It is a wonderful hotel overall and the treatment great, especially the waiters at the penthouse. We will return to that panoramic suite that is a luxury. Recommended 100%

We do not recommend the hotel to come with children, the rooms are uncomfortable, the bathrooms do not have a bathtub. Children cannot go to the Spa, there is no heated pool, there are no children's areas. The reception service is not the best, they do not explain well where the rooms are and people are walking around the hotel without knowing where to go. In the room there was a play and it didn't work. It is not what is expected of a 4 star hotel. Very disappointed.

Despite the fact that my children are already teenagers, in this hotel I spent the best vacation of my life. Intention to repeat this year also, and although it may not be, as soon as you get back from vacation this will be my first destination.

The hotel is pretty good and very close to the beach, the friendly staff, making special mention to the girl on reception, Sandra, who behaved great with us. The only downside is that we were not able to rest after eating, we played a room that has an access door to the next room and heard everything, both of the contiguous neighbors as the next, even if the tele set… otherwise great, even the food not to be excessively varied, it was pretty good.

Cafeteria very good quality price the spa a little pqueno but we liked it so much and close to home great.

The hotel is great, it has very good facilities both indoors and outdoors for all tastes and needs. The pool area is very extensive and has towel and hammock service, Balinese bed area and a couple of hot tubs. And in the hotel hall there is an area of sofas and tables as well as on the porch where you can have a drink or play cards.
The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether reception, dining room or entertainment are always very friendly and willing to make your stay easier.
The buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is very varied, does not disappoint. Dessert station of all kinds, very varied sections of salads, dressings and types of breads, live cooking, fast good. In the mornings, they use Nespresso coffee machines so the coffee is freshly brewed and personalized, forget about heated coffee! And orange juice is natural.

The best bar area and late-afternoon performances, the kids have a great time and it's great in that area, you can disconnect while your kids are in good hands and without getting bored! We stayed here for 3 days under the care of the red cross after our villa got caught in wild fires. We stayed in the conf room and were well supplied with towels, bedding, pillows etc. And toiletries. The reception staff were friendly towards us as were the restaurant staff (We must of looked a sight some days in our old clothes as we didn't get our belongings for a couple of days) and the food was really good and tasty and well varied. Maybe one day we will be back for an official stay but in the mean time thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

It is a great hotel to go on holiday to the beach. They have many details and are very friendly. The buffet is amazing; The best I've ever been.

Every summer we went quite to the rooftop cocktail bar with our children aged 12 and 14. They drink non-alcoholic cocktails, of course. And they're quiet and don't make any fuss. This year we've been told we can't if they're minors. They've changed the rules to worse. Well, they've lost some regulars.

My daughter goes there on holiday with her grand parents every year, and she always has a great time. It's really nice for families.

We had problems with the poor attention on the part of one of the waiters of the restaurant. Two days later, the assistant manager of the hotel apologized personally for the incident with the employee and explained to me what the problem was. Apology accepted and we hope that the treatment of that employee to your customers to change radically. The rest of services are very good, as always, but on this occasion we have missed staff in the cleaning of the rooms and we have also noticed that there was enough staff in practices or newcomers. Very good hotel in the first line of the beach of Gandía. The facilities are perfect, all very new. Spacious and clean rooms. It has a spa which is nice though not too spacious (but enough).

We are regular customers of the chain RH, this time in the bayren we have been disappointed to be a 4 star hotel, there are rooms like that have given us that they do not deserve those 4 stars, room very noisy, you could hear the pipes all the time, plus we had to call the first day so that should go up to fix the TV that was not and it took 30m and because we call 2 times, on the second day at 15:00 still had not arranged the room and that we leave at 9:45, not being able to rest to our liking and to make matters worse, that same evening, a group of people to 00:00 h were riding scandal leaving us no sleep and having to call reception. Positive say the food is good and varied, but in terms of relaxation, very bad. A penalty.

I never stayed but if I go in the evenings to have a drink to the Moonlight on the rooftop terrace is spectacular the views of Gandía beach from above, the hotel looks very good very clean. I like it a lot.

I find it very bad that this hotel requires the payment of two breakfasts in the room with panoramic views although only one person travels. If I travel alone, I get penalized. In fact, if you put in your search engine to make reservations 1 person, you can't book the best rooms and they don't give you the option of only accommodation. It's very unfortunate. There will be opinions for all tastes, but I don't think it's appropriate. Nor do they offer comparable compensation. If you're a single, you're not welcome.

The hotel is compact, cozy. There is everything for relaxing after the beach and trips to the attractions of Spain. The hotel staff speaks the main languages of Europe. Russian language is not in progress, but basic knowledge of English, German, French or Spanish will solve all the current issues.

Good afternoon. On my first and recent visit to the hotel with my family we booked two rooms under full board. We arrived on Friday 10/11. On arrival, our first surprise to tell me that Friday did not give meals, (having full board contracted), we had to look for life in another restaurant to eat, without having made reservation. By the Malate some relatives came to dine with us. We had told the guy at the front desk, when we booked, that our guests could have breakfast (10 euros), and eat and dine (14 euros) saying that they were our guests. When they arrive, they are accompanied and charged 15 for breakfast. After arguing at the end they charge 10. This morning when paying the instances we were charged more expensive than we had booked. If it is true that we consume 20 euros in drink and 18 euros in parking. We've felt humiliated. We will not go back to this hotel.

Great quality hotel, perfect location, food, cleanliness. This place caters mostly to Spanish tourists so the food is done by Spanish tastes and the times of meals are typical for the Iberic peninsula (dinner starts at 8pm). Rooms are not perfectly isolated so you can hear your neighbors quite frequently, but that's what most hotels are like. A/C is a bit noisy too.

Bed are just horrible. Paper thin walls. Great air conditioning. Ridiculously small parking garage. 4 star hotel? Yeah right.

My stay at the RH Bayren hotel has been a delight. The rooms were perfectly clean, and although not very large, had all the elements need in a hotel room. In addition, had a balcony overlooking the beach which has been a joy. The hotel is very new and all doors, corridors and facilities worked very well and lucian with flair. The food at breakfast was abundant, the very large room with many tables so not had space problems, and the food of high quality with a multitude of options from fried fruit. This hotel is a 4 *, nice, clean, rooms sea view, pool and large balcony, but because there is a but, in this season it is the absolute desert around the beach and we hate buffets for dinner so no room of restaurant other than the room with buffet! and here it's been over canteen that Nice and I dare not even imagine in high season, full summer, the queue in front of the buffet and the people who touch the food. In short, the lack of hygiene! It is also somewhat the case for breakfasts that are not monitored by a kitchen staff!

In the less good aspect: didn't list the room until three thirty in the afternoon. The parking lot was full, although there is one on the promenade very close and for a good price 13 Euros/full day.
