The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that fails is the Wi-Fi that doesn't get to the room…

Rooms terrible got booking worng and ended up with a 3 bed room and no half board tiny bath no pool very basic.

Simple and very well located.

Just had a long weekend with 15 other guys. The staff were very friendly, hotel clean if a little dated. Breakfast not to my liking, but a good selection. Will go again.

The breakfast was very good. Nice staff. Very good value for money. Family atmosphere.

Room was very basic with twin beds. It was quite noisy where the room was situated. Very dated and needs updating. My sleep quality was very poor and I was always cold.

More horrible impossible, it is a nursing home in fact there are older people living in the because I complain that the buffet was uneventful and was half empty when I ask for a bottle of water or wine I have to pay at the time when the rule is to sign the paper and pay it to the Termi Stay. It is a hotel where older people are abused, only when we come in we repose the dishes, always use leftovers from food to dinner. The truth is we came to spend the holidays and menydo torment wishing it to end. Now that if like great quiet residence but if you have any handicap don't come there are stairs everywhere.

Price: Economic (you pay at first, should be in case you regret) location: Central (pedestrian area) but uncomfortable if you go with car. Not suitable for carts or wheelchairs as it has stairs at the entrance.
Rooms: Outdated, spoiled and walls so thin that you listen perfectly to a conversation.
Heating/Air Conditioning: does not work or malfunction. The vibration of the device disturbs the ones next door.
Food: No children's menu, four plates (counted) that neither Fu nor FA. Breakfast starts at 8:30 hours.
Staff: Very friendly (and for what I give 1 star) I do not repeat, nor recommend.

Staff helpful, poor bathroom needs updating.

This hotel needs a huge makeover and a proper clean from top to bottom. I'm not sure what they tell the cleaners but it certainly isn't to clean the room properly. I have given 2 stars due to the great location of the hotel and the reception staff were very helpful.

It was all very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a little more variety in the buffet. Everything else is great.

You can't get the car near the hotel.
Access by stairs, that is, uncomfortable to go up with the suitcases.
Hall with living room and TV.

As the hotel only has 2 stars, as rooms, at least the MIA, scarce and with little maintenance.

Very nice and helpful staff, nice but basic food rooms lovely and clean.

Only go there if price is the most important decision factor. So it is like benidorm in general.

Right in the heart of the Old Town. Remarkably quiet given its location. My room was spotless. Facilities basic, beds could be better (hence not giving 5 stars) staff friendly and the front desk is manned 24 hours a day. Costs are minimal. I would have no objections to stay here again.

Ideally situated for the old town, right on the streets which can get a little noisy at night but the hotel has good double glazing which cuts down the noise from the bin men and street cleaners. Rooms cleaned and towels changed each day, beds a little too firm for me but clean, TV with lots of channels but only a couple in English, no news channel but we had the radio channels on. Air con providing heat in the winter. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Plenty of wardrobe/drawer space. Staff friendly although didn't speak much English. Lounge comfortable and warm, bar inexpensive. Large flat screen TV in lounge (obviously Spanish) Enjoyed it.

THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE!
We were three people for twelve days staying at this hotel, and the only good thing that has is due to the treatment received by some workers.
We want to thank Miguel (restaurant waiter), Carmen and Merche (cleaning of the hotel employees) because they are the only people who have made us feel at home. Moreover, there is nothing more than highlight in this aspect.
We started:
The outward-facing rooms are normal, fairly noisy by the crowd that crosses that street, it is impossible to sleep with the window open with which the heat of the room is overwhelming, unless you put the air conditioning. And you finish your trip with bronchitis, which is what has happened to us.
The reception staff is quite mechanic how much treatment is concerned, quite cold, the only person who has had a most human gesture is called Rosana.
If you arrive at night, and not too late will find the lights of the corridors, so you'll have to open the door of the room with the light of the mobile or a lighter.
The reception lounge invites you to enjoy, no not there any entertainment or distraction. Only a computer with connection to internet that day if day, fails. And a television.
But worst of all was the meal, gentlemen, of variety is a little fair, I mean that I have been in other hotels of the same category and they had nothing to do in terms of variety and quality of the firm.

I was 3 years ago and I hope to come back, the treatment was nice and the stay very enjoyable.
