We were not served at all by the management of Holastays The apartment had lots of short comings The shower cubicle was disgusting with mould on the bottom of the door The bathroom furniture was broken and the wash hand basin was cracked The microwave had two cracks in the door and was not clean inside The sofa was filthy full of stains which they covered up with a throw The electric kettle was not working and when we asked for another we were told that maybe the Cleaner would get us a replacement which she never did The mattress was so worn out that it was impossible to sleep in the double bed The only decent thing was the fridge which was relatively new We didn't even find miniature soaps at least to wash our hands and the kitchen sink looked dingy The sponge and cloth we were meant to wash our kitchenware were disgusting too When I called them and also sent a message with all these points they very arrogantly told me to complain to booking They didn't even apologize I have photos of the above and records of our messages Never again Holastays.
