From the day of arrival we have been treated to ask for mouth, from reception to the technicians a 10. The place AMAZING. Very good food and mind-blowing prices. Recommended to 100 × 100.

Lovely clean and ideally situated on beach front only 5 floors so ideal if you don’t like tall hotels. We had a great room on the front will stunning views. The only thing that let it down was the food not much choice and was always cold. We were full board but ate out a few times. I would stay at the hotel again but just room only.

Great hotel, beachfront! We had a perfect stay here! We reserved a last minute deal, which was perfect for us, with full board — all meals included except drinks. For breakfast however, you have orange and peach juice, tea, coffee, and milk (hot and cold) for free. The food was average, to which I don't have complains. The pool is great, it have sun all the day, too little amount of beach chairs and umbrellas for that big hotel. Perfect stuff, and great bartender in the coffee bar which was always polite and fun to talk to :) We had a nice room too, on the side, but with terrace and sea view. The rooms are great, spacious, with mini bar and TV, the beds are comfortable and the AC was great, you can turn it off or on yourself. Great bathroom, with toiletries (shampoo, gel, soap, teeth-brush, mini comb, wet wipes) Overall, great 4star hotel on the beachfront of Benidorm! Will stay again next time for sure :)

Front sea view great location. Very clean. But small pool hard to get sub bed as there is not many other than that great.

Lovely modern and contemporary hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better. Slap bang on the beach and close to the shops and bars. Food could be better. Breakfast not to inspiring. We'd go back though, as there's plenty of restaurant choices within a very short walk!

A clean, modern hotel that seems to be aimed at the Dutch market.

Hotel very well located in first line of beach, we had very high expectations and has let us down, first the food, very little variety and quality. The best of the dining room was the attention. Improved at the dinner, but to be a four star hotel lacked variety and quality. The dining room is very small and you lacked the space for mobility and intimacy. The rooms are correct.

This year we repeated at this hotel because last year we had a great holiday. Book in May to ask to give me a room on the top floor (since the previous year I had a room upstairs and we were very quiet). This year we have been given on the first floor (I guess the requests are not always corresponded), in the back of the hotel, where they threw the garbage, where are the emergency stairs (which go up and down running and seems to make an elephant) and where they should Be all the outlets of the air conditioners.
With the noise was impossible to reconcile the dream (I talk about 2 in the morning, do not think I'm an exquisite and I complain about noise at 5 pm, no, were noises to hours where I should not have them if you want to rest), we told the gentleman at the front desk and very politely told us that it was what there was, so our solution: earplugs for the pharmacy. I do not think it is the first complaint, nor the last, because the noises and blows sound at all hours of the night and morning (I think you should better soundproof those rooms, as instead of resting I woke up every two by three, even with the plugs).
It was not working the sliding bathroom door, it was all the time open.

The room, a perfect combination of functionality and good taste. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food, simple but very good. 'll.

Lovely hotel directly on beach as we had our own room each didn't have balcony bit dissapointed but food ok an friendly staff will return.

A tiny in a great place, it has everything: the best beachfront location in front of the sea, very professional staff, very quiet place, the only downside is the food fatal, but what is the hotel a ten, to return without a doubt.

Modern, clean and friendly. The hotel is facing the sea shore, tinny, surrounded by bars and shops, you won't miss a thing.

Nice and comfortable hotel. But for a 4-star some things are to be seen.

The hotel was lovely. Great location right on the sea front by the promenade. Rooms were good & very clean. Gym was good.
Staff were very unfriendly & abrupt. When we checked in, receptionist ignored us & then picked up the telephone & talked. I had our passports in my hand which he grabbed without speaking to us! My partner asked about a key for room safe, to which he waved us away saying later, later!
It was so bad a travel rep from another tour company came & apologised to us, even though it was nothing to do with him!
It was no better at breakfast time. Politeness & friendliness cost nothing!

Nice hotel at the beach. But not so god food but ok. Nice room with seawiew. Would recomend it to my friends and would like to stay here again.

Very bad attitude from one receptionist today spoiled my hols everyonelse very good went down today because Wi-Fi was not worki g me and my partner stayed in same room didnt think we needed seperate passwords for each phones no signs anywhere stateing this. I was shocked when a small man on reception threw the code at me and shouted different codes for different phones I have never been screamed at by hotel staff anywhere I have stayed around the world I wouldnt recommend this hotel to nobody if this is the attitude of reception staff very rude I have family coming here tomoz god help them.

It is a lovely hotel close to beach, food 1st class staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms 1st class would come here time & time again, would recommend it to anyone. Helped make it a fantastic time in Benidorm, A big thank u to all the staff.

We have just returned from 4 weeks at the Hotel Brisa in Benidorm. It is beautiful, right on the beach front with amazing views, the food was very good with lots of choice. The rooms were basic but very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return.

This hotel was the best ever. The location is great, right opposite the beach, not far from the town and bars. The staff were excellent, very very friendly and helpful. Our waiter Tony was so lovely, really funny, could not do enough for us. We will definitely be going back again.

Very comfortable hotel, I felt at home, the very proper care, the charming receptionists, food or abundant and rich buffets.
The dining room, Hector and Chary very receptive and friendly staff and friendly.
I recommend it and I will.

Clean, modern decor hotel with good food. Beds are hard and part remedied with use of the free blankets in the room. Wifi is free with password available from reception, however it is very poor streaming strength. Let down by dinner starting at 20:00 which can impact on missing early shows in town. Breakfast 0800-1000 Lunch 1300-1500 Dinner 2000-2200 4 star hotel with a modern, clean look. Good food and all rooms have a sea facing balcony (though not all straight on to the sea). Seems popular with the over 50s in particular the Dutch. Limited sunbathing area with the sun beds "towelled" early with users making no appearance, sometimes for hours with staff not caring.

I've loved, I've been a week and no doubt I'll be back!

Location of the Hotel very good. Food and Hotel is fine. In the sea, very many rocks and stones is not as ideal. Beach super.

Wonderful. We were in April and I loved.

Good in all aspects. Car park not connected to hotel. About a 5 minute walk and 12€ a day.
