Roof swimming pool is very nice as well as the restaurant. No bottles of water for guests. Sauna is not open automatically and you have to go to front desk first.

Large comfortable room next to shopping centre and walking distance to the old centre. Helpful reception staff. Convenient parking with good access.

Good hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Good air-conditioning and also good Wi-Fi. The beds are not too soft. The pool is small but perfect to cool down. The water is not heated, so probably to cold in the winter. Breakfast was good. Many different options. Fruit, meat, dairy etc. The hotel bar is not that cozy, it doesn't really invite you for a drink. However, the city center is close by so that is not a problem.

Hotel located 20 minutes from the cathedral walking. Modern facilities, very comfortable beds, clean rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym that opens from 7 to 24 so it is ideal to disconnect.

Hotel very justito in stars. The bed uncomfortable and too hot. That did the room service and the food very well.

Nice room, great breakfast buffet but the team at the front desk could be a bit friendlier. Not everyone can do good Spanish or Catalan. That's a pity. The city is super great!

Located in a peripheral part of Valencia (especially in the evening there is no living soul) But despite this the location is very convenient to get to the center, near there is a shopping center, the metro and the park where in an hour you arrive at the Museum of Art and Science and the Biopark.

Very good solution to stay a few days in Valencia. Not too much in the center to rest assured by the sounds of the nightlife, not too far from the center you can not walk (20 min). Just beyond the Turia gardens and close to the botanical garden. Clean rooms as well as the bathroom. Wide choice at breakfast. It has private parking for cars and bicycles.

Still here, pool on the roof, chance to get to 4/5 star though no towels at pool and no slippers or dressing gown or complimentary water in room on arrival, or no free cava. All available at The Emperador in Madrid. Mmh.

Next to the historic center well priced and the rooms breakfast great a but no minor lack of parking and the agreement with the public parking located on the same facilities could be better.

I wasn't in this place. I was next door at the bus station. By the way Q in this station where I've been several times I missed the cafeteria Q and Q did not know what is the reason for the closing. In these centers came very well to have a coffee with milk… a sandwich etc.

The reason for our presence at the NH Valencia was to attend the event of the ever-gratifying disco fair. Therefore felicidafes to NH Valencia for the organization of this beloved event.

Average hotel with close proximity to city center. Rooms are dingy and walls are pretty thing … can hear adjacent rooms conversation. Staff are not friendly at all. Got my stuff stolen from my room. Howe when approached the staff and the manager, the response they gave was — they can't do anything and if I would like I can change the hotel! … well getting such a response, I Did change my hotel. Gym is very basic, Wi-Fi is free but is very slow and keep dropping mostly. No coffee pot or machine available in the room or even kettle to boil water. Its almost pretty old hotel and kind of run down. This cud be ok for very small budget travellers or if you don't find any other hotel. But from a preference point of view — this comes no way closer.

Great hotel. I am a regular hotel customer and far surpasses the NH standard quality. The staff is like. The family and both the services and the kitchen spectacular.

Overall OK but to be a 4 star you need a face wash.
The beds are comfortable, comfortable. The furniture in general looks a little ajado.
The bathroom was good enough, although the amenities were scarce, because if you go 2 people 3 days could put 2 bottles of gel.
It was very hot, we tried to regulate the temperature with the climate control but it didn't work. We fixed it by opening the window.
The 11th floor was silent.
I used the gym and the machines lacked a bit of maintenance and some cleaning (the gripping areas were sticky). The device to connect the mobile to the music has the cable broken and you have to move it to adjust well.

Well-located Hotel, just a short walk from the centre of Valencia. The rooms are large and the mattress is very comfortable but firm. It has a rooftop pool. If you are lucky you can park on the street, there is a white area and several blue ones. If you prefer you have parking. Stuck to the bus station and two minutes from the English court.

Very nice rooms, great amenities and staff. The Wi-Fi is not great in my room, and the walls are not very sound proof so there is some noise, especially in the morning. Overall great for the value.

During my stay at the NH Centre Valencia enjoy an exceptional service, typical of a line of hotels of this category. Very well structured rooms, maintaining a good balance between space and decoration. It is very advisable to stay at this hotel, as its location allows you to have a stone's throw the best parts of Valencia.

Nice hotel been there afew years ago not much has changed. Great location for shopping & restaurants. Need a bus ride or metro to beach. Unless you wish to walk through the park to the beach.

Nice rooms, medium sized. Could be more generous with the bathroom amenities. Great buffet breakfast. It's expensive compared to what's available in town but it will keep you full way past lunch. Nice rooftop pool and gym area. About 20mins walk to the centre. Right opposite the main park. There is a shopping mall 5mins from the hotel and you can hire bikes from round the corner.

Small room. Slow air conditioning. No courtesy set in the bathroom just the bare minimum. The shower did not hold the temperature going from very hot to cold. Not up to the NH standards.

A nice hotel, with many rooms, optimal for meetings, good and comfortable rooms, service correct, breakfast correct, location good, not is downtown, but not is away.

Well situated, next to the bus station and a big shopping center + department store. Nice restaurant, if not cheap. The best, by far, is the gym and swimming pool on the roof! There's also a really cool and relaxed terrace where our can have a drink and enjoy the view, provided you like cityscapes (I don't). The rooms are welcoming and modern, and the air conditioning is a blessing in Valencia, especially in the top floors. The staff are professional and friendly, they catered to my every request promptly and efficiently.

Very good hotel, the rooms spacious and well sound-proofed. At the same time the location of the hotel is very good, since in 15 minutes walk in the Center. The only but is the swimming pool, that the smell was not too good and was not so "heated" as perhaps it should. The perfect hotel service.

Perfect stay. Room very comfortable and clean. Spectacular rooftop pool, is small but closes at 12 o'clock, magic. I'll be back.

Restaurant is not accessible. Besides, it has been the standard for a hotel in its class, personnel being supportive.

Q can you expect from a hotel of this chain. Room and bathroom good, breakfast sufficient and correct services. Note that they have free WI-fi. The location is not bad, but out of the centre more cheap.

Had a wonderful time, the price was definitely worth it, the room was nice and clean, there is a pretty cool outdoor swimming pool on the last floor, it's nicely located, close to the center, the subway and the taxi stop. Don't bother adding breakfast, you can have it in so many places around the hotel. Only thing that they could improve is the Wi-Fi speed, my 56k modem in 1994 was faster.
