Fantastic hotel great for all the family food excellent spacious rooms and good entertainment all day long. Good position for night life beach and the shops.

Absolutely love the Flamingo Oasis, this is the hotel to stay at when your in Benidorm.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and friendly. The best bit is the fact that it is so family friendly, the bar staff always interact with the kids when they get a drink. Food court staff are a great laugh. And as for the cleaners hats off to you all they do a fantastic job.

Food excellent. Very clean. All staff are pleasant, however receptionists could be more helpful and attentive. 5 stars.

Having said that.
We were very disappointed with the food, I think because it’s all inclusive people tolerate the second rate quality, I’m sure if you went to a restaurant & were served similar don’t think you would be happy to pay for it.

We come in a club room here twice a year, the staff are excellent the rooms great as is the food ti would recommend this hotel very highly.

Just got back from here and it was a fantastic, clean, well looked after hotel! The entertainment for children was amazing and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! It’s far away from all the night life so a perfect for families and very close to the beach, mundomar and aqualandia! The restaurant has lots of choices for food. The medsummer fest was fantastic and our favourite day there! I would definitely recommend for an amazing family holiday!

We have had a fantastic family holiday here and would like to thank all staff for their hard work. It was spotless and the amenities were fabulous. I would recommend having a massage in the spa it was a lovely treat.

We just arrived back home from our stay here, rooms are spotless as the rest of hotel, good choice of food, the only thing Was staff with no customer care especially pool bar staff, got a bit of a smile from wellington when I called him Welly but the other one Aberto more kiosk Kieth. But had good stay here very central on bus route and taxi.

Wow wow wow wow wow wow. Definitely the best hotel I've been to in years. Great experience from the check in to, checkout. Rooms cleaned daily, the food was nice and good variety. The entertainment was simply the best ive seen. The only issue I saw was the pool guy, he was rude daily to people. I am bring picky their. Im booking for next year already.

Fabulous hotel. Clean and with friendly staff. Food choices are good but I find some food is a bit too salty so check before attacking with a salt cellar. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool but if you are particular where you want to sit then get in the queue by 7 o'clock to lay claim to your beds by 9.00. Yes it's a farce but needs must. Entertainment every evening can be a bit hit and miss but there's plenty going on in town if you don't enjoy it. I love it here and this us my second visit.

Just back following a 2wk stay. The location is great if you want to dip in and out of the Benidorm night life, or to catch the local buses (only €1.50 per journey). The hotel itself is a little dated. I'd say it's a 3-star in reality. It's a big and busy hotel, around 400 rooms, and with that comes some frustrating elements. Waiting for lifts, getting drinks and any sort of seat at the evening entertainment for example. That said we never really had trouble getting a sun bed. Instead of queuing 1st thing, we'd spend morning's shopping or at the beach or whatever. After lunch we could always get a bed or two, which only get used to dump the bags while we play in the pool. We didn't care for the hotels variety show, which included a comic who starts with a statement about keeping it clean for the kids but makes gags at the expense of Muslims, talks about sticky Vicky and other sex acts. For me, the food was the biggest let down. Each day there was change, but a large percentage of the breakfast and evening meals was unchanged, with just a few new dishes introduced.

As a family of 13 we have just returned from flamingo oasis literally this morning. What a fantastic hotel we had 7 children with us from 8-14yrs and there was some thing to do for each and everyone of them. The food was lovely always multiple choices but the carvery was to die for. All staff were fantastic bar staff, restaurant staff but the entertainment staff WOW how hard they all work to keep everyone entertained. Cleaners lovely kept the rooms lovely n spotless. Pool was lovely n always warm as the weather was gorgeous. Will definatly be returning to flamingo oasis. Highly recommended its Absolutely amazing xx.

Me and my family have been going to this hotel since it has opened and although it has changed somethings are still the same but I will never be the same but that doesn’t change the fact that we will continue to go there every year I think the food is nice and a good choice. The entertainment is excellent at night and day. The rooms are great and the hotels cleaner are very kind. I would return to this lovely hotel again in the near future.

