If you are visiting Valencia this hotel is ideally situated to visit both the older traditional areas of the city as well as the more modern upscale shopping areas which are close at hand. The hotel is well appointed and features well appointed rooms, a great breakfast room at the top of the building with great views over the city roofline.

The room was nice and had a good view. The room was kept clean by the staff but was a bit dated and needs updating. The entire staff was very attentative and helpful. The location was perfect for our visit.

Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are not very modern but the bed is very large and comfortable. Breakfast is good and on the top terrace with a beautiful view on the city. The hotel is in an excellent location.

The hotel is very elegant, clean and the employees very attentive and helpful. I had a room on the 7th floor, the room was old, it had a bad smell. It had a large window overlooking the street, the heating was fine but when you turned it on the smell became more intense. Breakfast is very expensive Euros 13.50. — I think they have a remodeled part with more modern rooms but we have a very old one.

Nice structure though dated. The location is very close to the city centre. Staff available.

In the busiest and crowdest area, right across the station and we'll near tourist places. No on premises parking, with 4star hotel can't expect that, had to pay and park in nearby Parking place. Really old style rooms, good breakfast, not worth paying the money 280 euros a day. Good staff.

The staff was friendly and some of the food from room service (which is rare to even have room service in this area) was pretty good. The rooms on the other hand are quite small. I don't mind a small room but if one ever had work to do and needs a place to use a laptop, this is not the spot. Maybe other rooms have desks or a chair that would fit in front of a table. Room 627 does not. Internet speed is actually quite good. Like most hotels in the area the water pressure is not great and shower can be a messy experience with water on floor. Otherwise it's okay for the price IF the price is below 100 euro per night only.

Nice spacious hotel and rooms in it. We stayed on the 8th floor, the view from the window was lovely. Also a chic view opens from the restaurant on the 9th floor. Great location. I want to note cleanliness and order. And to express separate gratitude to attentive staff. However from minuses I want to note sound insulation.

Good thing is that the rooms are spacious, the location is good and at higher floors you can have some panorama (not that amazing by the way). The restaurant for breakfast is at the 9th floor. Bad thing is that the water has no pressure, the internet connection is bad and unreliable, the elevators make dubious noises and the overall look and feel is that it needs to be renovated. In one day we got flooded from the above floor, bleah : (.

Large and comfortable room except the unpresentable shower. I stayed in Fallas and only lived up to their crazy prices.

Nice team, but rooms badly soundproofed — you hear the neighbor talking. Clean conditions all over the place, but rooms and bathrooms require renovation… breakfast partly bad, e. G. Scrambled eggs did taste bad… Wi-Fi by far too slow.

An excellent hotel, central and with a service and a staff of those who are no longer found. The hotel's Vinatea restaurant is also fantastic. The organization of events is ten. There we celebrate our wedding my wife and I and come back usually there is something to celebrate. A ten.

In the center a few steps from Placa de la Reina, friendly and efficient staff. The view from the breakfast restaurant is spectacular. The rooms cannot be defined as modern. Cleanliness is great.

Excellent Hotel with luxurious furnishings. Excellent cleanliness especially the fragrance that pervades the hallway. More than good breakfast service with great products. To return.

Very nice. Clean and tidy rooms in the furnishings. Breakfast not included in our reservation but being the hotel very central there are local x take a good cappuccino and Spanish sweets.

Very good hotel in the center of Valencia. It has parking in the vicinity, which makes it easy to access. There are several terraces in the square. The service is very correct and nice. The location was very good. Hotel recommended to be in the city in a comfortable way.

Spacious rooms but. Old-fashioned… damaged furniture. Nice Bar with big screen. No parking! €20 per day at 100m. Very complicated lifts we climb down… C is painful.

Four star hotel in the centre of Valencia, (a few steps from the Town Hall, the Initiative syndicate, the halls and the most important place where the fireworks festivals and the fire of the ephemeral monument for the "Fallas" are drawn) friendly staff, Competent, multilingual for many, comfortable rooms, well-equipped, rich breakfast, varied products.

