were very friendly and helpfull with all informations that we need to know. A pleasant stay and for sure we will come back soon!

Exellent apartment-modern and conformable, place is good location… Nataly is very kindly and give you nice reqomande for restorans, places, shopping…

Lovely view, great living space well connected by road to all parts of the city.

Site well located, we were able to make the reservation the same day and the chick in late, in reception there is porter 24 hours. We have not had problems traveling with our pets. Second time we come and we will definitely repeat if we return.
