The value for money is unbeatable. For us, who were out early in the morning and returning to eat after our excursions, the place was very well placed. The services are correct: bedding, cleanliness, restoration (very varied and for all tastes, certainly there may be frozen but it remains very correct). The staff are very friendly. A hint: do not take the rooms next to the restaurant: there are people who smoke and noise.

We go there time to time to eat out for dinner. They have a good selection of dishes, for a fixed price you eat as much as you like. Not all the dishes are the best, but with the good selection everyone will find something they like. The price includes half liter of wine per person and it cost 10, 50 at the moment.

Although an oldish hotspot is spotlessly clean. The restaurant is excellent value and the bar is reasonably priced. There is plenty to do during the day and entertainment on in the evenings.

The Bar is discreet, the self service honestly did not like it however I have to say that we entered already near end service and anyway the price if I remember correctly was €7 per head… So one can't wait for who knows what. Fantastic instead are The green parrots that fly and pose in the gardens I found them lovely.

Great location; food is excellent, staff are very friendly and welcoming. I cannot fault this hotel based on what I paid. Highly recommended.

Great. The best where I've been in terms of quality and price. Customer service 10. I'm delighted with Renato (reception) and Sofia (restaurant) that have made us feel at home. The rooms improvable, but not bad. We will repeat for sure!

Really nice hotel! Amazing customer service, my boyfriend requested towel swans when we booked as a joke, and not only did they deliver but we were also brought champagne after we'd checked in! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms need T. L. C. Very dated. If you looking for a posh holiday this is wrong place. But… food was really good and a lot to choose from. Staff — absolutely brilliant. Lovely and helpful people. Location is also not too bad but no sand beach near.

Flee from the buffet at all costs. The vegetable is canned like fruit. The hake dry after two hours in the heat and the fillets of San pedro probably yesterday by the smell of ammonia given off.

When I see negative and unnecessary comments regarding the decoration or the typology of the clientele; Excuse me, but when you reserve, you know where you put your feet.
Certainly the hotel needs a little refreshment, especially the water circuits.

The food is good and well varied, small + for the corner snowboard.
Certe en all inclusive no cocktail but if you like so much cocktails (reaction to another opinion) you made them yourself: a Cuba free you ask rum coca with Lemon… not complicated anyway. And no more than 2 glasses is per order and per person. You're not too stupid to make a stock before 10:30.

In short a good value for money for the most part the sun good food the friendliness and the proximity of the main roads (20mn Airport 15 mn los Cristianos las Americas Siam Park…)

Eye at the time of booking said course hotel 3 star… brownfields… rooms with an absolute lack… broken furniture and old… gardens abandoned… We will not make clear the concept of all incluìda is a waste … I would recommend Them for just a little more money the allegro Isora hotel barcelò in playa de la arena… What if it is pay for an all included, and enjoy until the night and a lot of luxury… Leaves much to be desired.

The food is great. The bed fatal as well as the decoration and maintenance of the room and living room.

A good hotel and super Cheap all inclusive. Very good food and night very good fun with the entertainment staff you feel like at home.

Quiet Hotel and far from the tourist area of Tenerife. Very focused on the English tourist.

Simple but clean hotel with large Frühstückbufett. Lunch and dinner are also served. Clean pool and close to the water.

An old apartment hotel completely faded! There's a lot better than that around here! I don't advise this place for a vacation!

Cheap and cheerful. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the big names in Tenerife to jump in a taxi or hire a car for a few days. Family of 5 LOVED it.

Didn't like having to pay for internet no kettle in room but was a pan to boil water to make a cuppa On the plus side very clean everywhere food was excellent plenty of choice Staff where all pleasant apart from one receptionist.

A disgust to the service. The all inclusive of the 4th, the lunches are of terrible quality, horror everything.

It is not highly recommended. The furniture is excaso and old, the beds and pillows are old and very uncomfortable. The cleaning is good. The buffet is pretty bad. What all-inclusive is a little timo, the drinks you serve in a plastic cup, and during the meal only water and wine q you served in a pitcher, not bottling. The area is boring and to go to a beach decent is necessary to take the car. I won't repeat.

Indeed, the reception hall is large and beautiful, but it is a façade that hides a lot of gaps.
Just like the rooms that are large and equipped with a kitchen, but that would need to be brought back to the taste of the day. The hotel is full of English which is goinfrent all day… Yet the food in the restaurant is no better than a simple self service. The hotel operates only in "All inclusive", the targeted clientele seems to be the big and the alcoholics.
The pool is beautiful and large, but it refoules the smells of the skeptical pit located next door. Moreover, I do not advise you to walk bare foot, many tile tiles are broken (see photos).
The city of Las Galletas is ugly, there is no other word. Prefer the cities of Los Cristianos or Las Americas instead.
Las Galletas, this "former tourist" city seems to have made way for the annual real estate rental for the premises. Just like the hotel where some rooms are inhabited by spaces that spread out, and make the guests uncomfortable.
Fortunately the island of Tenerife is very beautiful and the activities numerous. The Canarian are very friendly and their driving on the roads is respectful.

