The hotel is ok, it is a little far from the city center, around there is a pretty nice restaurant area and bars. Maybe what I didn't like very much was that the building is shared and the hotel occupies high floors and you have to use the elevator for everything. Please note that there is no café bar service, so arriving at the hotel and having a drink to relax is not possible. The staff is very nice and the rooms are ok. The area is nice, although there is the work of the new Mestalla to half make it quite ugly.

4* for a 3* hotel: well located for taxi stand and metro station. Quiet rooms with spa bathtubs and rooftop (23F) pool and bar. One negative: breakfast added as extra charge.

Clean hotel with decent size rooms. The lobby on the floor level is small, but there is spacious lobby with bar on the 14th level. Rooms are located from 15th floor and above with good view. They have smoking rooms so just be careful, but the receptionists are very friendly.

Great views! Nice cuisine and staff. Lovely place, and very close to everything you have to see in Valencia.

It's a great deal if you are visiting the city for business trips. However this is not the place if you are hoping to be close to the beach. It's quite far from it. The hotel stands in a very businessy area, where many companies have based their offices, but it's also not far from the old town, which is marvelous. The hotel is nice, clean, rooms are cosy and a great value for quality.

We stayed here from 19th until 21st December 2017. The hotel was nice, it has got a nice view on the city and the staff were kind and helpful. The gym wasn't that good and the majority of the equipment was broken. Also no dumbells.

Very good experience. Clean rooms, esoaciosas and with lots of light. The service friendly. And what's better, the Buffet couple having breakfast. Lots of variety in fruit and cheeses. I highly recommend it.

Four-star Hotel located in an area with a multitude of restaurants with varied food. Parking is free of charge in the surrounding area. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. I got the wrong dates to hire him and had no free cancellation, I wrote to tell them what happened to me and there was no problem. So they definitely beat me. I would go back and recommend it whenever I can.

Nice hotel close to a metro station, shower fell on my head once but other than that it was a nice stay.

Comfortable, nice, overall good. The bad thing is that before the 14 they do not let you check in still having rooms available, it always has to be past the 14 hours.

We arrived at the hotel tonight after 9pm and I am very satisfied. We have a room on the 16th floor and will stay here until next Monday, April 2. It's quiet and beautiful. We brought our luggage to the room and went directly to the restaurant (14th floor). The food was delicious! The waiter was very nice and you wouldn't have to wait too long for the food. There were not many guests in the restaurant today, but I am still writing an update, this is just my first impression. Tomorrow is the first time for breakfast, then I write an update.

Good location Next to Metro station. Sharing the space with Ilunion hotels. Very good view as the rooms start on floor 14. Cramped and uncomfortable not being able to open the window. I didn't have in the bathroom magnifying mirror. The dryer is installed in a drawer, for whose use I had to crouch and it was impossible to dry my hair looking in the mirror. It has a whirlpool for high people, but uncomfortable, because if you do not exceed the meter sixty centimeters in height, when entering and leaving you are in danger of accident.

Perfect a hotel with the best rooms you can find in Valencia… Good decoration and a huge comfortable bed… The staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms with all the amenities. Only flaw, the fact of being a little decentralized, even if it is really close to the metro station.

The location is very well located as you have many places to eat nearby and the subway entrance too, although if you are more of a walk and that, the centre of Valencia is about forty minutes away and that's not bad at all. The rooms were very nice, both comfort and cleanliness and spaciousness. The breakfast buffet service was explendido, you had a great variety of things to eat and drink without any problem.

Good hotel. Near the football stadium, which is currently under construction. Rooms are a bit cramped but it's OK. Breakfast with good selection. Gym and roof terrace are available. Gladly again. :-)

The shower is broken, the towels have holes. Both in the room and in the bathroom there is very little light. The only thing I liked are the views. Nothing else. They should take off half the stars.

De Lo Best quality price in Valencia. Yes, it is ideal if you are travelling by car. You can easily park in the vicinity. But you have the subway very close. If you book ahead you can get very good prices.

Not by far a four star hotel as it says to be. I would have loved to take a bath in your hot tub, thing I decided to do, as I started to fill the tub I had to desist from how dirty it was, descorchados cables, impossible pillows, although it is true that they offered a letter from them that We got to try. Unbearable smell to pipe, screens that are useless. I have seen 3 star hotels rather better than this one. The two stars for the breakfast buffet, very full and the views that are stunning. There are bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Hotel located in one of the highest buildings in Valencia, occupying the upper half of this skyscraper. The rooms are comfortable and functional. The worst the smell of sewer… Irregular Wi-Fi operation. Improper reception of a hotel of this category. Parking messy and lack of capacity. Magnificent rooftop pool with spectacular views. Room 1815. Improve drains. The bath buffer cannot be removed. The bidet does not drain. The room smells like a drain. We thought it would be better a 4 ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Hotel.

