The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following services can be requested before arrival: * bed linen and towels, per person, EUR 15 * cot, EUR 31 * extra cleaning, EUR 53 * fan, EUR 12 * high chair, EUR 16 * hamper, EUR 23 * extra bed (where possible), EUR 77 Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge.
