We booked in because of the award winning spa.
On arrival, however, the young man at reception was less than helpful, there are nicer, more diplomatic ways to speak to customers! Nevertheless we eventually booked in with the help of a young woman.
Our experience in the spa was amazing, the mood lighting, the facilities. The massage was amazing, the pressure was just right, totally relaxing.
There was a great selection of food, also enjoyed the wine selection.

I recommend this hotel without a doubt. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The food and dinners the same, variety and quality. The location is very good, close to the beach not yet being on the front line. The animation for the kids very good, the shows we put on we loved. Dinners in the pergola during the show a great service. My kids already want to come back even if it's a weekend. John with the dances in the pool and Sergio with the animation in the afternoons of 10.

It's a nice hotel. Convenient location. The beach and shops are nearby. It's a beautiful pool area. Every night show programs, animation, live music.

A very clean and well run hotel. Food is bountiful tho a little bland. They have a Piano Bar but no piano and no atmosphere. If you want a quiet time by the pool just reading and resting, forget it. We do like a little peace or more soothing music, it's our age OBVIOUSLY! But you can't fault the staff's friendliness and willingness to help.

The first thing is to congratulate the hotel for the friendliness that the employees have and the attention received by the hotel receptionist. Hotel we have been repeating in the same hotel 5 times and have never had any problems, the restaurant both the staff have noticed a great variety in the gastronomy in the newly improved restaurant from last year to this, I recommend the hotel both for its views From the balconies as the friendliness and the treatment of the staff as you don't have to worry about anything as they are always attentive to our needs. There is a reason why most Pro cycling teams stay at this hotel and it is because its first class. If you are planning a cycling holiday in Calpe and can get booked I would recommend.

Luxurious and large for conferences. The food is not much but it is very good and it is of quality. They also change it every day and you never know you'll find yourself. That's thanks. The gym is dwarf and lacks everything. The people are very friendly and otherwise, very good.

If staying in calpe then this is the place to stay. It lives up to its four stars in every aspect. The staff are amazing very attentive and friendly (we love the staff) Views are spectacular, the facilities 2nd to non and the hotel is always clean. They offer a full range of spa treatments in the spa and a gym too. Food is fantastic offering food from all continents to cater for all. All in all a very beautiful and well run hotel!

Nice, clean, modern and friendly hotel for a short stay. The beds are not very comfortable though so if you're looking for a comfortable and restful night sleep or need a soft bed, this place might not be for you. The food selection especially at breakfast is amazing and there is something for everyone even the little ones. The swimming pools are great and there's an indoor pool for when the outside ones are a tard cold. There are a variety of restaurants all around you for authentic Spanish meals. The views and scenery all around you are simply sublime so pack you bags and head on down here for a lovely holiday in the sun. Bon voyage!

Lovely relaxed venue. Beautiful place. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Unfortunately does not have a kettle in the room. Stay full board here as the food is terrific. Lots of choice and range. Great falcilities which caters for large events. Often something is going on here. Be It conferences and event workshops. The staff are generally helpful and polite. We have stayed here twice and will do so again. It's fairly close to the beach, a short walk away. Supermarket, 2 opposite which are handy.

The hotel in general very well. The spa is very good, we were delighted have the right to relax. Maybe I would change the policy of access to children that when we were there was a group of 6 children and they were just like a summer pool, so a bit annoying if you are looking for is relax. The buffet just… eats well but there is not much variety. No meat, freshly made. The breakfast very good. In general happy and safe again.

An elegant setting with a staff at the reception is wonderful… the rooms are not at the height of its category and the lunch and dinner of shame, in the dining room of the cole we ate better. Pay a full pension at that price is give away your money. I would not recommend this. Nor will I let myself be tempted by an advertising as misleading.

Hotel facilities — restaurant — rooms ard pool areas are good, but lots children so very noisy at times, we were not told that so many children would be at the hotel, only Spanish spoken at all the entertainment day and evening, so very difficult to follow or join in with, we would say that the hotel catered for the Spanish. We booked through Monach in the UK and think they should be aware and pass this on to customers booking with them.

Wonderful stay, 2 steps from the beach. We stayed at Diamante Beach few days and we totally enjoyed any aspect of our journey. Room are really nice, you can book the sea view with an amaizing view at "Penone". Staff is very friendly in any part of the hotel… reception, restaurant, cleaning, spa, … really good the food at the restaurant with a lof of variety. Entertainment, Mini club and shows at night helps to enjoy any moments of your stay. We will be back for sure.

Lovely hotel, amazing hardworking staff, pleasant atmosphere, great entertainment for kids and adults, good facilities (gym and spa), and delicious choice of food from fish to vegetarian! Situated literally 5 mins to beach, 1 minute to two big shops, and also bus stops going to center and other destinations. Nothing to complain about, only to praise. Thank you for your hospitality!

Absolutely loved our stay here, great hotel, great rooms, next to the beach, spa is brilliant also. Food was excellent, so much choice every night with great hardworking staff. Mostly Spanish families with children which we liked.

Location of the Hotel excellent, about 300m from the sea, 50m from two supermarked. Spacious and clean rooms, quite large with 3 swimming pools, one large for adults and two for children. Shows and entertainment are planned every night. The breakfast buffet is great. Lunch and dinner buffet very wide, from appetizers to sweets and especially varies every day, the quality of the food is discreet.

Nice hotel, but swimming pools are absolutely freezing (in May) so no one used them, which seems like a waste. Rooms are comfortable, except for tiny bath towels and no tissues. Air con works great, which is important!

The buffet of breakfast is fairly good, variety and quality. The room is just something for 4 people, two adults and two children. The pools are well and suggested us to do activities such as scuba diving.

I just got back from a mini Spain with stay at this hotel and the truth, we can say nothing unfavorable of, and stating that we have been 200 and many people who we have been hosted. I take the hat by the staff who have cared for us, professionals from head to toe recommend the hotel to everyone who passes through Calpe and want to feel at home. The perfect facilities and of course congratulations to all staff.

I am from Friday, October 9 to 12, spectacular hotel the only thing that has been lacking animation, that if this announced but they don't do it, the buffet magnifico, in 4 days has not recurred or a plate and lots of variety, very friendly and attentive staff is more it is my birthday and have done me a gift totally grateful, without telling them anything, the only but would be missing a swimming pool cover for bad weather days or pregnant women since the spa you can not diafrutar, but really excellent, I recommend it, the beach is on the side walk and close to the ifac, Blanca rock.
