Great Catering service during communion. Good menu and very attentive. Not liking the sea bass they prepared me a green salad.

Ive booked a double room and we had a complementary random bed (3 beds in a double room! ). I booked a massage in the front desk. But the massage was difficult to operate for the lack of space making all the experience stressful instead of relaxing and recovering… The front desk could handle all much better having all the information.

The atmosphere is filled with culture and restraint in the Spanish spirit!

I have no choice but to give it a star very to my regret because there is less, the room has a pass I guess the four stars of the hotel is because it has hairdryer, but what really disappointing is the buffet, poor pobrisimo and all fried frozen and reheated, lucky that there is a mercadona in front to buy food. Not recommended. I'm not coming back.
No complaints from our waiters Sara always with a smile and Manuel enduring our complaints.

Hotel is not suitable as a tournament of the Villarreal Yellow Cup.
There is no common area where you can make a coffee or go out for a while in the room.
Unhealthy food/buffet, poquisima variety, almost inferior to a children's menu.
The bathroom is very clean, the toilet is not working, the phone is not working…
The rest well… if there is something to say, xq the hotel has nothing else!

Very good hotel, but a little disappointing the rooms for the price you have that is UNON of the most expensive of Castellón. The painting was chipped and the views to an inner courtyard were "beautiful". The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good.

Frankly disappointed, I don't see the 4 stars anywhere, going from the front desk, I've been to better equipped pensions.
The rooms are basic, single beds of 90 put together, TV and wardrobe with safe. Wi-Fi (slow) Free with registration (MAL) The bathroom reformed 20 years ago, small, with basic faucets that when you give you release the cold or burning water and bath with curtain, poorly lit. The handle is appreciated for grabbing you.
The gym is 3 machines (one dumbbell, one treadmill and one elliptical) and one individual sauna.
The parking (which is paid separately, 12e per night) fatal, few squares and small, plus very difficult to maneuver with large cars.
But the worst, by far, is the free buffet. We came for a soccer tournament, the teams are dealt between this, Intur Orange and Intur Azur, we assume that we should register of the last and that's why we touched here. From previous years we know that there is no color with the other two hotels, paying the same, but it is just to complain. Frozen food, badly made, overheated and with a selection more than poor.
Food: Rice (salted), macaroni (tomato sauce to part if you want to throw to know something, without cheese or any other accompaniment), frozen stew and blandurria or buffet of salads (basic) of first. Battered breast (frozen), croquettes (frozen) or fish (frozen) second with accompanying fries (overheated).

Clean, efficient, friendly and a great breakfast. Parking was easy too.

They are many years knowing and visiting this hotel. I like their location and the service. The facilities are very nice although the parking is quite uncomfortable.

It's a very correct hotel. Located in the centre of Castellón, a little old but with refurbished rooms and parking too small and narrow. Very clean with very friendly people and a pretty decent buffet.

Nice, clean room. We were greeted by friendly staff. We loved the continental breakfast that comes with the stay, plenty of delicious selection. Very close to the town square.

The hotel is ok but the heating is very hard to regulate and it is very hot in the rooms in winter. Although they are very friendly they lack agility in solving problems and we were not given options… we had to look for ourselves.

Very nice hotel for bussines or city trips. Rooms are good. Also a parking area is available. The hotel is locaded very well, so it is only a 2 minute walk to the center.

Seventh floor for reform (typical years 90) and furniture design just to be 4 *. Parking a bit fair not to say of Micromachine. All compensated by a friendly service and adjusted price along with its location.

Definately not a 4 star, a perfectly mediocre 3. Room was a bit tired, shower a bit dodgy. Staff were ok but not overly welcoming. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired.

We have been 2 nights and not we been able to rest until it has given them the win to the quarters on one side and another, who are talking down the aisle and giving slamming doors and people going down the street talking to high and any vehicle engine passing down the street… come on… no soundproofing.
It's a shame because the hotel is not bad, it has a beautifully decorated, rooms are spacious, is not too old, parking is not expensive, etc… But go… rest and sleep you… will be when to them others you want. I did not give him more than three stars.

Guests found a very helpful and were very upset for being with the bad conditions of this hotel. I hope to improve conditions to regain a good collaboration.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the Centre of the city. Staff: very friendly and colaboradoresAparcamiento: awkward and narrow. Room: Cleanliness is improved. It would be desirable not to allow to have nests of doves under the window, as they are quite annoying. The soundproofing on the street is poor. A detail: I tried to contact reception by telephone and had not even a guide which would indicate to me what number I had to mark. The normal breakfast.

We were taking the suitcases at 12.05 room and despite living hotel precticamente vacuum us called the head of reception to leave the room, only for this ugly detail not think back to any hotel of this chain.