Just got back from a weeks stay. Amazing place. Dan, David, Jeanette and the rest of the entertainment team do a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained day and night. The restaurant staff, bar staff and reception staff work very hard to make sure that your stay is an enjoyable one. We will be back again soon enough!

Pool lovely fantastic range of food highly recommend only downside was the lifeguards (not the older one who worked fri 13th) not very competent in their job.
Definitely recommend though rooms fantastic cleanliness superb friendly staff the entertainment team were great as were the bar staff and snack bar staff great range of choice there also.

Just came home from a wonderful weeks stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff and excellent entertainment!

We go to Princessa every year but tried here as was cheaper… Would never come back… The rules are ridiculous for an all inclusive hotel! 1st day and I ask for a drink in a pint glass! No you can’t have that in a pint glass you can only have lager or cider in a pint glass! Go to the bar tonight! Ask for 4 alcoholic drinks! Their response you cannot have 4 you are only allowed 2 (this is an all inclusive hotel) … I have given you 3 (you are only allowed 2)! You can’t have 4 you can have 3 but you are only allowed 2! Ridiculous! Then to rub salt into the wounds but if you walk to that table 3 foot away put your 3 (not 2) drinks down then queue I will give you another 2 drinks! The reason I wanted 4 was because the person I am with has Copd and I wanted 2 drinks for her! Won’t be back! Crap hotel! Crap rules!

Fantastic holiday staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean, excellent choice of food daily entertainment staff and kids club staff amazing. And then to top it off medfest on our last day absolutely fantastic definitely back next year.

By far the best hotel I've stayed in… I couldn't find fault with anything!
Greeted on arrival with orange juice or cava available whilst waiting to check in. The rooms are spacious — we had a double bed, a single bed and 2 bed settees in our room — plenty of storage space too. In past experience, hotel rooms are usually cleaned and towels changed 5 out of 7 days but here it was done daily and to a high standard. Plenty of selection when it comes to food — we always found something we liked (and 2 of our party are picky eaters). My recommendation when it comes to desserts is definitely the mousses — different flavours everyday, the apple mousse was my favourite! We never had a problem getting a bed round the pool, and always managed to get one close enough so we could keep an eye on the kids.
The entertainment team are probably one of the best I've seen, providing entertainment both day and night. My favourite was during gala night, the night of Medfest, zombies walking through the restaurant and then broke into song / dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller — amazing!
I usually like to try somewhere different each time we go away but would quite happily return to Flamingo Oasis again and again!

Just came home today after staying at this amazing hotel for two week. We had a fantastic time. We would definitely come back. We would like to thank all the staff at this hotel for making our holiday really special. My boys aged 6 and 7 will have memories that will last a life time.
The rooms are spotless, the food was good, the entertainment staff are amazing. My boys and I loved doing the fammi games everyday and watching the shows at night. The TUI kids club was brilliant aswell, my boys had so much fun and staff great.

We have just got back from our first Holiday in Benidorm so can't compare to other Hotels there, but we stayed at the flamingo Oasis all Inclusive, the food and drink was good and plentiful I'm a fussy eater and I managed to find plenty to eat everyday.
The Restaurant open 8.00 — 10.30 Breakfast 1.00 — 3.00 Lunch 7.00 — 9.30 Dinner.
10.00 —! 2.00 late snacks.
The rooms are cleaned everyday you have a shower over the bath, Air con, tv,
A balcony with a dryer and patio set and a lovely view. A safe which we had to pay for but its worth it for peace of mind.
The pool was nice and clean plenty of sun loungers not much shade. There's a pool bar where you can get drinks and snacks while the pool is open and its shady in there.
The entertainment has been really good although I had to miss Grease as we watching the England match, the hotel even trimmed up for that.
The staff are really nice, very pleasant and eager to help … I will definitely be going back there.

