Great hotel for couples and families. Lovely food, lots for the kids to do. Staff are really friendly and great with the kids. Rooms are spacious, even for 5. It's our second visit and would cone back for sure.

Fantastic hotel, they’ve thought of everything for every type of traveller e. G. Adults only, families, extended families. Great facilities, lovely, helpful staff and an amazing location. The rooms are perfect! We were half board and could choose each day whether to have breakfast and lunch or breakfast and evening meal. The selection of food on offer is staggering and high quality. The numerous pools and activities (tennis, paddle, climbing frames, pool slides, wave machine, mini golf, water polo, aqua exercise to name a few) mean you can have a chilled out or an active holiday depending on your preference. Never an issue getting a sunbed, yet not too quiet that you feel isolated. The Tasting menu at the Donaire restaurant is high quality and the views are fabulous. Childrens entertainment & mini disco is fun but only 30 minutes is you want to avoid it like the plague! 😂 Nothing bad to say about this hotel — we’ll be back.

Everything is perfect. Facilities. Staff are the best, they are friendly and very helpful ☺️ and very welcoming. It lives up to being the best 5 star hotel 🏨 😀 ❤️ and not forgetting the best margarita cocktail in town 😀

Very friendly staff, excellent service! Only one thing its annoying us, mostly of the guest they put thier towels on the swemming pool bed very early in the morning but they aren’t even there, so the person wants to use it they can’t. I think it is better to have a regulation that they can put their towels if they go to swem. Not holding those beds for whole day very greedy.

An amazing hotel, friendly conscientious staff. Sergio was so attentive and took our evening dinner experiences to another level. The food was so fresh and such a wide variety. Well worth eating in the Amaina restaurant by the pool.

A spectacular hotel, unbeatable staff.
The entire service is very attentive, without being able to forget the area of the water park that is wonderful, the very dedicated and professional surf monitor advises you and spends your time with the best smile.

Very nice hotel installation luxury rooms, spacious swimming Pools great for all moods.

Unfortunately we couldn't recommend this as a family hotel anymore. Adult only — definitely. Covid restrictions mean that children entertaining themselves in the pool with any form of inflatable/ball/sinkers is not allowed. We tried to discuss this as the kids are going down slides one after another, hands all over, but it appears that swimming pools are now only for 'swimming in'. Other families have also raised this and found massive contradictions in policy. Hopefully this is only a 'learning' period while measures are introduced, and they will be altered when they see that common sense needs to be used, otherwise there is zero point in spending money on a family holiday at this point in time here. Rooms are nice and clean and staff pleasant. Service, as expected is very slow at his moment in time but they are trying their best.

Very clean hotel with very service oriented staff, and the best morning buffet we ever had… but… the hotel is very “industrial” and lacks charm and personality completly. It is not a beach resort (does`nt claim to be), but a city hotel! It reminds me of a Disney resort or a conference hotel, and nothing wrong with that… just not a holiday resort in my book. The indoor areas are hugh and very poorly Sound treated… so in the buffet restaurant in the morning… you have to wear earplugs… and it does not help to sit outside were the sounds of construction pampers you… And the Big No no for scandinavians… there are selvreal areas were kids are not welcome That alone is enough for us never to come back. You can`t make a hotel perfect for families and singles alike… GF Victoria tried, but did`nt nail it in my book.

Incredible experience. Overall the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We normally stay in Gran Costa Adeje over the road but this is absolutely amazing for the children.
Will definately be back.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms, comfy beds, amazing staff, all so lovely & friendly! Gorgeous food, entertainment & plenty for the kids to do. Super close to the beach & great shopping & restaurants all close by! Definitely recommend & we will be back! Special mention to Victor & Hugo who attended to all our food & drinks by the pool! Also the fitness staff were amazing, fun & friendly! X.

All in all a super nice, extravagant hotel. Staff always very accommodating and friendly. Good food and beautiful pool area. The only suffering, as always, is the reservation of the loungers. If you don't take this inappropriate behavior with you lies in the shade and looks at one of the loungers, which is only covered with a towel or similar. No one far and wide in sight. I think the staff should crack down harder and clear these loungers. Impossible behaviour!

Have to say how disappointed I was by the welcome from this hotel. My family have stayed in your sister hotel 3 or 4 times and had wanted to book this hotel for a big family holiday for 10 of us. We ended up booking the sister hotel as wasn’t sure this hotel was finished. The sister hotel arranged for us to look round the hotel and try the pool to see if we wanted to book up next year. When we arrived the staff said they didn’t know we was arriving even though our hotel had phoned to arrange. They were very unwelcoming and said they would be charging us €50 each to use the pool! How ridiculous for a party of 10? It would cost us €500 to use a pool for an hour? The staff were rude to us. Its certainly put us off ever using your hotel in the future.

I was initially nervous after seeing that there were still some unfinished elements to this hotel. But when we went on the 23rd of May, almost everything was finished. Really, you couldn't tell that there were any workmen around at all. The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly (special mention goes to Sam, Joao and Veronica) and the service, drinks and food were all excellent. I greatly recommend the bodyboarding pool as well. Thank you so much for our stay.

We have just got home after a great stay with you. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms & amazing staff, everyone was so lovely. We enjoyed the piano bar & sky bar very much, but we loved it all. Thank you for making us so welcome! We will definitely be back.

This isn't about my stay I haven't been there yet, but I emailed a question about the type of mattresses they have and their response was quick and precise even sending a PDF leaflet about the mattresses. Impressed with their customer service so far, it gives a good impression.
