Lovely spacious rooms, great value and the views in the hotel rooms are to die for 😍. I would definitely choose this hotel over the other big chain hotels in Benidorm like the "Sol Pelicanos". I would highly recommend 👏

The view was amazing. The food was good. The location fab. I wouldn't recommend for disabled people. In wheel chairs as 1/lady struggled in the reception toilets. The room are OK. Bed comfy. Nut.

I had the pleasure of 7 nights stay at the hotel Benikaktus last week, reception staff very helpful, bar staff, cleaners, all very pleasant people, very trendy rooms modern, excellent views from room, and dinning area and pool, could not ask for better, the food was fantastic, great location, I would highly recommend the hotel Benikakus, see yous next year :)

When got here wanted to leave. No english programmes or english language on TV no kettle or anything to make hot drink in the room I admit to been a fussy eater so 1st night had nothing to eat as didnt like any of the food. Breakfast was a good selection of cooked and continental 2nd night again didnt like the food but had cold meat and roll. 3rd night again didnt like the food didnt like the choice of cold meat so I asked if could have some ham they fetched me a plate full of ham and garlic sausage then they come back and asked if could make me an omelette or anything else I said it was ok I was happy makin a sandwich. As for the TV reception come up with a different remote put the TV on paramount and put it on english language they did this 2 nights running now we dont turn TV over or off as it goes back to spanish my opinion as changed I would stay here again the staff are so helpful and do what they can for you to have an enjoyable stay.

Not a bad hotel at all. Beautiful views of the beach and mountain lines. Close to all the amenities. Levante beach is about 1 minute walk. Staff are very welcoming and even helped us out when we first got here due to my wife being clostrophobic. Our original room was on the top floor (11) but we were soon moved to level 1. The restaurant is ok, normal food for the areas hotels, full English or continental breakfast. Variety at Dinner time with a selection of desert's. With Aqualandia and Mundomar in walking distance, a pool at the hotel and the beach on the door step I would highly recommend this hotel to families. The rooms are adequate enough for the time we really spent in them.

Very good location of the hotel. You can see the beach from the hotel and it is a short walk from the hotel. There are also nice Belgian bars and restaurants where you should definitely visit. If you walk to the beach from the hotel you will encounter many Belgian bars. Be sure to go on an excursion to Tabarca if you can. That is the smallest island in Spain. Here you can make a lot of nice pictures and enjoy the tasty food. They always say that Benidorm is visited by older people but we have certainly amused here. Good hotel with very friendly staff and tasty cocktails. The cocktail San Francisco is my favorite.

Best part of this hotel is the fantastic location and sea view. Absolutely stunning. Rooms and meals are adequate for a 3* hotel. Pool area is disappointing with low quality sunbeds, no parasols or other shade. However you are right next to the beach with all amenities so this isn't really a problem.

For a 3 star rated hotel, this stay has been excellent. I can understand because of the lack of certain facilities, cheaper furniture, fewer food choices etc. That it's gets the rating. But the cleanliness, staff attentiveness and general good feel / location, I would recommend this hotel.

Satisfactory! The room was clean but very dated, food was ok. All but one staff member were friendly. The old waitress was so rude to us and others, would never stay there again because of her.

Hotel in first line of sea. All rooms with spectacular views. They are spacious with large terrace, very comfortable bed and full and spacious bathroom.

We spent a few days in the family this holy week, all perfect, clean, cozy, the perfect meal, a 10 for the chef, the deal perfect, all the staff from reception to staff of floor, we had a small problem with the air-and at what cost to rise from the reception to the room was solved. A 10 also to all the staff. The heated pool at this time wonderful. The views are spectacular. All delighted from the grandmother to the youngest. In summary without any doubt we will return.

Hello, the hotel has very good location very near the beach of levante, but it is very difficult to park in the area, and the parking is very small, 10€ per day. Rooms are old but clean, the mattresses you will sleep well, the best is the glazed terrace with views over the entire bay. Another point in its favor is the heated pool that lets you swim all year round. For the nights tend to do a show. The dining room also has a great view, the food is well cooked although not much variety, and began to collect everything before the time. The hotel staff in general is very nice. The hotel is not very large, it is geared for families and retirees.

Quiet and pleasant stay. The staff very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel very good if you want to rest and the views also very good as being in the corner you see the whole beach. Good value for money.

A very nice Hotel, nice room and very friendly and helpful staff at all times. The only let down was the food it wasn't up to standard. Breakfast, the sausages and bacon was horrible everything else was ok. Evening meal was quite tasteless needed seasoning in most of the food, a Hotel of like the Benikaktus status should not be serving should not be serving Frankfurters as a choice!

We stopped at this hotel for 2weeks, when we arrived the lady on front desk very help full but after this we found staff on front desk not very friendly, also bar staff was the same, if you are looking for a rest full night sleep do not go to this hotel walls wafer thin, you can even here the water running down the drains sounds like a drill in your room, and altho you can use your card to book in, the bar is only set up for cash payments, would not recommend this hotel.