We have just got home from an amazing 2 week holiday… everyone was all lovely especially the bar staff the entertainment at night was amazing the medplayer show team was on point every time they performed I do have 2 faults tho! The first one was the shallow end of the pool shouldn’t have lilos in it that to me is a hazard it’s full of tiny children you should be able to go into the deep end of the pool with them… 2nd is the drinks machines should be left on threw the night! Apart from that everything else was spot on and we can’t wait to come back x.

On arrival, beautiful reception area and very friendly staff… but… Lifts are a royal pain… Yes the rooms are large but dated and definitely showing signs that an upgrade is needed, really would be great to have a kettle, glasses… anything! … plenty of food on the food hall… just a shame is not very hot and a little bit like school dinners… The entertainment is very phoenix nights… A reasonable 3* but nothing more. A first and a last for us.

Room is decent, no complaints, view is nice and the balcony is nice. Breakfast is good, full English, continental, plenty of choice for everyone. Other meals are mediocre, lots of the same each day and nothing particularly amazing. No good if you like food or drink near the pool, rules are against this, which are freely ignorable unless you’re unlucky enough to be the 1/1000 that gets told to move by the one staff member who bothers to enforce. Quite a few rules that are barely enforced and pointless — just make you feel alienated when you’re the only one getting stopped. Indoor swimming pool is closed, with no re-opening date. Was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel, so pretty unhappy about this. Outdoor pools are decent and a variety of depths, but no activities (slides, water toys etc) for kids. Far enough back the area seems quiet enough and pleasant for families but that does mean a good 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Wi-Fi is almost awful. It is here but if you want more than to casually get your emails while you’re in the hotel at some point, you’re going to have a bad time. This review took 8 attempts to post, and finally via 4G.

Nice hotel, huge bedrooms, plenty of room for wheelchair user. Plenty of lifts and not waiting too long. Most staff in restaurant pleasant and polite. Food very hit and miss. Change of management and obviously making cut backs on food quality. One day spaghetti with two sauces available — cheese or pepper!, Where's the tomato? Carvery very good tho spare ribs dry as not cooked in any sauce. Lack of accompaniment for dinners, they seem to think we only eat chips!, Poor choice of veg, however plenty of salads, choice of breads and two soups. Snacks non existent, occasionally left overs from previous meal. Excellent breakfast.

Amazing views from the rooms, great location (20 minute walk to the beach) but food served was not up to standard. Also all staff are friendly and very helpful! Entertainment on every night to ensure you always have something to do. Would recommend!

The staff were absolutely brilliant, they all work so hard and are always pleasant to speak to and very happy to accommodate any requests. The selection of food is decent. There is a different show every night until 11pm and then either music or karaoke. The hotel is very clean but there are few places where things are in need of replacement or repair. I visited in April where the weather was a bit hit and miss. The hotel wasn't overly busy but the pool was full when the sun was out so feel that there wouldn't be enough space when the hotel is full at peak times. There are 25 floors and there were not enough lifts to accommodate the hotel during Easter so must be very difficult to get up and down during peak times. It's in a good location, only a 20 min walk to the beach and is surrounded by shops, bars and takeaways. There is also a mini supermarket across the street with washing machines outside. There is a spa offering a few services and a indoor swimming pool. There is a games room and also a variety of activities throughout the day.

Hotel and staff of 9, but it is not normal that in Spain a hotel is of English, and if so, they do not sell to others. Activities for them, food of them, schedules out of the natural, etc.

The rooms are good, although the beds have to be improved much, the girl was fatal, and something hard adult, not counting the lack of heating, which with the excuse of the lift, does not have.
And having to pay the drinks out of it, to 2 euros, we go that one third re gets more expensive inside than in the street, and the Cubatas, almost.

Great hotel. Nice food and lovely staff. Yes, there are some people who don't know when to stop drinking and the buffet can get a bit elbowy at times. Still it's a bargain and you don't have to spend time in the hotel if you don't want to. Heartily recommend upgrading to club.

The truth is a great hotel is well located but the truth is that instead of Spaniards seem foreign because everything that is in this hotel Eata unique and exclusively dedicated to the English so would not return more for it.

