A paradisiacal place with an incredible decoration and outdoor jacuzzi, the apartments are very spacious and fully equipped. Highly recommended.

Very good service especially at the pool bar excellent workers.

Bar was closed, no shop on site, restaurant was closed. Good pool though.

Beautiful setting quiet and tranquil. We are here in December so not crowded. Highly recommend hiring a car as courtesy bus is perfect for popping up and down to supermarkets and the beach but otherwise a little way out for walking. Well equipped comfortable apartments, gym, sauna, massage and jacuzzi. Would certainly return if the opportunity arose.

A fantastic place to get away from it all. Will be back. Xx.

This is a beautiful, peaceful and tranquil hotel. Just home from a week here and couldn’t fault it at all. Staff are so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed every second of our stay. We even treated ourselves to a lovely massage. I will definitely be back again.

Tne tranquilty of the Regency Country Club was fabulous. Attention to detail is impressive. The concierge is always available and nothing is too much trouble.

A hidden gem of a hotel. Great for families with an excellent kids club and activities. Not that the kids arent happy enough in the fantastic pool that is so big it is never crowded. It is away from the crowds but all the activities are easily within reach and most like Scuba diving, Go Karting and Horse riding pick you up.

+ Large pool, food quality and friendly staff. Being apartments, the dining area is never crowded and it is very nice both to have breakfast, lunch or dinner even in the middle of August.
— price for breakfast 12 euros seems excessive to me. Rigidity at the time of departure from the rooms, 11 am, when the entrance is from 15:00 and also usually make you wait. Views to half-abandoned building. Charge you a safe rental.

There is not one fault. From when we arrived to checking out. All staff couldnt be nicer. It has been the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. Will definitely be back.

We had moved from another hotel to this one and it was a much better choice. Excellent friendly service from the time we checked in to the time we left. Great facilities and the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here the last week in May with our five year old grand daughter. We couldn’t fault the resort, all the communal areas are luxurious with fab decor and furniture. The resort is so clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the staff who helped me when I injured myself! The staff in the kids club were fantastic, being really friendly with a range of activities to keep the kids occupied. (11.30-1 & 2-5) — and it’s free. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the range of lunches and snacks in the poolside bar were good and reasonably priced. The resort is a little out of the way but there’s a free bus to Los Cristianos and Las Americas several times a day (stops at 6pm) but a taxi back is only 7/8 euros. Shop on site is sufficient and room has all equipment you need if you wanted to eat in. Rooms are lovely with spacious balcony. All in all a good stay and I would definitely return. I was also pleased with Las America’s — definitely not how I imagined it to be. Lots of choice of very cheap bars and restaurants and not a stag do in site (we didn’t stay out after 11pm though! )

Super nice hotel for a reasonable price. Pool and breakfasts at altitude!. The design and attitude of the staff deserve special attention!

Great resort away from the hustle but close to all the amenities… well maintained and with very friendly staff… maybe the spa could be expanded… but the outdoor pools are nice and big… a little bit of entertainment but maybe due to the style of the resort… but the I highly recommend.

Residence more than fantastic arrival at 4pm we had a great time apartment all comfort activities proposed + + + and the highlight is that we can stay after making the keys to continue to enjoy the pool services. I recommend.

Beautiful Bali inspired hotel. Little out of the way however worth it for the luxury and the experience. The receptionists are probably the most kind and helpful of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Top notch x.

The staff at the Regency are fantastic, nothing is too much to ask. The ladies running the kid's club and evening entertainment were exceptional. Apartments are a decent size for the number of people, most of them have a sun-drenched balcony too. Functional and clean. The pool area is great — the main pool is big, with a pool-bar. There's a small toddler area with warmer water and a jaccuzi. Life guards are around during peak hours too. There are plenty of activities for children — mini-golf, oversized chess, kid's club, play area, pool tables and a table tennis table. Restaurant for evening meals is good but you'll need to head to a local restaurant for paella. As you're part-way up a mountain, here's a regular shuttle bus to drop you at the local beaches/towns. I'd recommend hiring a car as well, to enable you to explore at your own pace.

Very nice hotel. Majestic heated pool with Jacuzzi. Bar in the pool… We can have a drink while bathing. Lots of sunbeds and parasols around the Schwimmingpool. Mini Golf available to the hotel guests. Small apartments arranged in duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small kitchen equipped with a small living room. Direct access to the pool from the apartments possible… terrace only a few meters away. The bathroom was very nice Breakfasts in the form of buffets with large choice of products. Dinners with medium quality card products.

Good hotel in general, with a very nice apartments. The pool is spectacular and along with the design the best of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. To put 2 but, and therefore somewhat less note, the treatment of food intolerance leaves enough to be desired and the apartment that touched us, with a sofa bed for the children quite justito, are the most outstanding.

I can not find a fault with this place. Will definitely come back a few times in our life as its a great place to take young kids. Food good, drinks a great especially the non alcoholic cocktails. Reasonably priced. The beach is amazing and safe for kids as the water isn't rough. About 10mins away from hotel so you dont just have to stay at resort even though you can as there's lots to do to entertain the kids. Honestly a Great stay. Will be back.

One of the best places in the south to disconnect and relax. The heated pool at 27 degrees is superb. Love.

