Great weekend stay very quiet we took the offer with a massage that really great the waiters and fantastic hotel staff will return.

Since you entered the family atmosphere and the magnificent attention made me feel very comfortable, the facilities are fantastic, I have enjoyed the accommodation very much.

Stayed here before Christmas fantastic hotel food was outstanding every day morning dinner and tea time drinks when ever you want staff were very good at there jobs really friendly to Champaign as much as you can drink the rooms were perfect clean spotless as it goes loved the shower was absolutely amazing beds were comfortable and cleaning ladies were very good every day they came well done to all staff there was a pleasure staying there.

Service of all staff better than excellent it was nearly full to capacity As we know us British love nothing better than a good QUE was not in one or did not see one from restaurants to the bars.
Food at all meals variety and preparation and tasted spot on.
Bars no empty glass or dirty ash try’s on tables so could go and sit with out have to clear up some else mess so that left you to get the drinks in. All the bar staff new their drinks and was not give a glass with a stain on it HYGIENE.
The room maids you never see better than the tooth fairy rooms spotless.

New how to keep people occupied.
From the time you arrive to the you leave so welcome and relaxed.

Great staff, amazing choice of food & drink, very helpful, loads of entertainment, 3 clean pools & 4 choices of bars (1x not all inclusive & only open season time) can always find a sunbed, spacious and modern rooms. Thankyou for a great stay.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff were great the food was fabulous and the beverages unreal. I would highly recommend the flamingo to every body.

Quiet Hotel and for adults only where the staff makes you feel like a king, attending to the smallest detail that you need and animations that make the time pass quickly.

Hotel is better than expected . Trip Advisor didn't do it credit, staff were friendly & tireless, rooms are clean food is plentiful.

The premium suites are good and very clean nor anything of the other world, are according to the hotel category. The sliding doors that lead out to the terrace are made of wood, and it costs a lot to open them. They have a small kitchen with vitro and fridge but can't do anything because there's not even a measly fork, or even glasses. The hotel suffers from the same defect that others, and that is that from the first hour of the morning, the giris already reserved the sunbeds of the swimming pool and occupied for hours, are not respectful of the other residents, the result is that if you go to the pools at 9.30 onwards for you jodes because there are no sunbeds free without the wipes hanging on the good areas of a swimming pool, it is a disgust and a lack of respect total, this is to this hotel that prides itself on comfort and quality such as this should ban these practices from minute one, it is as simple as removing the towels from the sunbeds that are not occupy at a given time,? so difficult is that the lifeguard be aware of this? There are hotels that do so without major problems. For this reason I give it only three stars. The staff very good and food also, just to note that with the full board some giris and bluish to drink, and such is the selfishness that have to be carried up to three vessels at once to the table, yes, to leave one full and reload again, in order to tragones and rude in all the sites there.

Something against you so far that this of the beach and the possibility in the future to enable a bus to the beach… the snacks are very deficient both in drink and in food between the hours… and the animations are very deficient in comparison with the performances of oyros hotel is behind the flamingo. I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend for our first holiday in 2 years. We were not disappointed! Lovely place with hard working and friendly staff in all departments. Can't do enough for you! Every bit of the hotel was clean and well kept. We had an all inclusive stay and the food was really good, never felt the need to go out for a meal. I mean, it's not fine dining but it was perfectly good. Always a massive selection of fresh fruit, salads, hot food, meats, cheeses and sweets. There is entertainment at the hotel every night. The musicians weren't to our taste but lots of the guests seemed to have a great time listening to them and having a dance. We enjoyed the quizzes and the cabaret act. Totally recommend for a lazy break in the sun.

Nice hotel with nice clean modern styled apartment type rooms with kitchen and sitting area. We stayed all inclusive at the hotel so food and drink was included. The food was good and there was plenty to choose from in the restaurant every day. Restaurant was buffet style and there was a change in menu every day. 3 outdoor pools so plenty of sun loungers to go round without having to get up too early in the morning.

Party of ten from 3 to 82. We all had a great time. Kids loved it. Clean hotel pleasant staff. Food good value. Not a night we couldn’t get a meal we wanted. No complaints from me. Ignore the moaners. They make a profession of it. Just for something to say. I am fussy what I have. Have been elsewhere for a similar price and had much poorer quality. Entertainment good and varied. Keep doing the same guys. You won’t go wrong. A quiet part of Benidorm suitable for families. With decent bars nearby if u want a late night. All inclusive value for us. So go for it folks.

Fabulous Hotel, friendly staff couldn't do enough for us when we had a member of my family take ill. Everywhere was spotless, the pool was maintained while we were there. Food was excellent, nice and fresh lots of choice. Rooms are lovely. Loads of room, with a small kitchenette area.

Just left here today and sad to have left hotel has been amazeing I honestly cant complain about anything. The staff are so welcoming and friendly always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The lady on the enya pool bar never stops shes a credit to here she really is. Would I recommend this hotel HIGHLY would I come back of course in a heartbeat. From start to finish been great. Room was lovely loads of space and good balcony size. Clean towels everyday. People moaning about bottled water is just sillyness there is water machines dotted throughout the place to help yourself and even the ice. Thanks for an amazeing stay.

A great place to stay in Benidorm. Good food, clean modern rooms. (we stayed in the recently refurbished annexe building) the hotel is situated in a nice quiet area of the town, but still close enough to walk to all areas of interest.

Very clean hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar area with plenty tables. Plentiful food with quite a lot of choice, it may not always be to english tastes but you should always be able to find something acceptable to eat. Only downside was the hotel entertainment which was mostly not very good or aimed at much older people, that is, music from the 1950's and 60's. I am 54 and my partner is 62 and we found the entertainment very dated and the music before our time.

Our 4th time here and yes it's changed hands but still a fantastic place. Staff superb friendly, rooms excellent and food always good if not a little limited in choice.

Staff are all Fantastic from the Minute you are till the day you leave. They cannot do enough for you. The Director of the hotel is always very helpful and open to suggestions like the fancy dress we all had. The reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaners, waiters always Happy and helpful. Rooms are Spacious and Spotless. Food is delicious and anyone who complains about the food must be very fussy. The entertainment staff are great and put on good shows in the evening as well as demonstrations during the day. I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This hotel has something special. It's happy and oozes Charisma I will be back as I have been many times.

We arrived at the hotel on the 11th of August for 2 weeks we have stayed in Benidorm before just not with you, this was are first time but won't be are last! will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone. Your hotel is amazing very modern and fresh. Food was great especially the breakfast omelette were out of this world. Lunch and dinner always something to choose from. Your staff are an absolute credit to your hotel especially the girl at the pool bar she was such a hard worker never stopped and very friendly as the rest of the staff they would go out of there way to make your holiday as enjoyable as they can The room are spacious and very comfortable and clean the best we have had on any of are holidays many thanks once again to each and everyone of you.