Never again! This was the first and last time we were in a Eurostar hotel. The bathroom was full of mildew and the whirlpool didn't work. We were neither helped nor were we greeted in the morning. The food was not fresh either! We are very entdäuscht of this wannabe 4 star hotel…

Nice hotel, small but stylish furnished rooms. Breakfast was adequate, with good selection. The rooftop terrace is definitely worth a visit.

Good location near public transport. Nice room although the bathroom could use some work. Really nice pool and service. Sometimes the TV would switch on out of itself so it might be haunted, which is cool. Would recommend!

Meget fint hotel, værelset var lidt slidt, men ikke graverende. Fin beliggenhed under 2 km fra Old Town, og tæt ved offentlig transport. Kun 8 liggestole ved poolen, men der er en del andre havestole.

The hotel is nice, clean. The room is fairly big, view is great, bed is comfortable and the bathroom has a bath. But room lights aren't working properly and Wi-Fi is just awful — disconnects every two minutes!

Swimming pool on top of hotel is pleasant with lovely sightseeing. Noisy air conditioning and tough to open doors in rooms.

Hotel far from downtown but excellently served by public transport. Excellent relationship between the price and the quality. The staff is professional and helpful.

Great services, clean room, nice bed, view on stadium, next to hotel is a supermarket and metro access. Only downside the bubble bath smells when starting up and the pool is not heated. But great sauna and friendly staff with fast check in and check out.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff at the desk are ready to help the tourist and to meet the guest's assistance requests. Maybe a little too far from the center, otherwise it deserves 5 stars.

Large and bright rooms with good views. Terrace with very usable pool and all the services expected in a hotel of this category (was 5 star but now have 4) and this chain. Well connected by metro to the center of the city.

I've been hosted a night for work, and the truth is that the room is very good, super bathroom. I happened on a floor 17, the incredible views. I liked that you directly get username and password for the Wi-Fi, which is free. Very complete breakfast, you have all the clubs, sweet, salty, fruit, juices…

Habitaciones con deficiencias: bañera con tapón atascado, suciedad al entrar… lo mejor: el desayuno… espectacular.

All right. The only thing is that the room was separated from the next room through a door (such rooms prepared for families) and could hear with absolute clarity each conversation neighbors, television or any other noise that is.

Rooms very well. Wi-Fi well. Attention on regular reception. Dine at the hotel bad. Two times they have taken the plate because it was raw crude oil. Over 45 min of waiting. Better to go out to dinner. Rest approved.

It is not the best hotel in Valencia but without a doubt the treatment of those who work there and the rooms make it unique.

It is a great hotel. I was staying in a double family room, connecting the two through two interior doors, but with separate entrances. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows, all exterior. In the bathroom, the toilet and the videt were separated from the rest with an enclosure; bath tub in the rooms; amenities a little sparse for a 4 star hotel. Everything was clean and taken care of. Buffet breakfast with variety to choose from. But the best thing (if you visit in summer) is the rooftop pool and the views from it (a great luxury to be able to bathe in it at night). A single paste, is removed from the center, but it has the metro at the side. To have been in high season, is very well priced. 100% recommended and I will return for sure.

Great, the pool fantastic for a roof. The wonderful views of the bar, the terrace is spectacular and the service superb.

Hotel really nice. The treatment and service has been very good and the hotel itself is very well equipped, the area is good and is modern. I don't know if in the high season it will be expensive but in April, the price has been right for a 4 star hotel.

Very good experience. The staff was very good both the input and the output. Spacious and very clean rooms. The whirlpool bath was very good. And except for some little thing that we communicate to maintenance to the go (happens in almost all hotels, not you alarméis) was a good choice.

A three minute walk from the metro station, three stops away from the Centre and three or four from the beach. I recommend it to everyone.

All right. The location is OK. To the side there is metro station. The views are spectacular. Swimming pool to enjoy in summer and whirlpool tub. Nothing wrong with that comment.

Modern and clean room, and warm and honest services. This hotel was for the road to stop whatever the cheapest hotel, but although prices are cheap, the service and room were beyond imagining. The room with the Jacuzzi. It was very soon eliminate fatigue.