Hotel near the city hall, something old and without parking. The main entrance difficult to locate by car, in a narrow street that the GPS does not tune in to find, except the suites, the rest of rooms overlook a narrow street. The best thing about the hotel is the attention of the staff, very attentive and it is very central. Good view on the top floor where they serve a good breakfast, with variety, we waited Julia, smiling, friendly and very attentive to the requests of the guests. What we liked the least was the state of the rooms, a bit dated, and lack of maintenance, need renovation and should remove the carpet from the hallways are already somewhat past and smell.

Beautiful location for this hotel in the centre of Valencia. Welcome to the height and very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast was very expensive.

Good value for money Restaurant with varied menu. Highly recommended for celebrations especially the lounges of the last floor with fantastic views of the center of Valencia.

Great place we stayed once but couldn't get in second time as it was full so stayed at the excelsior down road. What a mistake, we ended up going to the Aye to use bar it was so good still as other was never open.

The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to all very good. The hotel is very old, the rooms very ailing and grumpy.
For the price you would have to offer other rooms. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Central Hotel with really convenient location because close to all the things to see but at the same time far away the just from the confusion is the traffic of the main streets. The room was very good In any case if you have to stay for a visit to Valencia it is perfect. We had some problems with the bathroom which was promptly sorted by the staff always very friendly.

Tell me rooms that need an urgent renovation, the hotel only has the sophisticated name and price, the rest is from the last century. Save the disaster the receptionist who is super attentive and the rooftop breakfast.

It's a great hotel just in the heart of the city. Very accommodating staff … clean and good ambiance in the room service lounge area. It was delicious dinner we had the breast of chicken with vegetables and potato my fiancee got his steak with vegetables and potato… the best dinner we had and the stir fry vegetables are the best … we recommend … the best and the location just around the corner for the many options transfortation for those who need to get int tour bus and local … nearby restaurants… churches and shopping … it's the best. Worth it… we defo need to go back here.

4 star staff, 1 star facilities. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful but the facilities are worn down for years. The ceiling in the bathroom of my room had several small holes where drops of water (probably from the AC) came through — I'm not joking. The surroundings of the holes turned yellow already which must mean that it had to be like this for at least a couple of days if not longer. In general the condition of the bathroom wouldn't even be appropriate for a low budget hotel. The room as well as the hotel itself had seen better days. I cannot recommend this hotel for the rates they charge.

Had a wonderful romantic weekend stay here and the staff were all super helpful, especialy Pili, thank you all so much.

The room was very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable… however the bathroom was not to the standard of a 4* hotel. The plug did not fit the bath do the water would not stay in and drained out quickly. The shower hardly worked and the jacuzzi jets did not work. Also there was a large crack across the ceiling in the bedroom.

A really lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, fast and satisfying room service. Hotel is basically in the convenient center for all the amenities, close to the great restaurants.

Breakfast room (breakfast buffet is okay with to order made omelet, eggs and sausages) located on the 9th floor with a beautiful view over the roofs of Valencia. Located just a few walking minutes from the old town and city center of Valencia and several tourist attractions. Three restaurants/Tapas bars just outside the hotel. Reference for Valencia for decades, home to great bullfighters now improved, a great hotel, spacious rooms and my well equipped, celebrations, cafeteria with an incredible room, excellent location.

Nicely decorated hotel in the heart of Valencia with very friendly staff, lovely bar with nice big projector screen to watch world cup on. One gripe about the hotel was the shower water pressure which was way too low.

It is a charming hotel in a place very downtown, in a quiet square next to the Town Hall and a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Those who attended to us were very friendly and professional. They offered us a discount on a premium grade room as the room we had reserved had no views. While we expected we were invited to a cocktail in the lounge. The room was huge and elegant with a new bed and beautiful furniture. Very reasonable price and very correct attention.

We chose the hotel because it is very centrally located and the double room for € 63 was also very cheap. We were under the impression that the hotel has seen better times and used safely among the first houses on the square. But gone are the days, and it shows in the rooms. Superficially, they are very beautiful but if you stay longer in it you will discover a few Unerfreulichkeiten (such as mildew stains in the bath, non-functioning air conditioning, window closing bad etc. ).
For the price, we have but taken all in buying and otherwise everything fit very well. The staff was extremely simple.