The rooms are old, needing really a refreshing. The bedding is average. The bathroom is small but the shower is nice. There were cockroaches on the balcony.
The common areas are really dirty, especially the first of the pool and the bar.
The buffet on the other hand is very good and relatively varied. The staff were very friendly.

This hotel is a place where you can rest, walk, with the bus. This hotel is suitable for families but also with young children.

Pleasant place. No air conditioning though in any rooms or bar. The queue for the bar is really long, could really do with extra staff on. The room was basic but clean and tidy. The pool was lovely although the floor on the outside was very slippery and lack of sunbeds was very annoying. Even though you couldn't reserve them apparently everyone rushed down at 9am to place towels on everyone of them. The entertainment staff were lovely and always on the go. Quiz night and karaoke was the highlights of the week. Didn't quite get the around the world night and pan pipe night, but saying all this the kids loved it all. Food wasn't the best but you could eat it. The English bar outside to the right of the hotel was amazing. Lovely food and great staff. Was great to have a big coffee. English breakfast and they do a mean Sunday lunch too. All in all I wouldn't go back to Tenerife but I would stay here again if I did.

Was not what I expected, and less when you go all inclusive and the meals there are only water and wine leaves a lot of questions unanswered. The habitacias are very old as is the furniture.

We stayed at Palia don Pedro this week. The hotel is lovely, but very basic. There is no air conditioning in rooms, only a ceiling fan which did not really make much difference. The restaurant is good and has a good choice of food, for all ages. They have a good choice of snacks throughout the day including sandwiches, crepes, chips, etc. I would give the hotel itself a 3 star rating but only because it is quite basic. What brought my review up to 4 stars is the great animations team, especially Cara. They are always so friendly and happy and try to engage people in as many activities as possible, including aerobics, water polo, rifle shooting, darts, cocktail games, archery, etc. Some members of staff behind the bar can be quite moody at times but this is made up for by the animations team. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples looking for a holiday on a budget!

Hotel is a good 3* rooms, service and daytime activities are good. Staff and good is extremely good but there is nothing to do at night. Hotel isn't really in a good location, about 25min walk from beach which is just rocks and stones NO SAND! And there is nothing to do outside of the hotel at night either.

Good hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Not too noisy, if you have the chance to have a room away from the bar. Varied food and different dishes every day. Small flat for the rooms. The beds are really not comfortable.

Great place for holiday. Friendly and very helpful staff. Food was amazing. Large swimming pool plus small one for kids. You can rent a car in hotel for cheap. Highly recommended.

Old, but not running Appart hotel.

Well… a decent, yet small hotel.

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday here from the middle of April, the bar and restaurant staff worked so hard and were always smiling and happy and with great senses of humour too (Miss you Nancy). The animation team Itzia, Pablo, Igor were amazing they entertained all age groups and took the time to speak to every guest (even if you did not participate in their activities) their pure energy was infectious. Itzia has the most amazing personality and cheeky laugh! The restaurant had a great choice of food, every morning chefs would cook fresh eggs/omelette's to your choice and every evening would offer and cook a choice of meat and fish, the hot buffet was replenished regularly, the pastries were divine as well as the desserts. I cannot find any thing bad to say as it was perfect thank you. The steps to the bar would be more visible at night if the edge of each step was maybe painted white (when lights dimmed for evening entertainment it was very hard to see the end of each step) so they became a bit of a trip hazard.

Great fun rooms a bit dated but great food and staff.

Our friends live in the vicinity of the hotel, only so we booked it.
2 years ago was broken into our room very, very peculiar circumstances, all our valuables stolen!
Room requests (1st floor) are not taken into account (last year)
I get the message that the hotel was overbooked and it therefore offers a hotel is 17 km from us this year (2016) 2 days prior to arrival.
A nerve!

Comfort, services, entertainment good but the buffet (morning, noon, evening) is a total failure: dishes very little varied, warm, small basic kitchen, little choice, dessert limited with lots of gelatin, no evening dining themes; lacked even the plates; too few staff at the buffet.

Hello everyone, and yes it is the holidays are finished. Just a Word to tell you that the hotel is good, it is from the 70, the decoration is absent in the rooms but the comfort is still (small kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom 2 beds)
the pool is not heated, but the Sun does its job very well. The animation team is superb (animation in the morning and the afternoon and evening)