Good rooms with extreme cleanliness and unbeatable views. The service of its staff is excellent. It also has good restaurant service, indoor swimming pool and direct access to the beach. Totally recommended. 'll.

Very nice view, nice hotel. The buffet is not terrible, too bad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms and great location.! My only one but it is the food… the very poor free buffet… I don't say the food wasn't out of quality but little where to choose and very basic. The worst. Breakfast is coffee machines, chocolate… of lousy results. The facilities are neat and all very clean!

Lovely location and views from rooms. Rooms dated but kept very clean, you have all you need a bed bathroom and fridge. Food is basic but what you expect from a 3 star. Bar service is poor and unwelcoming. Reception very good and welcoming. Note if arriving by coach they do not drop you off outside the hotel but at the bottom of steep hill, no good for elderly and people with lots of cases. As far as the location is concerned you can go through the bar and down 10 steps then a small slope and you are on the flat on the promenade.

Would not go back 2nd day tryed to book another hotel cant fault the staff other than restaurant waiters miserable sods food was disgusting catered for germans was half board had 2 meals in a full week ate out evening meal 8pm bit to late other guests stuffing food in pockets and bags after demolishing a stack of food made sure they were getting moneys worth nice view but sun doesnt come round till afternoon germans rude ignorant greedy never again thats my opinion everyone has there own.

to improve. Most of the front desk staff need a customer service course. We saw pass to, three people by reception. Two very negative and the third (one lady), acceptable.

Enjoyable stay. Hotel and staff lovely, even if rooms are a bit dated and more English speaking TV channels would help. Great location, fab view and food plentiful, varied and freshly cooked. Would recommend and stay again.

Myself and wife and 2 friends r here at this moment and we cannot fault the staff or the food all is wonderful surprised that this only 3 star would recommend to anyone great location cannot say bad word.

Hotel views stunning. Food not very good. We ate out a lot… entertainment rubbish ok if you are an old person, only met 2 friendly staff and one of them was cleaner.

The view from the higher rooms are good anything from floor 8 rooms with and ending number of 1 to 6 are better. We asked for a room change as we were on e floor and room no 11 next to another wall… Had to wait another day but well worth it. Beware if you have a hire car there is no off site parking and you have to pay an additional 10 euro a night to park at the hotel and 10 euro deposit for the key to the parking space. Breakfast is ok full English or continental usual type of stuff. Pool side chairs and beds get towls on them from 8am and the sun does not get to them before 1pm ish. There is a sign that says no reserving of beds with towels but the same type of people do it every day and go out and come back to their towels in the afternoon.

The best thing about this hotel is it's superb position at the end of Levante Beach. All the rooms have an amazing view right along the Benidorm coast. The rooms are well appointed and cleaned to a high standard. The food is limited but adequate, but there was no vegetarian option even though the hotel website says it does provide one — hence the four stars. We will be returning here hopefully very soon as my vegetarian wife says she can deal with the the no veggie thing. She just cobbles something out of the mash/salad/rice etc.

Just back from hotel benikaktus in Benidorm, loved it, I had a fantastic view, clean spacious room, food was excellent, staff were great, wee bit of a hill to walk up but was worth it, had a great time, highly recommend.

Was at hotel 2nd June for 2 wks first time in this Hotel lovely and clean Staff very Friendly n Helpful lvly views from Room, Food Ok, No problem getting Sun Bed at Pool so close to the Beach would return again.

Well located hotel with spectacular views, the buffet food was not bad, attentive staff, to put one sticks the Wifi, it is the first hotel in which on many journeys made, which charge you Wi-Fi if you want it, € 3 newspapers a pass, in these times all over the world and all the restaurants, shopping malls etc. It will promote announcing free Wi-Fi, they go and contribute cash, just for that I what I think in my next visit to Benidorm and look for one that has Wifi. : — (badly by the Marketing team.

Located in corner, it has wonderful views and terraces furnished and spacious, great food, pleasant staff and the only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi and think at this point that should never be free paid at a hotel for this reason everything else Super.

August 2013! Bliss! Value for money! All rooms have view to the sea! Glass balcony is fully open on all sides! A varied dinner! On the first line. Sand is immaculate. Beach clean every late night. Quiet part of the coast.

A privileged place in benidorm. The excellent location. Manager Mr. Friendly Ramon. The terrace with a view of all the beautiful levante Beach, with swimming pool on the glazed terrace and whirlpool. The evenings dance in the lounge overlooking the Conservatory with a round dance floor with great charm.

We stayed here in October 2011, we were on the 11th floor, the views were truly great. As for meals, therefore nothing outside than usual, and with only two lifts, habain enough waiting. But, all worth the penalty by the views.
