Nice double bed. Large living, dining & kitchen room. 2 balconies. Pool is nice, but freezing cold. Hotel staff, restaurant staff very friendly and understand English. 4 English TV channels, and the occasional film channel in english with subtitles. Very clean. Lovely place to visit. Supermarket and other restaurants in walking distance. Thoroughly recommend.

Finishing on our last day here. We have had a wonderful time here. The cleaners were lovely ladies and did an excellent job. Our apartment was a two bedroom and it had three balconies. It was beautiful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well kitted out for a holiday. The entertainment at the hotel was good and kept the children amused. We wouldn't go for the food next time. For the money it was okay I guess but could be a lot better. We did half board which was ideal. So breakfast and an evening meal. Which you can swop if you wish. I. E. We ate out one night so we had the lunch the next day instead. The pool area was spotless and was cleaned every morning. The lifeguard is lovely and very friendly with everyone. One of the fans had a screw fall out and it was fixed the very next morning. Overall we had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Highly recommended it but suggest you hire a car. We were able to around with great ease and see more with the car.

Just got back from a relaxing time at the marina gŕeat restaurant spacious appartments swimming pool and drinks. It has got new owners who put a good and friendly staff together. We meet with the manager Anner who has time to talk to you and here staff were brilliant from tom the German Elaina Sylvia and the employee of the week Olivea from Belgium who was a gŕeat friend to us. I wòuld highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Just 1 more thing the òn site supermarket is run by a rude and arragant man.

Comfortable flat, but my 3stars review is due to the very bad internet Wi-Fi I found. Free or payed is not different and for business travelers can be a problem.

Mostly clean and tidy. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Prices as you would expect for a resort. Cheaper supermarket 0.3 miles away.

2 bedroom apartment was fantastic with a washing machine as well as usual appliances. Lovely pool when not full of kids! Table tennis put away at 7 pm or 3 pm each day. The site was noisy from about 8 am when the metal poles around the pool are removed and cleaning starts. From 10.30 am loud music is played around the pool and affects the surrounding apartments most of the day and evenings to about 11.30 pm or midnight. Lots of useful food shops within walking distance which cater for gluten and lactofree and most tourists' requirements. Good area for walking but be careful going up the side of the extinct volcanoe. It is safer to approach it from a pathway in a conservation area that runs behind it and which is not easily visible from the front. Great local English church which meets downstairs in the far corner of one of the shopping malls 8 minutes walk away at 10.30 am on Sundays.

Nice clean and well maintained facility. Friendly helpful staff. Good public transport connection because bus stop right outside the door. To the sea with a rocky swimming bay 8 minutes walk.

Not bad but unfortunately there are many flaws: — a pool advertised as heated that is icy — a terrace that does not have an hour of sunshine a day — a hair dryer that did not work — the housekeeper who does not have the window after nett oyé.
Sincerely, at €100 at night, I expect a minimum of quality…

Bit old now but decent for price. Restaurant good but breakfast a bit sorry.

I came back today from this excellent aparthotel the location of the residence, beautiful cliffs and numerous trails by the Sea, neighborhood held very well packed with restaurants and pizzerias spacious apartment with terrace view pool and ocean, cleanliness Perfect breakfast… the advice!
Nice pool with bar and staff very kind I highly recommend it to everyone.

This is very good value for money. You need a car to get around the area because it is secluded from the attractions of the island.

Nice place. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Views of both mountains and sea. Sunbath in the beautiful cliffs or hike on the many paths by the sea. All walking distance of hotel. I’m in my 50’s and so this was very convenient. Not a mile away.

Great place and good. We come back every year.

Quiet location, parking available in front of the property, large and well-equipped apartments, several shops and bars nearby.

Been 3 times and everytime we stay we have a nice relaxing holiday there is a restaurant free Wi-Fi gym hairdressers scuba diving school on site shop good friendly staff. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the best thing it is flat no hills. There is a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to cristianos and Americas €3 return.

Nice place. Good service. Justito Buffet. Very bad restaurant. Not worth going with full board. Rather, don't even think about booking with full board.

Noisy, no great food, far secluded, not really friendly staff.

Pool water 23.5 C cold. Towels only changed a few times. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Heating not available if required. Neither is air conditioning. Parking on road can be an issue.

Kinda boring location. On the plus side large apartment. Fully equipped kitchen.

Nice place for family break. We have nice restaurant, gym, outdoor swimming pool, supermarket and many more. Staffs are welcoming. Location is great next to Atlantic ocean. Front of the apartment have bus stop and taxi stand.

Very nice location, everything clean, restaurant serve good food and it is not too expensive, they are very friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel restaurant live entertainment every night scuba diving lessons animation teams and the ground and roads are flat so it's easy to walk to the restaurants and bars out side of the hotel and it is a quiet area but a bus ride into town.

Staff are lovely and helpful.

Major disappointment! I feel terrible for booking this resort and really feel like I need to make it up to my wife. This hotel all but ruined our honeymoon. Rundown, entertainment ended by 10pm, no air-conditioning and the fan barely worked. The food was dull, the pool was small, the staff weren't helpful, the facilities were shocking and the surrounding area lacked any kind of entertainment. Many guests complained about there being no karaoke even though it was advertised on the events list, on 2 consecutive weeks. All planned events were totally underwhelming and ran by one! man who seemed to work from 10am — 10pm. I'm certain my terrible review will appear as if I have some kind of issue with the resort but what can I be but honest. Even though the hotel is a little off the beaten path I chose it because it scored 78ish on the review sites. But how this can be a 4 star resort, god only knows : ( Oh, and if you want to see the local beach?!? (blanketed in dog sh**) check out this photo.

Lovely self catering complex pool and shopping on site. Recently refurbished dec2016. View of sea, easy walk to corner and supermarket, basic eateries. Free on street public parking only Close to black beach 20mins walk, to rocky cliffs 10mins walk Wifi free in reception, pay for in room. Alt Wi-Fi via phone teather not possible in room (phone network is poor reception) Restaurant on site, reasonable prices diverse menu. Has on-site massage, supermarket & other shop, scuba diving, shooting range, English bar, sports TV, evening entertainment poor side. Room clean, flat secure and open, basic cutlery & pans, twice week cleaner, checkout 10am, free late check-out possible (have to agree day before only) First experience was very positive. Recommend … Staff were Lovely. We Would definitely go back as hotel was well placed base for given easy taxi access to anywhere along south coastline.

Located in a quiet and noise-free area. Clean.
There are beaches nearby. Renting a car is essential. Not always easy to find parking spaces. The room was very clean. Very discreet. In our room downstairs found cockroaches, which you have to say abound on the island a bit everywhere.
Poor breakfast especially if you want to present as a 4 star. Hotel at most 3 stars average.
Reception staff very friendly, staff bar-restaurant rude and uneducated.