Based round about the big pool. Accommodation small, but OK. We had a kitchen in the duplex, still looking for a kettle. We were on half board, the food at dinner was lacking in choice and what there was was poor. Every night the bill for evening meal was wrong, we started to think it was deliberate. Was it value for money? No, would I go back? Probably not.

As apartment and paying 169 for a duplex and no 500 is well for 4 people.

Service and staff are absolutely perfect it's pretty clean in the room. The pool is unfortunately a little dirty… The paths all over the property are unfortunately made of stones which are very slippery when they are wet. Apart from that, the hotel wonders bar and has nothing to fault. The view is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I can only recommend a aufenthallt in this hotel…

Excellent hotel very luxurious and clean the sea views are amazing and their pool is the best I have ever seen in my life I never imagined it to be so spectacular and the restaurant service is up to the best restaurants, they are definitely going back.

Nice place with very friendly crew. Everything is a bit old school but cleaning is great and all of our family enjoying the stay — children and adults.

Stayed here twice now and this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! I have stayed at top hotels all over the world that are 10x the price of this place and none of them come close! The staff are all so pleasant and helpful! Well down, the owners and managers should be proud. I will be returning this year again with even more guests this time.

Rustic rooms convey a medieval feeling! That's not what we expected. Well equipped kitchen. Outdated bathroom. Breakfast okay but more not… Very Bad coffee! Great pool. But no beautiful view. Mini Golf Super. All in all, unfortunately, we were disappointed.

Beautiful apartment, brilliant service upon arrival (helped by the complementary fizz) and the activities available cater for every possible eventuality. We had two two-bedroom apartments, with balconies and only a minute or so from the swimming pools. We had dinner at the hotel on the first night, which was delicious — I recommend the local wines, and leave space for dessert! The swim up bar was great, and we had a lovely lunch in the sun. Note, it wasn't very cheap! It was an hour drive from Mount Teide (make sure you book the cable cars in advance) and 10 minutes from Los Cristianos, which has a wide variety of water activities available, and a lovely beach. We would come back here, and very much recommend it!

The photos do not show the building ruins of the hospital directly in front of the swimming pool. The rooms have urgent need for renovation — shower cubicle with sliding door in the bathroom (! ) and on all fittings in the bathroom is in the truest sense the varnish. Balcony doors and cupboard door are difficult to open, because they are completely warped or go by themselves… In some cases it has already disgusted us, as usual and scuffed the rooms and the bathroom.
But: all staff very friendly & helpful, all clean, quiet location & location for excursions with D. Car ideal.

Front Desk has given us extremely helpful service especially when our credit card was blocked and we couldn't get cash.

Do not hesitate for a quiet stay despite the size of the establishment. The apartments are good, the pool is huge, the breakfasts are quality and the staff is at the top as often in the canary.

Nice hotel and good place to relax. Staff are brilliant — very friendly. Styling of the apartment isn't very luxurious but it does the job. Decent view of the sunset and my apartment also had a roof terrace. On-site shop is over priced, and it would have been nice if they kept olive oil in the kitchen otherwise every guest will have to buy it to cook anything. The free minibus into town also stops at around 7pm. The restaurant food was decent but a little overpriced (15 euros for most mains). Small issues though, and I did enjoy my stay overall — would recommend and maybe visit again.

Perfect! Although in summer they are going with prices, at other times of the year is a great place to spend a few days with friends and family at a reasonable price. Lovely pool and good deal to the customer.

Great customer service, lovely place with good facilities — fantastic pool. Little bit pricey (4 euro pint vs 1euro in los christianos) but expected for this class of accommodation. Some areas are in need of refurbishment.

Really love this hotel. Nice location, far away from the commercial zone, the food is good and very affordable. The swimming good is great as well and there is enough to do for small kids. Highly recommended for young couples with toddlers.

Okay bedroom, did the job, the pool brings it up from 3 though. Outstanding swimming and chill area. Would definitely recommend if you don't plan on staying in your room all day.

Good location, can get taxi to all nearby attractions for under 10 euro, has in house pool and even it's own mini shop that is quite reasonably priced. Staff are professional and pleasant.

This place is outstanding! Staff is very nice, kind and helpfull. Airam's cocktails are amazing (ask him for a mojito) the swimming pool is perfect and the rooms are the best (mine had jacuzziii inside :p) I will come back 100%. Thank you for everything. It has been AMAZING!

Simply excellent. The whole place is immaculate. The staff are incredibly welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool is a delight. Located away from the noise of the sea front a courtesy bus is provided to take you to the beach. Highly recommended.

Very nice. Daily events and offers like happy hour and live music. Staff are very friendly, including giving us complimentary water and cava.

Annoying Wi-Fi connection, but the room is magnificent. The pool is large and is not crowded at all. The staff is not really good in English and the view is a bit ugly, looks like it is still under construction. It was a very nice stay never the less.

WONDERFUL The service was great and it was really fun in the pool. I was some of my friends they also agreed with me. The rooms where outstanding. Also I like how that you can get a takeaway delivered to your door.

Champagne waiting for you when you enter the amazing place rooms are spotless (see staff removing out side pillow cases every day! ) food as ok but there was 16 of us and that all was kills a kitchen but there was a lot of vegetarian options! I will be back.
