Very nice, very good deal with customers, good location with parking.

Beautiful location. Good and friendly service in the hotel. Food was always super delicious and lots of variation.

Just spent a week here with my children, our first holiday and Christmas away, it did not disappoint, we had the best time here, lovely people, brilliant entertainment every night. Really going to miss this place.

A fabulous hotel, staff are really friendly, food is great. Beatrice on the entertainment team is so funny. Lovely relaxing place to stay.

I live in Calpe and I actually have never been here until recently.
Even though not a resident in the actual hotel I called in for an evening beer. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel bar area and lobby is beautiful. Very good service and I will definitely return.

De locatie van het hotel is ideaal voor een zonvakantie. Het strand (zowel kiezel — als zandstranden) zijn meteen aan het hotel en er zijn enkele bezienswaardigheden zoals de oude stad, bergen etc. Veel restaurants, winkels, openbaar vervoer (minder). De kamers zijn goed, bedden iets te hard maar ok. Kamer werd netjes opgeruimd door het hotel. Het eten is zwaar minder. Het is een buffet met niet zo smaakvol eten maar wel veel keuze, het komt er natuurlijk wel door maar het is niet bepaald super.

Het hotel biedt grote kamers met zicht op zee. Dicht tegen het strand en op een steenworp van de Penyal is dit de ideale locatie om te verblijven. Het buffet is gevarieerd maar is geen fijnkost. Het zwembad aan het hotel is goed onderhouden en er voldoende stoelen. Het personeel is er vriendelijk.

Extremely noisy restaurant, hotel mostly for families with kids. Especially during high season. Very, very loud. Customers and staff. Rooms are very nice and clean, food not very good, industrial and no fresh veggies. Lots of pre prepared food. Weak Wi-Fi signal. If you want relaxing or a bit classy place don't go there. It is the complete opposite. If you can get it cheap it is acceptable but to pay full price and eat can food in Spain.? No, thanks.

Spacious apartments. It's a good restaurant. A convenient location close to two good beaches, but the hotel has a rocky cove with historic royal baths where it is inconvenient for a comfortable swim.

The Hotel is great! Breakfast and Dinner very good and rich.
Those who complain about the Food must live at Home in Riches. Staff very friendly. Evening Program also very good. Doesn't have many a five Star hotel.

We have just spent a week at the Europa and have really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an apartment hotel in Calpe. The staff are friendly always helpful and the food is so good. The hotel is very popular with the Spanish which is obviously a good recommendation itself. Definitely worth a visit.

4 stars for the price and location! Food selection is good if a little samey. Probably a great place for families as it has everything. It's a bit chaotic and the service could be friendlier, but you get what you pay for.

Hotel with a privileged location overlooking the sea and the salt flats. The rooms are somewhat outdated, but spotlessly clean. The attention of the employees is exquisite. The food is more than you would expect in value for money.

The hotel was used for cycling holiday and was comfortable. The food gets a bit bland after a few days but the place was clean and the staff were friendly.

After our arrival in the hotel we were told that they do not have.
The rooms we have booked. So, we were left without a place to sleep.

The room was spacious and modern with a large terrace. Great views, saline from the terrace and the sea from a window. The breakfast was very good. At breakfast, great. It is very well located, close to the Peñón de Ifach and the port. At night, Saturday, there was animation with acting. Very good overall.

We have travelled three, my wife, daughter and I. We relied on the reviews on the internet. We were not disappointed at all. Arrived on October 19. For 5 days. There are certainly better hotels, but you can't expect luxury at such a good price. For a three star hotel in Spain, we thought Port Europe was surprisingly good. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Registration at reception went without any problems, even if our language skills were not good. The beds were fine, we were able to sleep auper. The food perfectly fine, for breakfast and dinner always found something suitable. We had booked half-board. The selection was really great, a lot of cold and warm stuff was offered. All in all a great stay, would come back anytime. Anyone who expects luxury here is wrong. But those who are worth to nice people, cleanliness as well as a sensible and normal meal are just right.

The hotel general is fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. The facilities are a bit outdated but clean and dignified. Well located. To put some paste the food of the buffet is better. A hotel mainly of influx of European retired guests. At least in the winter months (which is when I've been). Very quiet. Good value for money.

I am now in room 905 and it is very large and comfortable. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and very attentive. The food is of low quality and some poorly cooked dishes, like for example the rice they did in a paella and it was by the center burned and on the sides it was hard, the dirty glasses and some dishes too. The cleanliness of the room is terrible, the bed you do without stretching even the sheets and not seen to clean anything. And another thing that is calling my attention is that in the three shifts are the same people working, I do not know if the hotel is theirs or make more hours than the pool water, but from my point of view of entrepreneur should rest because they deserve it. If you improve the buffet service and the rooms I will recommend 100%.