I am in the hospital Imed Levante, in front of the hotel and the Sierra Gela, which helps to spend a little better the bad drink.

We have stayed in this hotel a couple of times and enjoyed the experience. Last September though was not so good in the restaurant. The food was awful with very little variety or choice. We were asked to comment on our stay there and did so. I had a very good correspondence with the manager who explained what had gone wrong in the Flamingo Oasis and apologized to everyone who commented. The staff are friendly and helpful, and often joined in with us in our fun. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We are going back again this September so hopefully the restaurant will have changed.

What a lovely place spent my daughters 10th birthday here last year and were returning for a week in just under ten days. If you want a safe feeling and lovely family holiday than I would 100000% recommend that you book here. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are very helpful and friendly (which made us feel so welcome) and there is loads to do for the kids and adults.

Very good attention, both reception, waiters, dining room, cleaning, and masseuse, but it is a hotel focused especially on English tourists, the hours of meals and dinners very English, nothing to do with the usual schedule of hotels in the rest of Spain. To be a 4 star you will lack services in the room like minibar, room service, and miniatures of toilet services.

The staff were very friendly, the food was very good, the restaurant was close to the hotel at 15:00 hours and at 21:30 hours.

Good accommodation and facilities. Food improved although within the average in British mass tourism hotels, including songs of English drunks. For the price, it's worth it but don't look for wonders.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Club suite was a really nice room, with use of rooftop pool and bar as well as the club lounge. Place is very clean and a decent choice of meals is provided. Snacks could definitely be better for club suite guests as these were very limited and time constrained (so if you wanted crisps for example, you could only get them at around 2:30 in the afternoon when a bowl was put in the club room). Location of the hotel is good as it is far enough away from the centre to be quiet, though still an easy walk to the beach of about 10 minutes.

Stayed in a club room, nice having own roof top pool and bar, separate dining area. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Just one barman with a bit of an attitude, rest of the staff fantastic. The hotel room was spotlessly clean and lovely decor. Food was average but some times not as hot as it should be. Some times a really bad smell coming from the vents on the roof.

The hotel was clean and friendly staff however the location and surroundings let it down. The hotel next door blocks the terrace and swimming pool from receiving sun so you are in the shade until the middle of the afternoon. The food is well prepared and they do try to mix it up. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach (depending on how fast you walk). In all a nice hotel let down by the shadow cast by its neighbours.

Just back from Benidorm after staying at the Flamingo Oasis after staying seven nights. We had a 25 hour and 45 minute delay so did not get off to a good start. The food was disgusting, worse than school dinner slop. Kids screaming out of control around the pool and also one decided to empty his bowels in the pool so this was closed all day in 33• heat. We had to eat out every night because the food was awful and the entertainment was more for children. There were two guests evicted for fighting with one man needing stitches in his hand. Very loud swearing guests and very aggressive which was very intimidating. We will never return again. We were looking forward to this holiday so much but we couldn't wait to get home.

Well saved long and hard to bring the family here after hearing all the good things about this hotel. But have to tell you we are totally disappointed with it and definitely wouldn't recommend it and won't be back. On arrival we were charged €49 for a safe and then asked for a fridge and were then told we had to pay for that aswell and then asked for to borrow an iron and told they had none. And asked for a kettle and they told us to buy one from the shop. Food very bland and rooms very basic and very small for 4 people. And the hotel entertainment is very poor after being told it was great. Have spoken to one guest in particular that has come here for 13 years this is their 14th and they said they wouldn't be back so all in all won't be back.

The hotel is nice and friendly. It's clean due to the superb housekeeping. The food is nice and although they don't label allergens there is a wide range of choice for most diets (which is important as you can only stay here all inclusive). The entertainment is good — especially for children — however the evening entertainment goes on to 12pm (and it is outside in the summer months so it makes it hard to sleep until then). The views are excellent — especially if you have a higher floor room, which is a high prpbability as there are 25 floors.

