Apartment

This is the 1st time my wife and I have stayed in an apartment. Usually we stay in hotels in and around Calle Gerona, but we thought we would have a bit of a change. How delighted we were when we entered the apartment, spacious and clean, lots of storage for suitcases and clothes, a safe, tv, 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Everything you need.
There’s a small shop on the way to Uncle Peds where we went shopping to get the groceries. Very handy. The location is brilliant, not that far to walk before your into the Strip.
The Staff are lovely here, can’t do enough for you, very polite and friendly. We will definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, we couldn’t wish for a better experience. Thank you to all the staff at Primavera Loix.

Great place, rooms good and clean, bathrooms were lovely in the rooms. Good bar area with pool table, Ernesto on the bar is a nice happy guy. Very central to everything, good breakfast places a couple of minutes walk and close to bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Just returned on 8th April from these lovely apartments as part of a Hen party of nineteen. The apartments were spotless, well equipped for our needs. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for the three of us over the weekend. There was a hob, brand new kettle and toaster and a good sized fridge and towels were freshened during our stay. There was a proper hairdryer in the bathroom which worked efficiently. Loved the huge balconies in every apartment. Staff were superb! Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, as were bar staff. On Sunday there was a huge market just outside the apartments, with a visit. The bar was well stocked and served a good breakfast and snacks. Would definitely recommend Primavera Loix.

Arrived 25th Sep. Picked up by our Belgian friend from receptions, Vanessa. Lovely person. The people on reception, Young lad (think he was Spanish) the English guy and grumpy (only kidding) where great. We never had any dealings with any other staff!
We had an issue with a dog left in a car in the carpark, which had been there at least six hrs. English guy on the desk took action regarding the poor dog. Thank you.
Talk of muggers lane has never been witnessed by us and we have been 4 times on 10 day visits and staying out late.
The staff are lovely and very officiant at the jobs they all do. We asked reception if we could get more toilet paper for our room. We went back up the lift (floor 9) We got out the lift and one of the cleaning team was coming out the other lift with the toilet paper.
That is what you call excellent service.
Apartment spotless and large, never heard a sound at night from other guests. Balcony is massive.
We didn't do the pool or bar but have in the past and there is nothing to dislike about it.
It is out the way of the bustle of Bennie but close enough if that's what you want. It is right next to the Wednesday, Sunday market.
Cant wait to see you all again.

Great apartments this is our 3rd time here since August friendly staff and great location 10/10

Just arrived this evening Mon 6/12/21. Absolutely Fabulous place an location. Clean fresh everything we need an great views. Lookin forward to using the amenities. Cant fault in anyway atall. Value for money. Seriously amazing😘😎

A very nice place and most importantly clean, the people who work there are very friendly and attentive.
We went with my kids and had a great time and had fun to the last in the pool.
We recommend it 100%.

Lovely Friendly staff and don’t allow rowdy or disrespectful guests.

I was so worried about this hotel after some reviews but no need our stay was fantastic yes it’s 2 star what more do you want for a cheap holiday.

Their customer service is absolute rubbish and I would not use this hotel.

The rooms are big enough for 3 with a decent pull out sofa bed (double), clean, new bathroom, massive balcony.
The staff are polite during the stay and very helpful, far enough away from the bars but still close so you can go and socialise.
Don't forget your €100 deposit for the room which is returned on checking out and €5 for the safe, returned on checking out to.
Very nice stay will go back in future.

Great staff, good size pool and bar area. Very clean maintained rooms and very good value for money. Stayed in July and Would definitely return.

Location perfect value for money rooms basic but clean staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed here the start of august. They too pre payment before I arrived and €100 deposit when I arrived. They say that they refunded both payments back to my card yet I have not received either of the two payments yet (3 weeks later) as I am a college student I am finding it hard to be down a total of €209.20 to be specific. The accommodation have been no help to me whatsoever and I are now ignoring my emails. I would not recommend this accommodation to anybody. Staff were also rude during our stay and our room wasn’t cleaned once despite asking 3 different times. Makes me sick how they’re treating a young girl of my age. Disgraceful (the one star is only as I had to click something)

Close to ever ything Staff great.

1st time in benidorm so didn't knows what to expect. We were given a top floor apartment (17th floor). The apartment was basic but comfortable, having a fridge was the big bonus as temps were in the high 20's and cold water/liquid was a must. Nice sized bathroom with walk in shower. Big balcony that got plenty of breeze.
Didn't use much of the other facilities but they looked nice and well presented (clean).
If staying in this part of benidorm, would look to stay here again as plenty of markets and shops nearby. Close to the strip but not too close so not much noise at night.