It was our first holiday in Spain and it was amazing. I woud like to say Thank you to all staff people who made everything perfect for us especially many thanks to Tito one of the best barman ever he was very friendly and helpful also Thanks to our animation guy Sam who gave us a lot of fun and laugh every day I hope to return to Port hotel soon and see all these great people again :)

We travelled to Hotel Port Europe on the 17th of September. We arrived to what I can only say are the nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so so happy all the time and you feel welcome as soon as you enter the hotel. The young lady at reception filled us in with everything. We went to our room with our luggage, as we walked in it was spotless, the apartment was PERFECT. From our balcony we could see the whole of calpe and just infront of us was a small lake full of flamingos! There was also chair and table on the balcony, air con was Perfect, beds clean and comfy, fresh towels everyday. I have never had such a perfect holiday. To top it off I suffer from a severe allergy to gluten, I was worried at first that I would have to nibble salad all week… not the case! Every day I was walked through the buffet and told about everything I could eat and I was happily surprised! I currently on the way home full to the brim with beautifully cooked food! All the restaurant staff were amazing and especially julienne, he was so welcoming. Entertainment throughout the day is fab for kids, pool was so relaxing with quiet music on all day, I kept nodding off I was so relaxed! At night the bar was in full flow and then the main man of entertainment Sam had a show every night! I'm leaving with such a heavy heart and will be returning next year! A miracle city. The sea Teplejshee. The food is good. Everything's fine. Recommend to all.

The hotel is very nice with lots of activities for all guests especially for children. It is located near the beach and about 10 minutes from the promenade.
The buffet is very good with a variety of dishes for children and adults (very good all)
All the staff in general stand out for their great work and kindness.
The only downside (for putting something) would be that my room had no sea view but yes to some salt flats.
Recommended for families with children.

It's not good to say anything, probably not the worst version of the Triple stars, the numbers and their situation in a nice state. The food in the restaurant is good, but the restaurant itself does not have a safe meal, there are a lot of people in the season, and in principle there are no capital programs for dinner. For some, the system is all inclusive, no hotel such offers have been made. Many families with children.

Few days ago we were staying at this fantastic HOTEL, were days of joy and happiness. We give thanks to all the staff at the Hotel, especially the staff in the dining room (all formidable, attentive, close and correct) and reception. The food was only "a defect" and that was all the variation too good and even though we eat little, we have always chopped a bit more than necessary. A hug to all, especially to Anna, Julian and others that in these moments I do not remember. A hug, friends. We will return.

For the treatment, friendly and frofesional. For the cleaning (for me it is essential), and not least important for me are the views from the room, and they were perfect. We have been very pleased. For we just missed the food. As say us ; it was made with little love. But what if we have clear is that we will return whenever we can.

Good Hotel for a three star hotel, very well located 3 minutes from the beach and 5 from another. In the buffet you eat better of what is expected and have quite a variety. The only downside, two elevators for the entire hotel, so in peak hours it a line. So more a site more than is advisable.

Excellent location, facilities renovated and in good condition. The Treaty of Nice staff, there is entertainment for children. The food is not bad, the all inclusive is worth.

After seeing my review in the hotel they got in touch with me and told me that it was because of the travel agency by not indicating the bail and that they would speak with the bartender.
We had booked an apartment but they wanted us to charge a deposit of €100 which had not be indicated anywhere, finally and after insisting they agreed to give us a lower price to change room.
The room is big and the bathroom also. It has terrace and view to the sea and the beach.
The air conditioning does not work. And there are only 2 small lifts for 12 floors of rooms.
What has encouraged me to put this review has been at the dinner today may 15. The girl that was in the box of the dining room we Indian in bad ways we had that stay in the door until we gave to mesa, which has not passed any day before.
Poor little buffet and top have potatoes without inside with salsa and corn was spoiled. When is it commented to the waiter of my area, not I have been with the name but measured 160 and is bald, his response was "a penalty" and not made absolutely nothing to the respect, going that little more and is check to laugh in my face.
We're still staying if the manager wants to tell us something.

I would like to comment my stay for five days in this hotel and congratulate the staff on dealing with us. Highlight the cheerleader Paula for their patience with the children and all of us, our children have fun muchiiisiimo. Very good stay, room large and very neat bathroom, friendly room service came in the afternoon aposta, food for three days less varied was the desserts.
