Not bad. Perhaps the common areas (especially the cloister) should be curred because for my taste it is somewhat distracted with a somewhat loose decoration.

This review I will divide into two parts: in the first rate the restaurant and the second the hotel.
Restaurant: Located on a nice terrace of the hotel that allowed us to dine in the moonlight. The staff are friendly and have a very competitive menu that offers diners the opportunity to taste elaborate dishes made with quality products to a very competitive wreck. In fact the restaurant was what we liked most about hotel.
Hotel: Located in a historical building of Segorbe that has 37 rooms some of them superior double with jacuzzi. We booked one of these with such bad luck that when we turned on the jacuzzi came out of the tap a lot of black matter, so we opted not to use it because it disgusted us. At mention the receptionist gave us a discount of €30, insufficient discount because we paid more for the room than a room without a jacuzzi.
Total, except for the incident of the happy Jacuzzi all right. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
To improve we would say to have more details with customers who complain about a poor hotel service.

The hotel very nice but we hired the Spa at 22 hours, our surprise was when we saw K had not changed the water and it was very dirty.

An Unusually beautiful hotel located in a large building with a lovely patio inside with a fountain. Quiet, Cozy. Nice rooms.

Newly renovated Hotel, with rooms of high quality and best service if it is worth of attention to the guests: we had a problem with the room, and from reception in less than half an hour we changed to another equally free of charge and in less than half an hour. The breakfast service is perfect, and at a good price.

The 25 euro menu is wonderful. All very rich and well presented. What I liked the most about the appetizers.

Very good place to stay the truth, not only the best in Segorbe, would be good hotel in a big city. Spacious rooms, and very well thought out separate toilet from toilet. Individual air controlled with control, and TV with international channels if you need it. Room service is cheap for what you usually see. And well, the bed spacious and comfortable. Being a historic building the windows are not huge but it is not something to criticize. Large central patio for events. The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the car was very nice.

A charming place to spend a few days of total relaxation, very spacious room with wooden ceilings and picture window to see the stars, the cloister is lovely, the food excellent, the staff great and relaxation area of the Spa. Highly recommended…!. Without forgetting the places to visit in the area, both of Segorbe, as surrounding areas waterfalls, river, museums, etc…! To repeat…!

Perfect! The truth that the hotel is very nice as well as the attention of its staff. The restaurant has very good products and with menu, plus letter, at very good prices. The buffet breakfast was very good. I was in the spa and it is very complete and the price very good (15 €/h). Recommended to 100%. It has a mini bar with bottles of water and chocolates courtesy of the hotel.