Just spent a week at this hotel. Room spacious and enough space for 5 people. Food lovely and a good choice of food. Gluten free food clearly labelled during lunch and dinner (but not breakfast). Catering manager introduced himself and said if I wanted gluten free bread just to ask any of the waiters/waitress. Good sized pool although got a bit crowded at times but loved how it had a slope entrance, good for little ones. Lovely hotel but a few things that made it a 4 instead of a 5 star The downside of the stay — although the sun was lovely literally no sun loungers (I have to have a little shade and the children at times found the heat unbearable). The lifts at times were slow or packed. (we had to wait 20 mins for a lift once). We paid to have a safe deposit box which I thought was a refundable deposit, but wasn't 24 euros and only had 6 euros returned. Finally It was a shame that the hotel doesn't provide pool towels meaning we had to bring our own and took up a lot of suitcase space. Overall a positive experience.

Stayed over the last week. Room size was perfect for us as a family of 4. Staff were excellent and friendly. Pool was a good size and there were always sunbeds available. Entertainment was good and choice of acts suited the crowd. The only downside was the food. It was hit and miss all week and the themes did not always work e. G. Indian food but no rice.

Loved this hotel! Myself husband and 4yr old daughter found everything fine! Dont understand some of the bad reviews! My daughter loved the kids club and the entertainment at night! We spent 2 weeks here from 4th june to 18th! We were unhappy to leave,, so much so we fly back out on 23rd july for another week at the flamingo oasis! People should not bother with the bad reviews as we ignored them and glad we did! Keep up the good work staff, credit where credits due! Fantastic hotel for familys! Animation team were great too! My little girl loved them all especially fredrico who made her day everytime he came to talk to her!

Excellent first impression, good food, drink & entertainment.

Since very bad experience. Go to humiliation in our stay. They have a large dining room but divided into several categories, and the category offer have to walk across the dining room in which are the most important people. Both when entering as when leaving you have to observe the differences in the dishes and see that they have more than enough of everything, while the poor, we lacked. You are unworthy to see as the maitre and the waiters were smiling and accompany them to the table, while the bid or look up to you and what is worse is that avoid you whenever they can. Go direction, that little ethics, a disgrace to Benidorm.

Stayed there 6times best hotel in benidorm, don't know why they made it 5star for the top floors though. Took the shine of it.

Nice hotel but was on top floor very noisy at night with aircons on roof. Food was awful gave me and the wife dodgy stomachs plus a couple we met said. Had raw batterd fish 1 night and staff just didn't care when I told them same. An the alcohol was all watered down. Definitely won't go again.

When I got here my room hadn't been cleaned, food was okish the staff are nice and Thomson are lovely, haven't seen any entertainment.

Brilliant everything just as we wanted being disabled we asked for a room near the lift but not noisey and it was spot on lookin now to book another 2 weeks.

You can't ask more for a 4*. All-inclusive price and quality.

Well, what can I say. Just got back from a super holiday where almost everything was perfect. I say almost everything because there were one or two issues that really started to bug me more and more as the week went on. But we'll come back to these later. First the good bits. The reception committee on arrival was slick and well organised, and even though we were towards the back of the queue it was only a matter of minutes before we were making our way to our rooms. The rooms were very well set out, with plenty of wardrobe space and a huge bathroom with a bath and what can only be described as a power shower. Hilda, our chambermaid was extremely good at her job keeping the room spotlessly clean and supplying fresh towels everyday. The restaurant was again, a well run organised operation with more than enough staff to see to your every need. The food was very good with something for everyone. My wife and granddaughter are notoriously fussy eaters, but even they were impressed (especially with the dessert section) The bar staff were also extremely good at their jobs and although there's always a queue for service your not going to die of thirst before they get to you. Considering the long hours and some very ignorant customers these lads put up with, it was always service with a smile. Now, for the highlight of the holiday. The entertainment team. Absolutely superb. The shows these people put on at night were worth the money alone.

After being in this hotel three years on the run the standards have dropped and had bad experience I woukd not recommend this hotel nor the reps they havent got a clue what they are doing.
