The hotel is not bad, the pool is very nice and the place is very quiet, but the attention of the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired, quite poorly educated considering that the customer comes first. A somewhat relative pricing policy, depending on who you ask or the time of day things vary in price, we asked for a cotfor our daughter and it was 15th night, when we paid that we were asked 20th night… another night there was a jazz concert until the 12th of the night, disturbing all the guests that we wanted to sleep or had a baby, complaining we were told that jazz likes everyone and that babies, mine scolding, relaxed them.
A pity because if the staff were competent it would be a good hotel.

That's great. Menu of 25o with appetizer, starters, main course, dessert, drinks and coffee. The appetite we take on a terrace with swimming pool and sea views. Food in a large and spacious living room. For desserts and coffee you could also go outside. All very well served and with great attention. I'll come back and recommend it.

A good place for celebrations. We were very pleased with the celebration of my daughter's communion and the treatment we received from all the people who work here. Great.

We have not stopped coming for many years, we and our pets.
It is a lovely Hotel, the people who work there are wonderful, the food or I tell you about the good the best.
The facilities for both adults and children, are not lacking anything there is a microclimate around that looks like you're in a entornocaribeño.
I advise it from the heart. Don't miss it.

Really nice sauna and spa!

Very cozy, we went in February and the atmosphere was very quiet, all with candles. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast We recommend the restaurant too, very good menu of the day and relaxed atmosphere.

The location was excellent. The restaurant, fabulous. The promenade is two minutes away, so going to the sea is a breeze.

Cosy Hotel with good restaurant and facilities. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms have a better soundproofing.

About the restaurant: quality dishes, generous and very good service. The local, tastefully decorated, pleasant and relaxing.

5 stars get with me the outdoor facilities, they are a paradise 4 stars gets the restaurant 2 stars gets the house and the technology grounds: the room 102 and 103 are separated by simple room doors. The neighbor's smoke and the noises arrive unfiltered. An unacceptable condition I got a spare room at the other end of the hotel building number 113. The large chimney for the suction provides a stable sound.
During the renovation of the baths one dispensed with a thin concrete wall. Should the neighbors shower or bathe the communication in the room is severely affected during breakfast, the pretty refrigerated counter every three to four minutes. When you get going are conversations heavily impaired the breakfast is disturbed in none of the rooms we found hooks to hang up our visit was in March comma unfortunately it was still a bit cold but the heating of the building especially in the restaurant was cold.
I was a total of 12 days in the house.

Nice and friendly staff.

We had a junior suite below the pool as we were travelling with a dog. It's a beautiful place, lush gardens and impeccably clean rooms well appointed and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious, the machine that freshly squeezed local oranges kept the kids entertained and overall we would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, especially the gardens and the surroundings. The attention from the first day was exquisite. The breakfast of the best I have ever tasted. They made me feel at home and I went with my dog.

I usually don't write a lot of hotel reviews. But seriously, this is the most relaxing hotel Ive been to in quite a while! They paid attention to a lot of things here and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and and for the value of the money you get for a room its a steal! If you look to get away for a couple of days, this is the perfect spot. The surrounding areas are also superb. After traveling for a week from Malaga up to Valencia of the coast this is definitely the place we want to go back to.

Beautiful, exquisite hotel!

This is an absolutely lovely hotel! Once inside, you'll never want to leave. After weeks in Mallorca in an apartment with a sea view, we decided to opt for a first floor room with a private terrace, and we just loved it. The grounds are sumptuous, and it is very conveniently located for all the things you'd want to do in Denia. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend it highly.

Coming to them you Rotes without knowing where he was with a gift surprise for my husband, and I have to say that I was surprised and not little, was a spectacular evening. In the large restaurant with this beautiful garden, all exquisite, exceptional treatment and a pristine clean, I love and always recommend it.