First impressions nice and clean good location only ten minutes to the beach five minutes to the bars.

For those considering this location for a holiday, I would highly recommend you DO NOT stay at these apartments. I was here as a party of 14 for a weekend stag do, most of the time we didn’t stay in the hotel as we were out in benidorm. Upon arriving we had no issues, took our cases to our rooms and left to go out. When we woke up the next morning some of us noticed that bags had been opened up, clothes had been rummaged in suitcases and one of our party had €100 stolen from his wallet which was in the room along with 2 pairs of swimshorts from his suitcase. I myself had €50 taken, my friend in the same room had €50 taken also. Due to this I took the remainder of my money out for the rest of the holiday. That night two of our party went back to the room after a late dinner and whilst they were in the room someone was trying to unlock the door, the following morning, one of our party in same room as me had a tracksuit top and an expensive Armani watch stolen from the room. We all went to the reception and the member of staff was a disgrace, he sniggered at us and said we had to contact the police but was told they would do nothing, to which he laughed even further. It seems the guy didn’t think people getting items stolen from rooms is a serious thing. On the last night another member from our party went to his room early and someone else tried his room. Thats only twice that we knew of, this was a complete disgrace, not only is this a privacy issue, but a safety issue.

These apartments where clean comfortable ideal for groups and more or less in the centre of night life would book again.

Room was good, hotel was nice, great location.

For what we paid we didn't expect much but I have to say we were pleasently surprised fantastic staff and room's spotless would definitely come back.

Good location from the strip. Lovely reception area and bar. Can't complain about the room, big modern bathroom.

Great little hideaway near all the entertainment. Everything you need in the clean spacious apartment for a relaxing self catering holiday, front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Won't hesitate to book again.

Very nice apartment but the staff let it down. Maybe we got the wrong staff on the wrong day. But would only go back of it was cheap.

The reception, bar and swimming pool of this Aparthotel has been refurbished to a high standard. The receptionist was very efficient and friendly and we were impressed with the place as a whole.

Must say very impressed with the room and apartments in general. Location very good as well.

Good hotel for the price great location.

Weve just got back from a girly break, we stayed in the apartments for 4 nights, the staff were very helpful and accommodating! Especially the bar man in the day, making the girls cocktails he had never heard of which they all said tasted amazing! The rooms were also perfect for.
What we paid and what we needed them for! Also we had read a lot of bad reviews about the "alley way" which is a quicker way to the bars and beech. It is not an "alley way" and not at one point did we feel scared or threatened using this path way! Other comments that we have read are way over the top! If your going to get mugged it could happen anywhere in Benidorm not just walking down the pathway! Do not let this put you off! Thanks you all for an amazing experience in Benidorm!

So clean lovely staff my 5 time to say bang in the middle off every where you need to be next door to market great shopping.

Good place close to the beach, quiet at night friendly staff in the apartment lack of kitchen equipment (pan large) and a microwave relationship between the price and normal quality I have been very comfortable would return.

Brilliant holiday. Apartments will be very smart when it's finished it's re-furb. Good location (needs bollards in the road outside to stop cars from trying to get down. )
Bar staff very good and friendly could do with more than 1 person when the busy.

Nicely refurbished. Nice pool and bar area. Was busy over the weekend with a couple of stag and hen do's but they were reasonably behaved. I'd definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a reasonably priced accommodation.

Clean light rooms with good air flow. Fabulous bathrooms, comfortable beds.

Great location, muggers alley isn't as bad as it sounds and is well lit. Renovated bathroom and decent rooms.

Recently refurbished all the ground floor and its common areas, very modern and beautiful.
Room-baths, also refurbished with a large shower tray.

Room clean (when we arrived LOL, what else can I say? We were a group of fellas) Friendly staff, the guy in the kitchen is great craic. Nice pool, friendly atmosphere. Just be careful of the alley leading to the entrance Kate at night. Besides that, due to the excellent balconies, I'd still recommend this place.

Very basic rooms, could do with a lick of paint. Then again your only sleeping here?

We nickname this hotel El shit rooms cleaned once every 6 days towels exchanged every 3 days but this never happened neither was the room cleaned before we went in the hotel has just had a name change I wonder why we wasn't the only ones to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel.

We were on the 17th floor and the view is spectacular, very large terrace and now the TV is free, mattress comfortable, mini oven, in order to what you pay very well.

Very bad service… they charge x TV 3.5 daily eu.
