The place was nice, but it was THE WORST customer service we've experienced (and I've been traveling…)
(a bit long with details, but I promise it's quite funny and you will not book this place) We came as a couple for a holiday for one night. The air conditioning did not work and it was a hot 31-degrees day. I simply asked the place if it is possible to turn it on (the owner also made a loud children’s birthday event next door… so we wanted to close the window to have some quiet).
They told me that had to call a guy to turn it on, which was too complicated, and also they did not want to do it, since the following week it'll be cold again, and also they didn't expect it to be SO hot (I don't know why it's so hard to check a weather website). Even though the excuse was very lame (I'm not supposed to care that next week will be cold again, today It's hot), I told them we'll be fine. I came to have a good time and not fight with the owner.
Later at night, I got an email from the owner through Booking, that they suggested giving me a partial refund, which I didn't even ask for.
Sounds good so far.
BUT —
Immediately the place marked me as if I didn't show up for Check-In, at the Booking website (so that I won't be able to write a review).
Also, about 2 weeks (!
